    @Aussie_BB continue to say it is not their problem and that there is nothing they can do. At no point do they even bother sending anybody out to look. I tell them I'm cancelling going with another provider. As an experiment, I go with the worst ISP I can think of: @TPG_Telecom

    @TPG_Telecom Yes but why shout it take 3 days to find out that modem was faulty and that too I had previously raised issues with internet....Me and my wife could not work from home and had to travel to office just because of this

    @markrprior I suspect these are work-arounds for low memory devices in the TPG network. @TPG_Telecom please clarify and/or clean up your RADB entries.

    Hey @TPG_Telecom why do you keep deciding my internet connection issues are not your problem? We are into the second week of no internet and despite the NBN technician telling us its a server issue you keep insisting its NOT. Sort it out.
