How the mighty have fallen.

Matt Clements (@dfc005) reported@TPG_Telecom Trying to link another new service to an existing account. In the end I've signed up for two seperate accounts which is a bit annoying. I've also tried to use the Linked Accounts function on the website to link the two accounts but that fails at the verify identity part.

I know its going down briefly again anyway on the 7th and 8th for maintenance but this is just outrageous. I’ve lost hours of work because of this. How are you Telco going to compensate?

Kurogane (@Kurogane_Vtube) reported@TPG_Telecom Why is it that you TPG always stuff up somewhere and either slows down our internet or just cuts it off? Why? I’ve experienced way too many maintenances, disconnections for the past couple months. I’m sick and tired of it.
