@TPG_Telecom is the Tiger Air of internet providers. You're sucked in by the bargain price but you don't take into account the cost of the therapy required after being abandoned at the proverbial airport by their customer service.

@TPG_Telecom so tried to find out what's happening with my nbn service as it's currently not available at my new place, no one answerd my questions and after the 3rd transfer they randomly hung up on me. I work from home and need more than 55gb SIM card

Had NBN outage and @TPG_Telecom helped reschedule after 2 appt no shows. Came on the third appt issue all fixed after 12 days. @NBN_Australia you are affecting daily lives now!

@TPG_Telecom any known issues in 2017 with FTTB? Having service drop outs. Nothing on your service status page, though it has only just started occuring. Have tried the old off and back on trick.

My Karen moment will be cancelling my service with @TPG_Telecom after 7 or so years using them exclusively. Have never been treated worse as a customer #notimpressed
