    @TPG_Telecom my internet has been down for most of the afternoon today & most of the afternoon yesterday and it's dropping in and out constantly outside of that. Modem and wireless are working. Tried calling but after an hour and 20 minutes on hold gave up.

    Don’t even use NBN - have 5G wireless but internet has been down all day. Can’t even contact @TPG_Telecom support. Ughhhhh

    @TPG_Telecom Internet, Phone down in Epping whole day. No reported outage but your technical support line is also unreachable for past 45 minutes. TPG sucks!

    @Craig_Zimmerman @TPG_Telecom Hot tip - call their help desk - provider will likely need to book a nbn tech for replacement. Longer you wait, the lower in the queue...
