    @TPG_Telecom Hi team, can you please DM me about rescheduling my NBN installation date? I can’t change it online and talking on the phone did not help. Thankyou

  • jyesmith Jye Smith (@jyesmith) reported

    @TPG_Telecom Sure thing. Long story short: Vibewire had agreed last year to go ahead. Nothing was installed and every date provided was never completed. Now because we have said we no longer want it we are being promised a new date as early as next week with a days notice.

  • sR0hit Monster Pup (@sR0hit) reported

    @TPG_Telecom internet is down again for the second time this week. The website shows planned maintenance, but no comms were sent. 6 hours outage on the website! :(

  • sullivansims Carla (@sullivansims) reported

    @TPG_Telecom Are you able to give an ETA for internet service coming back at my place? Service status page is not helpful, as I don't know what area I'm supposed to be looking at.

  • wifa01 Bill Fawcett (@wifa01) reported

    @TPG_Telecom how does your @VodafoneAU business model of refusing to sell phones to customers help with your profitability?  What do your shareholders think about the value you create for them with this business model?

  • mrpaulmanton paul manton aka gentle goose (@mrpaulmanton) reported

    @dodado23 @TPG_Telecom I know so many people with the same issue. how is something like this allowed to happen? I am just so disappointed in the lies and lack of honoring a contracted service agreement...

  • AGHougs Anthony Hourigan (@AGHougs) reported

    @NBN_Australia Hi NBN. I run a small business and have been trying to get NBN connected since November. Between you & @TPG_Telecom you could not make this any harder if you tried. Your deadline for a resolution with the ombudsman is tomorrow. #smallbusiness

  • Vijay_SRK Vijay (@Vijay_SRK) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @TPG_Telecom Is the service down?

  • AGHougs Anthony Hourigan (@AGHougs) reported

    @TPG_Telecom I’ve been through this countless times since November and like I said, I’m not wasting more time on it. As soon as the first month is up I’m closing my account with TPG. The “service” you and @NBN_Australia have provided has been shockingly bad. Never again.

  • trentdimo Trent Dee - IRespectYaBrah (@trentdimo) reported

    @TPG_Telecom It is constantly dropping out all the time. It has been happening for days. We need help urgently. This is impacting our jobs majorly. If TPG can’t provide a service to us, we are going to have to look elsewhere as it’s been horrible since we connected to the nbn.
