@TPG_Telecom @phone_scam That doesn't work. They'll call anyways. Plus you can fake your number, so blocking is also redundant.

  • Steen_Dr Jason Steen (@Steen_Dr) reported

@TPG_Telecom thats the whole problem. theres no problem now, i've worked out how to fix it myself. what I want to know is, should it be doing it at all, and is it expected behaviour? as for the rain problem, check yesterdays logs on my account. guarantee it dropped 10 times.

@TPG_Telecom I’ve had no nbn for 12-24 hrs now. TPG keep putting it on nbnco and they say issue resolved several times but nope. I’m in Potts Point 2011. Anyone else having the same problem? It’s getting ridiculous at this point.

  • scottwright87 Scott Wright (@scottwright87) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Steen_Dr @TPG_Telecom I’m having the same issue today. NBN drops out every 20 mins. Have to reset the box to get it to work again, briefly...ascot vale Vic.

@TPG_Telecom your provider, Vodafone, is completely down. I can’t send messages, turn on my data, check transport services, access my bank account or anything like that. when will it be back on? can I receive a refund for my monthly prepaid service?

  • StanGoodvibes Stan Goodvibes (@StanGoodvibes) reported

@TPG_Telecom I'm in Bexley North, Sydney. Ever since the big rainstorm 2 weeks ago the internet has been terrible. We get 24mbs at best, and then it drops off completely and kills netflix/Prime/laptop. Worse in the evenings. What happened?
