@TPG_Telecom has the worst customer services. Being customer for more than 5 years but you got get any support when require. Called more an 5 times and email 3-4 times but no solution yet.

@TPG_Telecom The Service Status page on your website states that the outage has been 'resolved'. However, I can tell you my NBN connection is still off-line 12 hours after the outage started (2/2)

@TPG_Telecom Are you aware of issues regarding sending incorrect data usage for mobile plans? I got texts saying I was charged for excess data usage, followed by barred data - but the account portal shows no such thing
