@TPG_Telecom Internet outage since 9 Dec. Called customer care - no ETA for internet Can suspend the connection? - not possible to suspend in Tpg. Can close the connection? - on 3 months more contract without my knowledge though with tpg for 18 months now

@TPG_Telecom is there an outage for NBN in auchenflower QLD? I've had no WiFi for at least the last 5 hours. There was a planned outage overnight but that's all I know of.

@TPG_Telecom NBN customer and quality of connection and number of dropouts has grown exponentially the past two weeks. Time without connection is now exceeding time connected.

@TPG_Telecom Internet not working for 2nd day. Called customer care - nbn outage but no resolution date. Wanna suspend the connection - not possible to suspend in tpg. Wanna close the connection - on 3 months more contract without my knowledge though with tpg for 18 months now

Used to back @TPG_Telecom to the hills! But now two unstable connections in three weeks in beyond the joke. Was polite on the phone but ugh just continually hear we'll escalate high sucks.

@TPG_Telecom Worst service ever, to buy a sim they answer in 5 min . To ask for help when its not working you wait more than 85 min with no answer! Failed so bad
