    @TPG_Telecom Internet went down about half an hour ago in Brookfield, VIC. Can't see anything about an outage on the TPG website but every device is affected and I've hard reset the router three times now. Long wait on the phone support.

    @TPG_Telecom LOL - *years* ago now: that link goes to current results, where you're at (or worse than in some cases) plain average now. Blows my mind how you made "best" - you never answer support calls or reply to support emails...

    @TPG_Telecom hi guys, my account says 1 month remaining. If I want to cancel my service can I do so now and be connected for the last month I have just paid for?

    @TPG_Telecom I talked to 5 people yesterday on the phone and still no internet so trust me when I say this customer service is very poor and unhelpful I'll take it further myself , I don't need to talk to a 6 person just to get no where, tpg is a joke 100% should of left years ago

    @TPG_Telecom Umm, interfering with telecommunications equipment would be illegal wouldn't it? I got in enough trouble cutting back Lantana on council property, I don't want any more stupid issues like that. Shame the LNP chose to go cheap. How good is ****** internet!
