    @TPG_Telecom My Dear Sir, I have never turned down an assistance from TPG to fix the problem. I did report that I was very happy with my previous tp-link 4G Black modem, and I did emphasised on the fact that if TPG insists on me using newly sent Cube White 4G modem we won't get anywhere.

    @TPG_Telecom yet another outage in Canning Vale, Perth. What is going on with your network, this is a daily issue now never mind the fact that I’m only getting approx 60% the bandwidth that I was quoted when the service is up and running. Not good enough!

    @TPG_Telecom Hi, is there an update on the outage in Thornbury 3071??? No resolution time on NBN website, being directed to TPG for further info. Outage is getting close to 24hrs.

    @TPG_Telecom why is there an internet outage today that’s lasted from 8am till at least 3pm? That’s pretty much a days work gone.

    I love my @TPG_Telecom 5G router not working and not connecting to the internet every day! It's great when it's an issue which happens almost every other day for an extended period of time during hours where I can't talk to customer support on the phone. What a great service!

    @TPG_Telecom my internet has dropped out for the last hour and the wait time to speak to someone is over 1 hour. There is no outage from your website. Is there a problem?

    @TPG_Telecom what is happening in the Evandale,SA Area . everything is loading very slow. the download speed is 0.6 mbps .

    @TPG_Telecom A swathe of websites are slow to get to or not responding. LinkedIn Twitter M365 Facebook etc. connections time out or only partially load.

    @isaacmcintyre @Aussie_BB @TPG_Telecom Unfortunately from my understanding, in cases like this, it doesn't matter which ISP you're with. You either have a ****** area or ****** lines which falls directly on NBN, and completely out of the control of ISP's. I can't speak highly enough of AussieBB & their service.
