    @Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

    @dobes @moylecroft I had no end of problem with NBN but not TPG fault

    Can't contact @NBN_Australia and @TPG_Telecom are no help. Imagine if I had to work from home, I would be screwed. Oh wait. I do work from home.

    @TPG_Telecom I’ve already made up my mind and cancellation is in place. I’ve also already signed up my new supplier. I called up prior and explained why I was looking to cancel. The person on the phone just said “No sorry, anything else I can help you with?” I thought it very odd!

    @TPG_Telecom Hi ... the work is so bad, have complained, as suggested even upgraded the plan yet terrible speed and keeps fading out !! HELP

    Having problems with the relocation of my NBN with @TPG_Telecom - when I try and ask questions about the NBN installation or my service, the call centre staff become quite rude. It’s like they are reluctant to answer my questions. Would be nice to speak to someone who can help.

    @TPG_Telecom was told a manager would call yesterday, then today, just on hold for 45m til cut off. Terrible service especially as I’m self isolating.
