Was running really slowly when I got home, so I reset the NTD and my router. Now I have no internet - seems to be DNS related? Reset both devices a few times without success. Any advice?

My son has sent me two emails through his outlook and i cannot receive from TPG Post office or my outlook. I can send to him though through TPG post office. please fix or call me, please

User (address removed) is banned from using SMTP AUTH due to previous abuse This is ridiculous, twice now in one month TPG servers have failed.
