@David_J_Harley @NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom Ok I now get an understanding of the issues. It does sound like a TIO issue now. What type of NBN technology are you connected on ?

  • XMW60950832 X MW (@XMW60950832) reported

@TPG_Telecom No there is no damaged cable, the wifi will work for a couple of hours, then the internet will cut out and the red light on optical and alarm pops up

  • kuinrr asr kuin (@kuinrr) reported

Nice @TPG_Telecom said they were gonna fix the net by yesterday and now I have to play finals still on data, thanks for nothing 👍

@TPG_Telecom Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to express my outmost satisfaction with the efforts and dedication of my case manager Mary, and her colleague the senior engineer Myra for resolving the issue of my 4G modem after nearly 5 months of frustration of contacting TPG to replace it.

2: info. Also told that that would be a waste of time as that’s tell me the same thing. Is this what a world class service thinks is ok service - because @Telstra, it isn’t. So sick of the crappy service you provide rural customers - I can see you don’t care. @TPG_Telecom : DM me

  • mya_saum saumya menon (@mya_saum) reported

@TPG_Telecom internet has been down for 2hrs and no updates from you

  • NeateDavid David Neate (@NeateDavid) reported

@TPG_Telecom customers out there may have received an email purporting to be from TPG, but it ain't. Wants you to click on hyperlinks to sort out a supposed bank-denied credit card payment. Thanks to TPG support staff for their assistance tonight. Reported to @Scamwatch_gov

  • rock_the_boat Benj (@rock_the_boat) reported

@OptusNewsRoom @TPG_Telecom @Telstra Outright lies, Yes #Optus Fact #5 Less Resiliency? By combining the majority (not all) of TPG's spectrum allocation in the specified zone, call and data capacity will be increased, alleviating the current and potential future congestion of the Telstra network in these areas

  • kuinrr asr kuin (@kuinrr) reported

.@TPG_Telecom wanna fix my net any slower?

  • Kurogane_Vtube Kurogane (@Kurogane_Vtube) reported

@TPG_Telecom wtf why are you cutting my network? Don’t you dare bullshit me by pointing me towards NBNCo, they have no outage detected in my area and want me to contact YOU. WTF is going on exactly? I’m not paying $100 a month for frequent disconnections!!!
