Managed to view a few emails mid-afternoon and it has been down ever since. I have no idea what work is banking up in my email right now

Fix the issue & give us our email back, not in 2 hrs, or 15 hours like you are currently estimating. & get real and make visible to your customers the specifics of the issue #tpgfail

The technician came within the designated time frame, was really nice and installed the cable way quicker than I thought he would. And now I’m getting 44mbps which is exactly 10x faster than what I had on adsl 🎉 @TPG_Telecom
