Terrible communication, slow response, no follow up and my NBN connection is still unusable after 6 days @TPG_Telecom I have called TPG everyday and I’m continuously told the problem is with NBNco and TPG is awaiting update. It is just not good enough. When will it be fixed???

  • Skymasterfunk Alex Thornton (@Skymasterfunk) reported

@TPG_Telecom every time the weather is bad in Sydney, your internet forgets it is 2022! #FAIL

  • SkinnerJaemes jaemes skinner (@SkinnerJaemes) reported

So, 2 days since @TPG_Telecom promised to escalate the issue and provide an ETA/R after poor communication and no resolution. TPG called today suggesting that NBN had done some work and it should be ‘better’. It’s actually worse, 1k ping & constant dropouts. 8 days and counting..

  • ssjrocks chris holt (@ssjrocks) reported

@TPG_Telecom How will that help, I spoke to your people on the phone mere hours ago and that's the response I got, I know you want to look like you care while taking the issue to the dm backroom, but I wasn't asking for help.. I was criticising your poor customer service

  • spo0kyxspice SpookyxSpice 👻 Physical Media Fiend (@spo0kyxspice) reported

🙄 @TPG_Telecom something is interfering with our network, NBN won't let any device connect to non 5G network. Yet NBN 5G network dropping out like crazy, nothing will load. Speed tests showing speeds up to 90mbps which I never get yet pay for 100NBN. Getting ridiculous.

  • dorman_keith Keith (@dorman_keith) reported

@Optus I’m so sorry, dealing with @Optus is the most frustrating thing ever…call centres useless, messaging service useless. I’m off to @TPG_Telecom

@supajimmyoz Filled in an #NBN and @TPG_Telecom survey! Genuine 0s and 1s for satisfaction scores! No internet, disrupted internet causing study, work issues. The stress during online exams at our place is intense due to internet connection insecurity.

  • cani_jaykay Jaykay (@cani_jaykay) reported

@TPG_Telecom As tpg will not accept the modem is not suitable for wifi signal transmission in the home, you basically provide an inferior product (modem) which is not suitable for purpose? Imagine if all businesses could charge you and not provide what you pay for?

  • DimSimCard Dimitri Karanasios (@DimSimCard) reported

@TPG_Telecom Signed up with an NBN plan but can't access account that you created for me as no first temporary password provided. The forgot password feature doesn't work work either? Need to fix payment settings to get internet working but can't login?
