    @setoide @TPG_Telecom Same experience different provider if that makes you feel any better. We are on our 3rd Modem now after both provider and NBN visited, and BTW NBN only consider min 30 mins outage an outage. It's an outrage!

    @TPG_Telecom hello, while it is unfortunate to be in a pandemic and further be in a lockdown, what makes matters worse is working from home and not having an internet connection (not even an outage in the area) and no updates from TPG in the past 12 hours.

    @TPG_Telecom Hi, we have had NBN problems in Thornbury since approx 10am this morning any idea when it will be back up and running? SMS I received said it was emergency works. Thanks in advance
