Love how @TPG_Telecom makes you give them $20 for prepayment for a home phone even though you don't connect one and never use the money. Then when you cancel say "oh well, you forfeit that money to us". Thieves

@TPG_Telecom I love when I ask for a callback after work when you’ve called 6 times in the middle of the day. The phone call comes through after 5:30pm, Rings once and then hangs up. I’m now on the phone with you for the 18th day in a row. This is disgusting customer service.

@TPG_Telecom hey guys. Listen my wifi keeps cutting out ever couple hours. And then it comes back to life. Now I don’t want anyone to come out to fix it bc I know you guys can fix it from there. My mate had the same problem and they fixed over the internet. Pls lmk what happens

@JamesGreenhal20 @TPG_Telecom I was with iiNet for many years and when they were purchased by TPG, the customer support got noticeably worse after a few years. $ABB.AX and $SLC.AX both have great customer service and run their own fibre. Very little reason to stay with the big telcos.

@TPG_Telecom please help! My voip phone has not worked since I switched over to you 12 days ago. I have had countless support call and keep getting bounced from one department to another. Abysmal support.

@TPG_Telecom what is happening with your support? I keep getting dropped on my phone calls and progress nowhere with my issue. I've tried calling 4 times in the past week now. Starting to regret switching over to you. DO BETTER!

I've been a customer for 10 years. While anecdotes aren't data, I've fallen down a Kafkaesque hole with @TPG_Telecom these past weeks. Perverse incentives, focus on internal process and zero accountability have been evident. Customer service, once decent, has become awful. 2/4
