I went to @TPG_Telecom's service status to check but nothing wrong. Switched off/on computer -twice, switched off/on router -twice. Hop to Twitter and search "@TPG_Telecom" and find others there have issues and TPG responds to each. Just put it on your darn service status page!

@VikashTripathiG @TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom can you give us an ETA on it being resolved? or even what the issue is? also what about reimbursements? because of covid people are forced to work from home relying on their internet for income, you have potentially cost thousands in work loss.

@TPG_Telecom @LyndaWalklett Please pass this on to your Accountants, My billing rate is $60 per hour, my bill is $89.99 per month, so far you owe me at least 3 months worth of internet access dur=e to incompetence and blatently lying that the problem is at my end!
