Hey @TPG_Telecom this is annoying: I had an issue b4 that was cause by my fixed IP. I switched from static to standard IP assignment. However, whenever there's an outage & I reconnect, it grabs the old static IP address again & I have to restart the modem. Can you fix this?

@TPG_Telecom The issue has been removed from your outage webpage, yet there is still no connection. You'd assume an issue wouldn't be taken down until it is resolved.

@TPG_Telecom We were promised a refund multiple times. When I spoke to a manager yesterday, the story changed, and they said there was no way they could refund us until you found the modem. That’s not our issue. You need to refund us the money immediately.
