@TPG_Telecom Sent you in DM. The issue is still not fixed. It's almost one week now. Your team ordered a replacement WiFi router but now they are saying it's NBN issue.

@TPG_Telecom Tpg Telecom disconnected my home Nbn yesterday for no apparent reason & promised to reconnect immediately. 24 hours since more than 10 calls.. Running pillar to posts.. Support staff is absolutely clueless and just passing the buck. Worst possible service ever.

@TPG_Telecom guys I desperately need some help. My account is a mess somehow and has incorrect info and I cannot access my email. I was disconnected after being transferred around 4 different departments and could not hear the last employee at all because of their mic.

@TPG_Telecom Your best just got worse. I work from home and you’ve just updated that internet will be out until 6pm! It went dead yesterday at 10:30 pm. Same thing happened last month. Expensive, slow, unreliable internet: WTF happened Australia? @NBN_Australia #auspol

@TPG_Telecom Hi, I have been having 5G internet issues and your support team has promised compensation before I switch to nbn. I have been waiting for the compensation 'approval' since August 2022 and the billing team has no idea if any credit from this issue can be c/f to nbn.
