TPG Telecom Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • suzannejhunt Suzie Hunt (@suzannejhunt) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@bijlarchitect @iiNet @TPG_Telecom @NSWBC And here I was thinking this problem with @iinet and @tpg was only in my neck of the woods ...... useless. We are resorting to dish on our roof!

  • arafattehsin Arafat Tehsin (@arafattehsin) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@NBN_Australia Yes my provider @TPG_Telecom is never responding on the phones so we are still helpless without any clue of when is it going to get resolved.

  • ChipMonkMedia Lisa Monks (@ChipMonkMedia) reported from Cairns, State of Queensland

@TPG_Telecom I have been on hold for nearly half hour - my internet is down and I just want to see if the problem is my modem or there is a known problem in the area

  • yankeevagabond Melissa Montang (@yankeevagabond) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@TPG_Telecom - I’ve called, I’ve waited hours on hold to chat online, & I’ve been hung up on by a machine on all occasions. I need to cancel my internet with you at the end of the month and it seems really dodgy-bordering-on-illegal how difficult you’re making it. #unconscionable

  • rowtait Bill Tait (@rowtait) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@TPG_Telecom we were cut off the chat yesterday twice when being transferred. Our issue is now 3 weeks old. Where can we go to get any help from you

  • TheNightFlower 💧(づ ̄ ³ ̄)づ 🐨🦘 (@TheNightFlower) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

  • manaz_d Robert Hudson (@manaz_d) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@t_cutlet @sharnatweets @chrisgatlarge @ninafunnell @EROCAustralia @thebettinaarndt @TPG_Telecom You're assuming that the email is legitimately sent by a person with that address, and that it is actually email, not a web form that creates email-like content. Also that said person works for TPG rather than is simply a customer.

  • arafattehsin Arafat Tehsin (@arafattehsin) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@TPG_Telecom What a piece of crap. Home made statistics.

  • wafugee Douglas Wardle (@wafugee) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

Y’know, it’d be really cool if @TPG_Telecom DIDN’T cut out every single time I want to stream Netflix or play games online, or do anything that requires an always-on internet connection that we pay for.

  • rattlerspeak Voice of Melbourne (@rattlerspeak) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@TPG_Telecom hi, our modem has stopped working and your phone line says, can’t help you go online!! I can’t go online cause the modem doesn’t work!! Help please!!
