@TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

@TPG_Telecom 4am and right on cue, no WiFi. Happens every night, several times. I work nights until quite late so this is when I relax and watch tv. We have no digital tv signal here so all our news and media comes through the NBN. 😣 So frustrating when it consteantly drops out.

@Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

@TPG_Telecom I’ve been waiting 3 hours & your customer service consultant has reset my internet changing my wifi name & password. I cannot connect any device to the original or updated naming convention. Here I wait… undoubtedly until 8pm when the line will go dead

It is such a pain to deal with TPG telecom.first they do not deliver promised product then they just don't bother to commit on delivery timeline, further more the wait state to customer care is 40 mins ..always. TPG can only improve from here.. @TPG_Telecom

@TPG_Telecom I was hacked and had to cancel my bank. My TPG payment failed. I tried to update bank details online but my old mobile got the security code. I called and was sent another code. I explained it's not my mobile. Apparently, nothing can be done. Not cool.

@TPG_Telecom Internet not working for 2nd day. Called customer care - nbn outage but no resolution date. Wanna suspend the connection - not possible to suspend in tpg. Wanna close the connection - on 3 months more contract without my knowledge though with tpg for 18 months now

@TPG_Telecom we have been on hold for 8 hours over the past 2 days trying to get our account sorted out. This is beyond a joke. TPG: industry worst practise!!!
