@TPG_Telecom Last night 13 Sept my TPG NBN (NSW 2049) was intermitten. Today 14th my NBN was out all day. According to NBNco outage page there'll be "planned outages" Thurs 15th & Friday 16th for 10 hrs each. I can't work from home for 3 consecutive days if this is the case!

@GT_AUS @dinksella @TPG_Telecom It's not TPG. It was worse with Testra. I'm sure the problem is with NBN. But I don't have a contract with them. I have one with TPG.

@TPG_Telecom Hi TPG, I was with without NBN for 7 days due to your faulty equipment and you have only given a credit for one day of no service. After multiple emails and calls you still haven’t paid the remaining 6 days.

It rained and I lost the internet for an hour. @TPG_Telecom, please fix it rather than sending me emails saying my monthly cost is increasing because of the great service you provide. I did not sign up for a service when the sun is shining!
