    @TPG_Telecom hi. Having trouble with our internet today, can't connect, even after resetting the modem a few times. Have checked the TPG status info and the nbn status info and no outages in my area/address. Would appreciate some help, cheers.

    @TPG_Telecom & @NBN_Australia why does Eltham, VIC have no service when there are no power outages in the area? Ausnet have confirmed all power is on in the area.
