    @NBN_Australia outage in Picton 2571 NSW since 520am this morning, it’s now 320pm @TPG_Telecom tells me they have no further information from you guys. Not what the problem is or restoration time. What’s the story?

    @TPG_Telecom My phone service is dead because I deleted the digital SIM since 12 hrs. Please email me a new setup code so I can get back online, and don't try to text me a code because I won't get it. Very slow service from TPG

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom How do I report our company website as being SAFE to Optus? We had an issue a few wks ago and all problems have been resolved. It is now 100% clean as indicated by Google & 90+ Virus Security Site checkers. It's still being blocked by Optus / Costing us $10K a week!

    @TPG_Telecom Inner Melb 3003 is affected by very slow page loading, some completely blank pages that hang. last 2 days, but today worse.
