    @TPG_Telecom 4am and right on cue, no WiFi. Happens every night, several times. I work nights until quite late so this is when I relax and watch tv. We have no digital tv signal here so all our news and media comes through the NBN. 😣 So frustrating when it consteantly drops out.

    @TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

    @Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

    @TPG_Telecom Unfortunately I don’t have access to the customer info and am not a member of the Account so I wouldn’t be authorised to check on these things. However I was mostly wondering if there was an issue with the network around Maitland, NSW in general

    Something has happened to my internet and it ****** my router up a bit. Like wtf things get disconnected randomly on all my devices on wifi, I’m capped at 10Mbps (The property has NBN50) and like it’s been like this for 2 days now. @TPG_Telecom is there any known issues right now

    Thanks again to @NBN_Australia for scheduling network maintenance in the middle of a work day. My HFC connection has been offline for the last 20 minutes and I cannot access any of the files I need for work. Absolutely hopeless. Zero stars. (Ping @TPG_Telecom)

    @TPG_Telecom internet has been on and off for the past 3 days in Brisbane. You hold my feet to the fire when I don't pay a bill and yet we are supposed throw our money away for this crap every month! Fix it now!

    @HaFuChalice @crikey_news I would love to have 100, or 1000 down... alas I'm stuck with barely 20 down and 5 up. That's still better than ADSL2+ which delivered about 13/1 until @TPG_Telecom gave up on us and it dropped to 4/0.2.

    @TPG_Telecom I was told by the tech support that there was an outage in the Thornbury area and won't be up until 6pm.. Clearly someone is lying

    @TPG_Telecom @TPG_Telecom Isn't it unfair that complexity has not been defined since yesterday & we have no update on exact problem is and its nearly quite long time without internet when you working from home....
