    @TPG_Telecom 4am and right on cue, no WiFi. Happens every night, several times. I work nights until quite late so this is when I relax and watch tv. We have no digital tv signal here so all our news and media comes through the NBN. 😣 So frustrating when it consteantly drops out.

    @TPG_Telecom In the email I suggested it was something at street level as white ants ate through the power lines a couple of times causing SA Power & SA Water to repeatedly dig up the street out front. Everyone in our street has issues regardless of who they’re with. We had power outages too.

    @Telstra Apparently you (Telstra) are having ‘technical issues’ and aren’t giving TPG any indication as to when the issue will be resolved or when I will be connected.. 2 and a half weeks without internet and counting. Dismal service

    @NBN_Australia I'm quite not sure why my @TPG_Telecom internet provider is not able to get a ETR on network fault since last 2 days. Area Address 30-32 Lydbrook St West Mead.@NBN do we need to address it to TIO for this...Please confirm.

    I'm no sure what's happening to my internet service provider @TPG_Telecom who cannot give me enough information on resolution and customer team hanging up the phone...@NBN_Australia please assist to fix this network outage.

    I just went to play a new game and my internet went down. I am seriously ready to flip. Hey @TPG_Telecom, this is the 6th outage in a month but thankfully this didn’t happen during work. Fix your ****.

    @TPG_Telecom lolz.. got a phone call from your team offering to upgrade my slow ADSL2 to fast NBN as "it's the best quoted by the @acccgovau..." wanna know what my answer us? I like my slow internet as it works! Thank You though, really.

    @TPG_Telecom my internet is not working? Have reset the modem/router and still not coming back up. Bill is paid/up to date - have you had an outage in Canberra??
