@TPG_Telecom agents needs to learn some better way to handle customers. They don't bother if the customer is happy or not they keep disconnecting the line. Customer put so much efforts in waiting in queue for 50 mins & they keep transferring you & every new Agent keeps verifying.

@TPG_Telecom one of the worst customer service, one of the worst customer retention ratio, not bothered if customer. Please cancel my subscription with tpg and pay for my time loss. I don't want to #Tpg to provide me services any more.
