@TPG_Telecom NBN dropouts again, persistently having same problem and now customer service directs to online chat, which is hopeless when your internet is down. Hopeless TPG. Am going to churn.

@TPG_Telecom Hi I’ve DMd you as suggested. I’m also trying to connect to your tech staff again, unsuccessfully. This is remarkably frustrating. I’d very much appreciate if someone could fix this.

@erprateeks @TPG_Telecom I agree 100% I have been trying to get support for 3 days now... can anyone see a big ombudsman thing coming out of TPG’s poor customer support.

@TPG_Telecom appreciate times are quite challenging for all right now, however, signal is so so slow and I can’t get hold of you online or on the phone. Trying to work from home is near impossible with this connection speed. Please contact me ASAP.

@TPG_Telecom Thanks! It took me almost three hours to finally connect and talk to the Customer Service. The online chat service isn't really effective and I couldn't do the plan change by myself, the web page kept crashing. But it's sorted now.

What a joke TPG support is... they have now moved to online “chat” for support but after 2 hours waiting still no response. Paying for 45mbps and lucky to be getting 2 to 3 MBPS. Would not recommend TPG at this time !!
