    @DavidTSimpson @TPG_Telecom I’m in the same position.. almost 24hrs on the dot. I got an email from my building manger saying TPG was on site trying to fix the problem 5.5 hours ago. Still no service. Suppose they went home for the weekend.

    @TPG_Telecom Guess I just shouldn’t bother working at all if I can’t work from home reliably. @TPG_Telecom and @NBN_Australia making online life **** since 2011.

    @TPG_Telecom Its working now although I had to reboot routers. The service was working great since I switched to nbn then in the last 4-5 mths have been experiencing constant issues. I reboot routers which often fixes the issue but then it re occurs again. Why does this occur?

    Word of warning everyone. @TPG_Telecom provide THE WORST customer service I've experienced. If I hear "I understand your frustration" (of working from home with unreliable, intermittent internet) one more time, there will be ..... 😡😡😡😡😡😡
