    @TPG_Telecom tpg has got to be the worst isp I have ever had the displeasure of using. At the rate that you're services go down I'd be better off spending my money elsewhere. Absolute garbage internet service provider

    Tpg Telecom @TPG_Telecom disconnected my home Nbn yesterday for no apparent reason & promised to reconnect immediately. 24 hours since more than 10 calls.. Running pillar to posts.. Support staff is absolutely clueless and just passing the buck. Worst possible service ever.

    @tpgaustralia @TPG_Telecom I simply asked them for the specific numbers causing the slow speed, but they haven't provided any information at all.

    @TPG_Telecom Sent you in DM. The issue is still not fixed. It's almost one week now. Your team ordered a replacement WiFi router but now they are saying it's NBN issue.

    @TPG_Telecom OK We have lost the phone number, it was ported from Telstra, and it won't activate with TPG. Looks like it might be a REFUND and cancel.

    @TPG_Telecom how is it that my elderly mother has had no service for almost 24 hours and no response from you? Customer service at its worst!
