Been trying to call customer service since the morning, long waiting time, I asked for a call back that was meant to happen an hour ago!

Wonderosities (@Wanderosities) reported@TPG_Telecom how much longer will the NBN be disconnected in Rydalmere, NSW? It's been off since 11am this morning! Are u going to reimburse me for the extra data I have had to use from mobile hotspotting so i can work. Service has been terrible lately!! Might be time to change
