    @TPG_Telecom Hi Team, I am still experiencing the issue. And the technician was scheduled to come today for an inspection at 8 am. But there is no one yet. Can you please send someone as this is been the 4th day I am having this issue.

    @TheoKyrillidis @TPG_Telecom It's @TPG_Telecom. You need to jump through a few hoops, do a little dance, know the secret handshake and password, call three times, hold for 20 minutes, and speak with customer service agents in at least four different countries.

    @Alixvicb @TPG_Telecom I AM using a Mac but not plugging any keyboards or monitors in but that’s super interesting to know?! Last time I was on the phone to TPG when it got real has a few years back, weirdly the fix was... not having Safari open?! Weird as

    @TPG_Telecom You might need to got back to internal trial periods... If the solution is to get the customer to reset their Modem back to default setting and then re-configuring their setup.. What happens when the trial ends.. Will I need to reset the modem again ?
