    @TPG_Telecom @mimay1024 You guys make it very difficult to understand what the hell is going on. You’re not taking calls. Your outage service says nationwide issues with a 3rd party provider, nothing specific. NBN is not reporting any service outages. Who is responsible for the issue & who is fixing it?

    @TPG_Telecom nbn connection is not functioning, Cannonvale QLD (4802). Technical helpline says 1/2 wait to answer a call !!!. Need problems addressed faster than that. What are my options?

    @VikashTripathiG @TPG_Telecom Yeah mine's down too. Tried to log in to my account via 4G and no go. So looks to be a major fault.

    @TPG_Telecom TPG my internet FTTN died about midnight. I jumped on 4G and found I couldn't log into the account (time out). My guess gremlins at the accounts / login.
