    @TPG_Telecom I submitted my cancellation request THREE TIMES 3 weeks ago via your website & you told me you never received it. Am i to be penalised for your faulty website? Do I now have to pay an extra month because of that?

    @NBN_Australia @jojo1171952 Just be honest with what the issue is and what is being done to resolve it. It’s now Friday, my service provider lady who’s been very helpful (thanks @TPG_Telecom ) says it’s likely you won’t be working on the weekend

    @TPG_Telecom @NBN_Australia after a bunch of outages just days ago, the NBN is down again in Clifton Hill. NBN status says no outage.

    @TPG_Telecom My wireless 5G internet is out since Thursday night. No ETA, no updates, no proper service. More than 2.5 days now, how long would it take? Many others impacted but not outcome yet. Area - Kirrawee 2232

    @TPG_Telecom My phone service is dead because I deleted the digital SIM since 12 hrs. Please email me a new setup code so I can get back online, and don't try to text me a code because I won't get it. Very slow service from TPG
