@TPG_Telecom @Daddles11 The DNS solution can only work if you have a connection. I have no connection (red blink light on modem). Submitted a fault report through the mobile app more than 24h ago; cannot get through on the phone. This is not an acceptable level of service.

@TPG_Telecom your internet has been **** for the past few weeks, I'm a streamer and I can't stream/work under these conditions I'm paying for a service that I can barely use it's beyond a joke right now.

@Manjeet50721468 @TPG_Telecom 3350. It’s been slow for weeks but tonight is just ridiculous. Nothing frustrates me more than buffering. This is what they’ll do to me in hell. I’ll have to run triathlons and then be forced to sit and watch **** buffer.
