@TPG_Telecom - so customers have to give you 30 days notice to cancel an internet service even if they are not on a contract? You should remind customers of it each month. A lesson in how not to treat a loyal customer

@TPG_Telecom has the audacity to raise the cost of my internet while also phone bombing me weekly with updates about network maintenance that will negatively impact my service. Get a grip. Fix it or discount customers the days you fail to provide your service.
