@TPG_Telecom CANCEL MY ACCOUNT! I’m sick of your service, I’ve escalated my cancellation request 3 times now & no one from your cancel email is getting back to me. Your service is a joke. #TPG #NBN

@TPG_Telecom @AdamDeLaine TPG (and family) does appear to have just suffered a major issue with routing/connecting to other networks nationally. No notification showed up anywhere. Having problems integrating with Vodafone's networks post-merger perhaps?

@TPG_Telecom - Pro Tip - If you're transferring someone from one department to another for further assistance, DON'T put them in the back of yet another 30 min queue that they've sat through once before! Or my my case - sat through TWICE. #FAIL #customerservice

@au_Arc @TPG_Telecom Considering, I've been with @TPG_Telecom for a long long time, I've done my research, turns out many TPG customers that plays warzone experienced this issue as well, however, does not happen to other people using different providers, how can I not think its a provider issue:( 2/2

@au_Arc @TPG_Telecom If that is the problem, I would have complained a long time ago and possibly changed provider, I have not have this issue on going for well over a week now, Ping is not the problem, packet loss is the problem, gave them benefit of the doubt that it'll get resolved 1/2

Well, bad news for people that uses @TPG_Telecom to play Warzone where you get 20-40% packet losses, apparently after following through their further tests, only to be told to contact @Activision @ATVIAssist regarding this, even though only affecting some ISPs. 1/2
