    @TPG_Telecom moved in and no internet connection. No help service open. No messaged saying it's been transferred. Can someone inbox me or just wait til tomorrow and bill you for the money I've lost tonight.

    @TPG_Telecom you have sent me a 60Gb SIM to compensate for a HFC network issue, yet there's no way to register this SIM or contact you. I was hung up twice after phoning for a total of 2 hours, private DMs are met with tumbleweeds, and promised callbacks never happen.

    @TPG_Telecom Hi, my internet connection drops out everyday 4 to 5 times a day. I WFH so now I have to hotspot from my fone to get reliable access. This has been going on for a few weeks. what has changed with your service
