    @NBN_Australia @jojo1171952 Just be honest with what the issue is and what is being done to resolve it. It’s now Friday, my service provider lady who’s been very helpful (thanks @TPG_Telecom ) says it’s likely you won’t be working on the weekend

    @TPG_Telecom For anyone who operates a standalone mobile account with TPG, be aware that they turned off services 5 days ago. No warning, no explanation, no updates. Just got off the phone with Customer Disservice, and STILL no progress. Clueless. Is TPG in trouble?

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom That is quite ok. Ignore my question. It was my new provider setting up the modem to connect me. I will contact TPG to cancel my account. Thanks for all the help in the past. Appreciate it. 👍
