    Just called @TPG_Telecom tech support (not sales, not level1.. tech support) asking for my SIP settings for my FTTP -“ah we area really blind with those details.. check the community… and good luck..” seriously?

    @TPG_Telecom NBN has been down here on the Lower North Shore of Sydney for almost 12 hours now. NBN Twitter were very unhelpful and didn't provide any info. Are you able to look into it at all? I don't even know if they're trying to fix it and there's no ETA.

    @TPG_Telecom hi can someone please get back to me with an ongoing issue concerning my internet connection in endeavour hills 3802. So frustrating bwith these dropouts constantly and only gotten worse since technicians were working at a pit Infront of my house a month ago.
