@TPG_Telecom You sent me a text on the weekend about planned outage in my area. But I checked the NBN co website and today’s was cancelled and moved to Friday. I have had ZERO notification from TPG of this. Why can you send some notifications and not others? Not good enough

Do I need a new router (frankly after years of me paying for abysmal connectivity, surely @TPG_Telecom should replace for free?) Or, does anyone around Brunswick East have a provider they recommend? I just need internet, no phone service add ons etc just decent reliable internet
