    @TPG_Telecom hi guys, Blackburn 3130 - No internet to address, NBN box is blinking which tells me the network is down. Nothing on the website; is there any network impact I'm unaware of?

    @TPG_Telecom is the worst provider ever! I’ve been relying on my mobile data (vodafone) for a while and when you intend to call and sort out a problem, you need to waste a whole day. I just terminated my account! What a relief!

    @TPG_Telecom we got a notification that the outage has been restored but our internet is still not working. Even agate restarting the modem. What should we do next? #CustomerService

    @TPG_Telecom say they can have the internet back on in 24-48hrs once it is down. In this day and age this length of time is an eternity. Cant work, study or do any essentials online. We need our govt to pull the big stick out so that there are no delays fixing NBN when it is down
