    @TPG_Telecom having terrible service in 3025 today. Speed test is 5mb or less. Have rebooted modem. Nothing on nbn service outages. Can you look into it? Stuck inside with two kids 🤯

    @TPG_Telecom We've been living with unstable internet for over a week in #AlexandriaNSW. Have tried to log a report thru app twice, but no reply. Appalling service.

    @TPG_Telecom Our Internet was supposed to be switched on the 17th September. Still nothing. I have to work from home tomorrow,. There's no communication. Your service is ridiculous.
