    My fellow Australians please don’t use @TPG_Telecom our mobile phone service has not worked for nearly 3 weeks - no fix, no response - contact centre is useless - just worked out they’ve been over charging us for 6mth too. Stay away. #ripoff #useless #scammers

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @Internode So, @TPG_Telecom have given me the business support number (not available on the internode site) and transferred me through. How do your residential support people now know this number?
