    @TPG_Telecom when you organise an @NBN_Australia technician to come out and assist with set up. If said set up is average at best, who do we get to come and fix the problem? Setting the NBN box in the rear of the house so the main bedrooms get little to no connection is madness

    @TPG_Telecom how can you bump the prices when I’m on a contract for a set time frame and set amount. I would have thought you could only raise the prices once the contract had ended. Also when I’m constantly getting outage notices how can you

    @TPG_Telecom If that's the case then I will be advising this and future customers to avoid your email service and use the far superior a more secure @gmail or @Outlook and just redirect their tpg mail to that address. No IMAP, my Gods! You know it's the 2020's right?
