@TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia I'm on the border of Preston & Thornbury in Melbourne & the internet has been up & down (worse than usual) for over 24 hours. I've checked and there are no reports of maintenance or anything. Is something going on? Or is this as good as it gets?

@TPG_Telecom don't know where to find that. this is actually pissing me off, this has happened even after replacing our old router, setting up meshes and searching for help

@TPG_Telecom's customer backend has always been archaic, but you lived with it because the value was there and the service reasonable. The world has moved on. Aussie Broadband's $ABB service has been great - easy setup, local call centres and a decent app. 3/4

I’m having an internet connection nightmare. Have been trying 7 days to connect to @NBN_Australia - first with @TPG_Telecom whose customer service was atrocious. Switched to @beourmate who claim to have Australia’s most satisfied customers. I am very dissatisfied. 1/3

@TPG_Telecom the app is where i am supposed to lodge issues and when it gave me the opportunity it just suddenly closed and removed the messages - it's been progressively getting slower since july last year but app hasn't worked properly since October

Thank you @TPG_Telecom and @NBN_Australia . My HFC connection at Oakleigh south is not working from more than a month now. Hopefully this will get fixed in year 2022.

@TPG_Telecom Can’t be improved. Been down this road many times and there’s never been improvement. I just wanted to let you know that’s all.

@TPG_Telecom what is happening with your support? I keep getting dropped on my phone calls and progress nowhere with my issue. I've tried calling 4 times in the past week now. Starting to regret switching over to you. DO BETTER!

I've been a customer for 10 years. While anecdotes aren't data, I've fallen down a Kafkaesque hole with @TPG_Telecom these past weeks. Perverse incentives, focus on internal process and zero accountability have been evident. Customer service, once decent, has become awful. 2/4
