@TPG_Telecom Hi TPG I've been trying to get in touch with support for the last few days (received no call back). My parents internet has suddenly declined in recent days. Went and checked myself, constant drop outs, 1-5 mps speed on 50mps plan. Basically unusable.

@Jaryobtw @TPG_Telecom @Telstra aussie broadband, the support is good, the ping isnt, they have some sort of fibre optic that is odd add my apartment and at my cousins the its 14 ms to brisbane servers when my apartments is 2kms from the cbd and my cousins are 4.9kms from the cbd when im 6km in northern suburbs

@TPG_Telecom i just spoke to someone in your retention specialist team who couldnt answer my valid queries and the. Transferred me to an extention that is invalid. Do you just refuse to deal with people who have moved on past customer service like this?

@TPG_Telecom Hi TPG, my NBN which I organised to be setup on the 10th is still not connected - 3 days late.. 3 phone calls today and the final call you transferred me but the call ended.. Can someone help get my service connected today.
