@TPG_Telecom Good morning, didnt end up doing the reboot modem/router with a good old fashion, switch off and then on - latency issues occurred. Hoping this does work - will let you know. I notice this more for online games than watching netflix

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom @launtel You can provision a free 7 day trial - if you have FTTP, that can be provisioned on a separate UNI-D port on your NBN box so you don't even have to cancel your existing service. Set it up, move your router to it (or plug in a different router) and use it.

@not_aldous @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I have exactly the same and have never been let down by Amaysim or Aussie Broadband in the past 4 years I’ve used their services. I previously was with Telstra and they were abysmal so much so that even today when I see their ads, I feel angered.

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom As well, last mobile contract the sales guys talked me into some crap I didn't really need and that wasn't good value. As well as a Samsung S10, which turned out to be well below, say, a Google Pixel in speed, and way up on annoyances.

@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I have been using ALDI mobile for years now. I keep accumulating more and more data. $25 per month, auto recharge - it's set and forget. Uses Telstra network.
