    @TPG_Telecom - 10 days that I have placed an order for modem.. no update.. not delivered the product yet. When you call customer care they are clueless too. How long will this continue TPG.. can anyone help me with an update?

    @TPG_Telecom - extremely poor service to get a 5G home broadband up and running even after 2 days of follow ups and spending hours on your helpline. Your competition is providing 5G router readily and enabling services in 15 mins. You need to up your game. I am extremely unhappy.

    @TPG_Telecom wow wow wow. A loyal customer of 10 years and i am being treated like absolute garbage from this rubbish company. Spoken to 10 different people and no one can help me or be respectful or let me finish what i am trying to say. Ask for a manager but no one around.

    @TPG_Telecom 10 days and counting for modem delivery... unacceptable by any standard and more so pathetic customer support ..they too are lost..no resolution yet.. no firm date of delivery..

    @TPG_Telecom what’s the estimated fix date for the outage? I require internet for my work and need to know an estimation so I can work out some temporary solutions.

    @TPG_Telecom i am over the complete rubbish you call customer service. Taken 2 weeks and a loyal customer of 14 years and been stuffed around. Spoken to 15 or more alleged customer service representatives and no one can help
