    @TPG_Telecom why is your DNS down for several days? I have fixed this on most devices by adding google DNS as secondary, but my NetAtmo weather station from Apple doesn't have this option and is dead in the water. Help!

    @TPG_Telecom Often. My fancy router and even provided router are working well. What is problem? I seted up as your provided instruction, but internet is disaconnected frequently. After reset, the internet is connected. It happends everyday.

    @TPG_Telecom The internet connection in Kellyville NSW, is not working again. It often disaconnect. I did factory reset and followed as your insruction. After a month, it disaconnect again. It’s why I am extremely considering no longernwith TPG. Unstable internet provider.

    @TPG_Telecom the @NBN_Australia status check says that the issues on my area are resolved but I still have no internet at home. What’s the ETA on your end?

    @TPG_Telecom you guys got the worst internet in Perth. So is the service team. No reply for 2 weeks now. Hope everyone is alive. Y

    @Telstra Connecting to chat means a 2hr wait and then it disconnects. When I call the faults team they report it, tell me they will fix it and the screenshot is the result. Done it 3 times. That’s how I’ve got on. Not up for round 4. @TPG_Telecom might help though

    @TPG_Telecom Done that too. He came, there was no problem in the 30 minute window he was here, so couldn’t really do much. That’s the problem: it’s unstable for days and then seems to work.
