    @TPG_Telecom hi Tpg. Internet is not working and your contact centre won't take calls. Unfortunately I have to work and need the internet which means I will needing to work extra hours to male up for lost time. Can you 0lease advise why no calls are going through??

    @TPG_Telecom Bad support and working on that is part of any business. The biggest Jono is staff lying to customers to get them off their back. Telling a detailed tail that’s not true or just admitting to not caring. I have had this now 3 times as a long term customer. It’s the worst sin

    @TPG_Telecom are you having widespread problems with your payment system? You disconnected my internet at the weekend without any warning despite a payment being made last week!

    @TPG_Telecom support have a big tendency to give their customers lies on the phone basically and seem totally ok with it if you complain.

    @TPG_Telecom Yes. Turns up at the wrong time so it is lucky we were home. Would like to know the outcome of listening to the call and staff member lying to me because it looks like engineer only came when he did neighbour’s issue and never was going to turn up Thursday.

    @TPG_Telecom i just spoke to someone in your retention specialist team who couldnt answer my valid queries and the. Transferred me to an extention that is invalid. Do you just refuse to deal with people who have moved on past customer service like this?

    Not impressed with @TPG_Telecom , extremely poor call quality, requested relocation and am being advised it will take 2 days longer than the requested date. Currently looking for a higher quality service provider. @Aussie_BB ?? Is that you?
