@TPG_Telecom GREAT, this beautiful company now has charged me twice this month, one for a service that never worked, and now to put my new service online, they didn't waive my payment as promised, and they're pushing the online go date in 4 days!!! U-N-B-E-L-I-V-E-A-B-L-E

@TPG_Telecom TPG once again is promising they will call me back, and I'm here sit waiting for the 5th day consecutive. No internet connection since Friday, what a JOKE!!! This is a nightmare to fix an internet connection, where it is a fault from TPG side (internal system).

@TPG_Telecom Last Tuesday we got our modem. We can’t connect it due to a issue you have to fix in our building. We have called several times!! We get transferred from department to department. Is Monday, are you guys gonna do something? Not having an answer is unacceptable

5 days and counting, no internet connection due to @TPG_Telecom fault, they can't even give me an idea when I'll have my internet back on. I can't do any work, and my phone data has gone (not to mention the $50 spent for extra data). Do not go with their 5G home service!!
