@TPG_Telecom @phone_scam That doesn't work. They'll call anyways. Plus you can fake your number, so blocking is also redundant.

Jason Steen (@Steen_Dr) reported
@TPG_Telecom I cant call you "while its happening" because it self resolves, and all you seem to be able to say is "theres currently no problem, please call while its happening". but I still lost internet connection (and all my SSH sessions and zoom meetings) when it happened

The other day, my bank account got hacked so had to call the bank, who then proceeded to cancel my card. Last night, my mobile phone company sent me an email, they tried to take payment but couldn't. Since 11pm I've received 3 emails and 2 texts. @TPG_Telecom

@swyx @TPG_Telecom Check if your ISP is doing maintenance. If not, speak to them about your intermittent connection - as they can usually check for signal-noise ratio which can cause disconnects.

@TPG_Telecom thats the whole problem. theres no problem now, i've worked out how to fix it myself. what I want to know is, should it be doing it at all, and is it expected behaviour? as for the rain problem, check yesterdays logs on my account. guarantee it dropped 10 times.

I get my @NBN_Australia through @Internode in Fitzroy. On 13 March my IPv6 connectivity (set up correctly in my router and working since June 2020) stopped. I suspect a back-end problem with parent company @TPG_Telecom. Anyone with the same problem?
