    @TPG_Telecom Nobody should use this company. They have been charging me for a service I have not used for 15 months. I have cancelled my service on numerous occasions but they keep charging me. I don't even live in Australia anymore. Thieves!

    @TPG_Telecom I have now verified my account 3 times. Please let me know when you have cancelled my account. I have been emailing you asking you to cancel my service for 15 months.

    @TPG_Telecom - getting close to closing all the corporate accounts we have with you because of this issue - your mail servers are rejecting all emails from our domain with the error: 5.7.1 SPF unauthorized mail is prohibited. support refuses to help as I don't have a res account

    @TPG_Telecom Been having issues with our internet since you guys sent out a new 5g modem to us. Old modem got disconnected and our new one is not connecting to the internet at all. Been waiting over 24 hours at this point and my dad has been unable to work due to it

    @TPG_Telecom I called to cancel my service on the 3rd they wouldn't cancel it over the phone so I had to email to cancel my service on the 3rd, which I was told would be done in 24-48hrs. It's over 72hrs later and no reply, you tried to bill me, for the service I want cancelled.
