    @TPG_Telecom is there an outage in Glen Waverley, 3150 currently? I cannot find anything on NBN website but internet hasn’t been working since past few hours. It was completely fine until 4am. We have been on hold on phone with your customer care for past half n hour now!!

    Hey @TPG_Telecom I’m a tpg nbn customer and I am constantly harassed by sms, email and phone to move to Vodafone 5G. Leave me alone - it doesn’t work in my area!!

    @andy_penn @TPG_Telecom @andy_penn we don't gaf. How about seeing what improvement you have done to your customer service. How about a "press 2 to speak to an aussie"?? Overseas team hung up on us cos they don't understand us. You're fkn useless mate

    @TPG_Telecom Haven't received any update till now and now I have to wait till next week for the internet, just because of your INTERNAL issues.

    Wow.. So the issue with my internet is the router.. And @TPG_Telecom is like.. Nah you pay for a new one.. Even though it's our faulty equipment that's caused you to lose the service you are paying for.. So I ******* have to go buy a new router after I lost $400 on my old one

    Just experienced one of the worst costumer services experience from @TPG_Telecom. Would recommend to stay away from them...!!!

    @TPG_Telecom WTF does 'router compatible for NBN Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC) service' mean?? How do I know which modem/router to buy?
