@Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

@TPG_Telecom Perhaps either I didn't communicate it properly or you misunderstood what I was saying;when I logged into the post office this was also slow in accepting the request to send the email (this is above the email client timing out,which is why I resorted to using it in the first )

@NBN_Australia @AAPTHQ @TPG_Telecom could be the worst customer service combo in history. Their service is as crap as the rotten cables they run into our houses. Avoid them both if you can (and I know NBN is a monopoly). Retweet if you have had bad service from NBN.

@TPG_Telecom we been having internet issues for 2 months with no solution despite contacting TPG multiple times. My partner and I both work from home and it’s making life incredibly difficult. We’ll have to switch to another provider if this isn’t resolved properly soon.
