@TPG_Telecom Often. My fancy router and even provided router are working well. What is problem? I seted up as your provided instruction, but internet is disaconnected frequently. After reset, the internet is connected. It happends everyday.

@TPG_Telecom TPG my internet FTTN died about midnight. I jumped on 4G and found I couldn't log into the account (time out). My guess gremlins at the accounts / login.

Hate to be the person who whines on Twitter to get customer service but I've tried the usual method without success. I've got big online access issues - two days with many web services inaccessible via multiple devices. Using @TPG_Telecom on @NBN_Australia - who can help?

Anyone else on @TPG_Telecom having issues RN. My internet keeps dropping out every few mins. Have checked NBN status and they're reporting no issue. Is there maintenance happening in St Kilda?
