@twistieman @_a_y_o_o @TPG_Telecom Look. I used to get 7-10kbit downstream sync on my adsl. I don’t even know how it synced that slow, but that was as fast as it got near the end of my lease. The MDF was every bit as functional as it looked.
@TPG_Telecom how long does it take for my internet service to be up and running? modem arrived today yet no internet the whole day
@TPG_Telecom @rontecarlo I had a similar issue, and will be leaving TPG as soon as I don’t have to pay an exit fee. The service is shite, SIRRRRRRRRR🇵🇭
@Alixvicb @TPG_Telecom I AM using a Mac but not plugging any keyboards or monitors in but that’s super interesting to know?! Last time I was on the phone to TPG when it got real has a few years back, weirdly the fix was... not having Safari open?! Weird as
@TPG_Telecom your customer service said I’ve already switched to the new plan but I just checked & I’m still on my old plan?
@mr_billiam @_a_y_o_o @TPG_Telecom It’s a good thing it was just outside facing the street too, so anybody could come by, listen to some calls, or just swap/disconnect people’s service.

@TPG_Telecom Hi Team, I am still experiencing the issue. And the technician was scheduled to come today for an inspection at 8 am. But there is no one yet. Can you please send someone as this is been the 4th day I am having this issue.
@jessmcguire @TPG_Telecom Ours was shocking using the service providers wifi router. Got a new router and it’s much better.
