    @TPG_Telecom I want my account to be canceled. Is that that hard of request? I don’t want lemon product that I have been paying for past 5 month! Why are your team passing around one to another and putting hold for 20min? This exactly with your technical support department!

    Not impressed with @TPG_Telecom , extremely poor call quality, requested relocation and am being advised it will take 2 days longer than the requested date. Currently looking for a higher quality service provider. @Aussie_BB ?? Is that you?

    @TPG_Telecom Hi TPG. @NBN_Australia have just texted me asking to confirm or cancel tomorrow with them by 7am, but I already responded to you guys a different preferred date. Can’t contact @NBN_Australia till 8am. Don’t want to cancel because it won’t get fixed. Pls help. #kafkaesque

    @TPG_Telecom Your service stings. Final I go throw. Soonest mention disconnection. The guy who answered hang up and second time same person put me back on the queue. That’s how good your bloody service is! Every time I call you technical department I get same treatment

    @TPG_Telecom Your technical team told me if I don’t like 0.83 map data speed I am getting, told to cancel the service 3 months ago! I tried to give TPG chance, every time I call your technical department, I can’t get through. Waiting on hold for hours!
