    @TPG_Telecom That is quite ok. Ignore my question. It was my new provider setting up the modem to connect me. I will contact TPG to cancel my account. Thanks for all the help in the past. Appreciate it. ๐Ÿ‘

    @NBN_Australia @jojo1171952 Just be honest with what the issue is and what is being done to resolve it. Itโ€™s now Friday, my service provider lady whoโ€™s been very helpful (thanks @TPG_Telecom ) says itโ€™s likely you wonโ€™t be working on the weekend

    @TPG_Telecom you had a planned outage for my area on the 17th, it's the 19th today. NBN website indicates no outage. Please explain. Yes, I've rebooted the modem and reset the NBN.

    @TPG_Telecom Working from home and the internet goes down. 30 minute wait time to get through to support is not the best experience....

    @GT_AUS @TPG_Telecom TPG, iiNet and Internode (amongst others) are all the same company now... iiNet has 24x7 customer support.. however does not have 24x7 business support.. as if businesses donโ€™t work 24x7 anymore...!

    @TPG_Telecom is there currently an outage to internet service? NBN not reporting outage but my internet service has been dropping out every few mins all day

    @TPG_Telecom I have exteremly slow internet, Twitter, browsing and everything just doesnโ€™t load on Wifi. I use 4G and they all load normally! Been trying to call customer service since the morning, long waiting time, I asked for a call back that was meant to happen an hour ago!

    @TPG_Telecom DM sent; but the responses are nonsensical, irrational and infuriatingly ignorant. Whoever is doing the corresponding cannot understand the basic logic that I cannot access my MFA 'protected' account because there is no mobile netowork coverge at the service location.
