@TPG_Telecom I noticed a disconnect/reconnect last night which worked fine/without causing the error condition discussed so I'm hopeful this is a sign of it working. Thanks for the help!

Having terrible experience with @TPG_Telecom. 3 times they’ve said they’ll call us back and didn’t. Told us they can’t get our wifi set up for a month, but that we need to pay for that whole month. We are ready to switch. Anyone know another internet provider in Melbourne 3011?

In the end I went with @TPG_Telecom over @Aussie_BB. Even with a referral it’ll be $130 less a year for the same internet speed (100/20). Just grateful to be done with @MyRepublicAU. Offering chat only support is a bad business model.
