@RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom I’ve been with TPG for more thsn 15 years and have never had a single problem with them and can only praise them. I get the feeling you have spoken with people who have had an issue or two that have placed doubts in your mind

@TPG_Telecom - so customers have to give you 30 days notice to cancel an internet service even if they are not on a contract? You should remind customers of it each month. A lesson in how not to treat a loyal customer

Hey @TPG_Telecom I just spent 1 hour in a queue only to be put on hold again & have it cut out (ironic given your line of work). This is after a week of waiting to hear back re the internet I'm paying for but cant use. I will cancel my account if someone doesnt get in touch asap

An "apology" that ends with "I'll never change/bow to a woke world" isn't an apology fyi @kyleandjackieo @KIIS1065. They think he can get away with anything he wants. But in 2022, bigotry has consequences. I think @TPG_Telecom & Bunnings should actually pull their sponsorship.
