@TPG_Telecom @VikashTripathiG @azadsamina I tried to cancel my account with TPG after appalling service. It was only then that I was informed of a cancellation fee. I was never ever informed of a cancellation fee when I only recently signed up for TPG - really appalling

My Karen moment will be cancelling my service with @TPG_Telecom after 7 or so years using them exclusively. Have never been treated worse as a customer #notimpressed

Our internet connection has been down for 29 days and counting... 8 techs have been out and no resolution. @NBN_Australia and @TPG_Telecom , sort this out. This is ridiculous.

@VikashTripathiG @TPG_Telecom TPG is really bad. I tried to cancel my service and then got informed that there could be a cancellation fee of up to $350!!! I was never told this. And I think I would remember a number as big as this. Just appalling!!!

@TPG_Telecom Forget it. I’ll just have another telco by then come and connect. Your team tell me every day they’ll call back that night and don’t. She told me an hour ago, they’d “call right back”. This isn’t customer service, it’s woeful

@TPG_Telecom is there a reason why the internet is not working?? So slow, pages, emails etc won't load and I have work to do. It's been like this for a few days now
