    @TPG_Telecom hi can someone tell me what's happening with internet outage at Endeavour Hills 3802 today? Yesterday had issues all day and today also. Had planned works a few days ago, ever since can't seem to use no matter how many times restart modem etc

    @TPG_Telecom Appreciate your reply. Allegedly the speed tests are showing correct but the actual service seems intermittent. I am certain it is not you as a carrier/reseller but to do with the awful @NBN_Australia in our area but they can't say when we will be upgraded

    @TPG_Telecom Nope. Not bothering with going this again, sorry bud. We go through this exact interaction with no resolution at least once a year after which I just try to tolerate the poor connectivity until I get mad on Twitter again. Thanks anyway tho Basil, I know yer just doing yer job 🙏🏻

    nothing worse than calling up to ask why my ******* internet is still down only to hear "go to @TPG_Telecom .com to see if you are affected by recent internet outages".... they're *************** surely
