@TPG_Telecom Got message yesterday saying internet maintenance will take place on 05/05. Internet went down at 0020 this morning. Again. And can’t access my account to see what’s going on, run a speed test, or log a fault. Also no 24/7 support for tech issues. What is going on?

@TPG_Telecom it’s BS you guys charge for a intermittent internet at best then blame NBN! Then NBN blame you??? How is anyone getting a good service??? I’m just getting ripped off! I could put 30 pics of my **** service & still nothing! Australia 53rd to Nigeria.

@TPG_Telecom I’m only asking that if you or NBN have been providing the wrong service, that you take responsibility and accountability and provide a refund for service not provided.
