@TPG_Telecom I want my account to be canceled. Is that that hard of request? I don’t want lemon product that I have been paying for past 5 month! Why are your team passing around one to another and putting hold for 20min? This exactly with your technical support department!

@TPG_Telecom Not much point, your guy was adamant it was the wifi extender, now its disconnected anyway, wasn't going to wait 45 minutes on hold. Never a problem with the ADSL2 I had before, wish I didnt have to change it to NBN. Its sad, 14 yes without a problem. Ive read other reviews

Am taking bets on how difficult @TPG_Telecom will make it to cancel my acc; just realised they dont have an option on their phone system that connects me to cancellation team AND THEY JUST randomly disconnected me! Awesome start!
