It is now 100% clean as indicated by Google & 90+ Virus Security Site checkers. It's still being blocked by Optus / Costing us $10K a week!

Just called waited for 6 minutes for an operator to answer only to have them not hear me and hang up … time to move providers I think

And everytime you drop the line & ignore the issue so everytime I have to go through it from the start. Is insane & irresponsible how you treat your customers.

Ridiculous repeating of the same lines, over and over. Struggling to understand the person on the other end. Wife received a call from TPG, couldn't understand ?
