    Tpg Telecom @TPG_Telecom disconnected my home Nbn yesterday for no apparent reason & promised to reconnect immediately. 24 hours since more than 10 calls.. Running pillar to posts.. Support staff is absolutely clueless and just passing the buck. Worst possible service ever.

    If anyone is looking for competent Internet service provider then stay away from @TPG_Telecom the worst trained, customer service and all around incompetent

    @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia once again problems with NBN connection. 3rd time within a month. Not surprised my neighbours (x3) had same problems and the technician repairs theirs yesterday and leaves ours not functioning. Cmon do better.

    @TPG_Telecom had a less than satisfactory customer experience today … any chance I can get some one to contact me? Just called waited for 6 minutes for an operator to answer only to have them not hear me and hang up … time to move providers I think

    @TPG_Telecom why the hell did I just have to correct your customer service consultant about not calling me “sir”, have to ask for an apology to just be told “sorry sir”

    @TPG_Telecom my NBN is down again! 4th time this week and I can’t seem to get an answer. Hoping I have more luck here. The outage status page is not clear and I have to drive somewhere to send this. Is there an outage in inner north melb? Will it be another 8 hours again?

    @TPG_Telecom I've never taken to social media to escalate an issue, but I have no other choice. My husband has been trying get a new esim QR code sent to him for 2 days now. He has no mobile coverage, so can't receive text messages or calls.
