I've also tried to use the Linked Accounts function on the website to link the two accounts but that fails at the verify identity part.

vinay krishna (@vkrishnav) reported@TPG_Telecom Internet is unstable since 3rd Nov and it keep dropping every 5-10 minutes. I received at over 10 messages on NBN investigating issues and even confirmation that issue was fixed but no luck so far. It has impacted my work and overall daily schedule.

Are u going to reimburse me for the extra data I have had to use from mobile hotspotting so i can work. Service has been terrible lately!! Might be time to change
