    @TPG_Telecom Hi TPG I've been trying to get in touch with support for the last few days (received no call back). My parents internet has suddenly declined in recent days. Went and checked myself, constant drop outs, 1-5 mps speed on 50mps plan. Basically unusable.

    @TPG_Telecom No thanks Charm. Fallen for that one before! Was told I’d get a call back & a week later - no call back! Crazy. Don’t even know how you guys are still in business. I’m now speaking with a supervisor. After over an hour. We’ll see if she can sort my issues - I have low hopes.

    @TPG_Telecom I’ve been hung up on, had email ignored for the past 10 days, and not been called back when TPG has said they would. Awful way to treat a customer. Been without a service, and can’t get an answer.

    @TPG_Telecom I just went through a manual set up on the phone. Internet is still not working! I am trying to play a game on PS4 and can’t even move cause the connect has a big fat X on it

    @TPG_Telecom how can I contact you from overseas, do you have a customer service email address. My previous conversation and emails have done unanswered and I'm not calling international again.

    @TPG_Telecom And now, more than 2 days later @TPG_Telecom find an issue, and I'm now waiting on them again. What checks were performed? They clearly were incorrect, sub optimal or a figment of someone's imagination. #customerfirst LOL!

    @TPG_Telecom Thanx 4 the reply. I didn't think to reboot modem, as I had no internet connection from first thing this morning. Just rebooted, waiting on service to kick in.

    @TPG_Telecom I understand that there is an unplanned outage, but its been well over 4hrs as far as I'm aware. Whats going on? My wife needs the wifi to do her work.

    Honestly having nothing but problems with @TPG_Telecom at the moment. was having internet drop out CONSTANTLY. They finally sent us a new modem because of course they “couldn’t see anything wrong”. Received the modem today - just installed for there to now be no connection at all
