  • Monkhorst1 Robbie Smith (@Monkhorst1) reported

@ixvel3 @TPG_Telecom How did this resolve as I’ve got the same issues

  • wythme_ wythme (@wythme_) reported

@TPG_Telecom CANCEL MY ACCOUNT! I’m sick of your service, I’ve escalated my cancellation request 3 times now & no one from your cancel email is getting back to me. Your service is a joke. #TPG #NBN

  • Knig09409192 König (@Knig09409192) reported

@Telstra My @TPG_Telecom #NBN is faster, cheaper, and their customer service is better. Also their overseas employees don't keep spamcalling me every 3 days to say my internet will be disconnected.

  • ramonaitoldyou Cait Brown (@ramonaitoldyou) reported

@TPG_Telecom experiencing internet issues in Belfield, NSW. checked NBN site and it said no outages detected, so is TPG down in that area or something? really difficult to WFH at the moment!

  • au_Arc Arc (@au_Arc) reported

@fidzeh @TPG_Telecom Yeah it's usually a provider issue which is due to them having certain things open and closed. The moment my mate swapped to Telstra it fixed all of his issues. Same modem, same house, same game, different provider.

  • djfryrhy Riyan Minaee (@djfryrhy) reported

@TPG_Telecom bruh I’m just trying to watch anime and the internet **** itself. All of the websites are also not reachable. Was this intentional?

  • Knig09409192 König (@Knig09409192) reported

@TPG_Telecom I just upgraded to 250Mbps unlimited #FTTP #NBN for the incredible discounted rate of $99.99 per month. Even if @Telstra could match the speed, they'll never come close with the data, the cost, or the customer service.

  • Jwalk300 Johnny (@Jwalk300) reported

@TPG_Telecom what with the internet being crap at night in brisbane fix your stuff this is the 4th night in a row where it's cut out and doesnt work fix your stuff guys fml

  • fidzeh GG | fidzeh (@fidzeh) reported

@Air_Con_Air @TPG_Telecom Doubt there will be any resolution for awhile, as their engineer need to find out about the routing issue, as it is not affecting the normal internet speed in any way, it won't be anytime soon. As a work around, my mate actually had to use VPN to not receive any packet loss.

  • The1stImmortal The1stImmortal (@The1stImmortal) reported

@TPG_Telecom @AdamDeLaine TPG (and family) does appear to have just suffered a major issue with routing/connecting to other networks nationally. No notification showed up anywhere. Having problems integrating with Vodafone's networks post-merger perhaps?
