@TPG_Telecom why is the cost for termination of service during 30 day period more than what i pay monthly? What costs so much? I was told by a retentikn specilist i would have no cost to terminate service but that is pretty mych a flat out lie.

@TPG_Telecom internet seems to be down in Willoughby NSW with no NBN outage reported. I’ve sent a email with my username but have received no response. I guess your internet is down too? You guys really are the worst ISP.

@TPG_Telecom I’ve been hung up on, had email ignored for the past 10 days, and not been called back when TPG has said they would. Awful way to treat a customer. Been without a service, and can’t get an answer.
