@TPG_Telecom Thanks @TPG_Telecom, so your suggesting that your service status page is ineffective and not fit for purpose. Good to know. Ive also taken note that I now need to manage your supplier relationships as TPG isn't interested in doing it. Appreciate the update. No eta for recovery?

Half the bloody country in lockdown and @TPG_Telecom closes its call centre during an outage. Quality work.

Day 6 without internet! @NBN_Australia screwed up and cut us off by mistake. Who'd have thought a 15 min fix could take a week to organise. @TPG_Telecom seem to have zero influence in expediting the process.

@TPG_Telecom Nah, already tried and failed. Your last response was classic delay and deflection. Much like the service I have got. Here is the reply to my message: I realised that you have AAPT account and we only have access to TPG residential account thus I'm unable to review the ticket.😕

@TPG_Telecom Day 8 - still no internet, still no progress. @NBN_Australia you guys are the worst!! Your only redeeming factor so far are the lovely people on your social media team doing their best to keep me informed about how no one is in a hurry to resolve our issue!

@TPG_Telecom Yeh, I really don't think you do. I get that your job is to placate but there's just no excuse for this length of outage. The issue is clear cut and could have been resolved long ago had someone cared enough.
