@Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

@TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

@TPG_Telecom @catspyjamasnz It’s not timeouts for some browsing!!! It’s a major outage. No message re what is happening. No acknowledgement on phone support - “go to the website” (that I can’t access ). Pathetic service. Just tell us what is going on @TPG_Telecom so we can plan our days.

@TPG_Telecom Is Sydney having internet issues? I’m in Maroubra 2035. When the internet is this slow my family abuse me. If they abuse me I cry and will start abusing you. Why so slow? What’s going on? When will it be fixed? Yes NBN.
