    @misullivan @GT_AUS @TPG_Telecom When I worked in Cisco, we had a pretty good ideas which ISPs were good, and which were garbage fly-by-nighters. iiNet used to be in the top three we really admired (and BTW, that list didnโ€™t include any of the big three!) How the mighty have fallen.

    @TPG_Telecom I moved my mobile number to a different provider last month as I finally realised I had no coverage in the area I live and was paying for nothing since you moved to the Vodafone network. I just got charged again all the same. What gives?

    @tpgaustralia @TPG_Telecom I simply asked them for the specific numbers causing the slow speed, but they haven't provided any information at all.

    @TPG_Telecom Iโ€™m trying to update my credit card with you guys and itโ€™s impossible, spent 2 hours on the phone, have gone through every possible online step, have had test transactions hit my card and weโ€™re still not there, can someone useful help me?
