@Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

@TPG_Telecom I’ve already made up my mind and cancellation is in place. I’ve also already signed up my new supplier. I called up prior and explained why I was looking to cancel. The person on the phone just said “No sorry, anything else I can help you with?” I thought it very odd!

@TPG_Telecom Ok goody. I love being forced onto the absolutely crap @NBN_Australia network and being given new ways to pay more money to maybe even get half the speed I used to get. Great bit of “nation-building infrastructure” @ScottMorrisonMP

@TPG_Telecom Often. My fancy router and even provided router are working well. What is problem? I seted up as your provided instruction, but internet is disaconnected frequently. After reset, the internet is connected. It happends everyday.
