    @Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

    @tpg_telecom @vodafone_aus Why am I making multiple calls to #TPG only to speak with pointless Customer Service Representatives from Philippines?? They're inept, frustrating & incompetent & quite frankly, unqualified. That's why they LIE & tell you "somebody will call you back"

    @TPG_Telecom Hi there - my NBN home internet seems to be having issues this evening. Was running really slowly when I got home, so I reset the NTD and my router. Now I have no internet - seems to be DNS related? Reset both devices a few times without success. Any advice?

    @TPG_Telecom, 8 days since one of your phone agents incorrectly processed a service move request and disconnected my internet. How does it take over a week to fix something you broke in less than 6 hours? complaint reference is 11406321.

    @TPG_Telecom I am receiving emails but not ones from outlook users I cannot send emails through outlook. My son has sent me two emails through his outlook and i cannot receive from TPG Post office or my outlook. I can send to him though through TPG post office. please fix or call me, please

    @TPG_Telecom My e-mail (microsoft outlook) is not working again The server responded: 535 5.7.8 [TPG-A02] Authentication denied. User (address removed) is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse This is ridiculous, twice now in one month TPG servers have failed.

    @TPG_Telecom we've been without internet for a week now and your tech has not shown up to 2 appointments and has had to reschedule 3 days later as 'that was the earliest available time' however my neighbour called up after me with the exact same issue and got his fixed next day

    @NBN_Australia Hi Sally, my service provider @TPG_Telecom has been great with keeping me up to date on the outages, which are due to an issue with the wholesaler (NBN). I have had regular outages in the last week in my area (3094). Working off my 4G connection today...😭
