TPG called today suggesting that NBN had done some work and it should be ‘better’. It’s actually worse, 1k ping & constant dropouts. 8 days and counting..

Jaykay (@cani_jaykay) reported@TPG_Telecom As tpg will not accept the modem is not suitable for wifi signal transmission in the home, you basically provide an inferior product (modem) which is not suitable for purpose? Imagine if all businesses could charge you and not provide what you pay for?
