I work nights until quite late so this is when I relax and watch tv. We have no digital tv signal here so all our news and media comes through the NBN. 😣 So frustrating when it consteantly drops out.

Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

Everytime after we agree on something, its a different story whenever I call back to follow up. There is 0 sync of info across the support team.

The outage status page is not clear and I have to drive somewhere to send this. Is there an outage in inner north melb? Will it be another 8 hours again?
