    @TPG_Telecom I have made a complaint on 10/01/2023 And I'm waiting for the outcome reference number 2023/01/02177. WHAT'S going on TPG is that the way to handle customer service. I lost my exam due to Your internet service and now you are denied to compensate.

    @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia once again problems with NBN connection. 3rd time within a month. Not surprised my neighbours (x3) had same problems and the technician repairs theirs yesterday and leaves ours not functioning. Cmon do better.

    @TPG_Telecom hey hey. On an internet outage. Been on hold for almost 30 minutes with no indication of length of wait time etc. Do you have average wait time available?
