    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @TPG_Telecom You’ve had 3 weeks to sort this out. 3 weeks where we have been without a mobile service. We’ve called you 5 times without resolution. 5 times we’ve been told it’s been escalated. You’ve over charged us for 6mths. What will change now ? We are contacting ombudsman tomorrow
