@Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

@TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

@TPG_Telecom Nope. Not bothering with going this again, sorry bud. We go through this exact interaction with no resolution at least once a year after which I just try to tolerate the poor connectivity until I get mad on Twitter again. Thanks anyway tho Basil, I know yer just doing yer job 🙏🏻

Do I need a new router (frankly after years of me paying for abysmal connectivity, surely @TPG_Telecom should replace for free?) Or, does anyone around Brunswick East have a provider they recommend? I just need internet, no phone service add ons etc just decent reliable internet

@TPG_Telecom tpg broadband customer for 6 years. 1.5 hr call with support. 7 different support persons, repeated my issue 7 times and still nowhere. they are just sending me back and forth between billing and technical. HAVING TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
