    @TPG_Telecom I have exteremly slow internet, Twitter, browsing and everything just doesn’t load on Wifi. I use 4G and they all load normally! Been trying to call customer service since the morning, long waiting time, I asked for a call back that was meant to happen an hour ago!

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom first day of your 5G home internet plan and come home to no internet for the past hour. Yes I've turned it off and back on. 1 hour wait time for support. Very poor.
