    The drama never ends. Elderly mum able to receive calls but not make them. She missed a medical appointment this morning bc she couldn't call a taxi to take her. Seems to be a recurrent issue with @TPG_Telecom when I google (yes her account is fully paid).

    @TPG_Telecom so i ported with tpg mobile more than 10 days ago and they havent completed the portin from their end due to which i am now without active mobile service, oh and did i not say i am overseas and now my work has majorly impacted due to poor

    @TPG_Telecom Telstra>Tpg>Felix Porting request. Felix: We didn't do it. Dodo: we just fulfilled the porting request.... TPG tech call dropped out twice. It's their network. Where's the responsibility. Felix: call back on Monday. No phone until then?

    @TPG_Telecom It’s been rescheduled for another day. Tell me why I waited from 1pm-7:30pm today for a technician to come fix my nbn. No communication whatsoever that there was a cancellation. Called severally and all they said was keep waiting. Very frustrating and disappointing!!
