    @TPG_Telecom my NBN is down again! 4th time this week and I can’t seem to get an answer. Hoping I have more luck here. The outage status page is not clear and I have to drive somewhere to send this. Is there an outage in inner north melb? Will it be another 8 hours again?

    @TPG_Telecom I made that complaint 3 months ago 2023/01/02177,but I'm still waiting. I lost an exam worth 800$ and took the day off from work and your internet play up speed was 10 Mbps despite my plan was 100mbps. And you still denied to compensate.

    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?
