@DavidTSimpson @TPG_Telecom I’m in the same position.. almost 24hrs on the dot. I got an email from my building manger saying TPG was on site trying to fix the problem 5.5 hours ago. Still no service. Suppose they went home for the weekend.

@NBN_Australia @TPG_Telecom how come it’s your box that the issue is with yet we are unable to talk to you about it. Seems like a abit of double handling to me. I talk to TPG, who talk to you and then TPG talks to me again. All I know is this has been over four days without working NBN.

@TPG_Telecom TPG really struggling in eastern suburbs of Melbourne as of the 3rd of Oct continuing to 4th of Oct? Status page said maintenance yesterday but says no main issues now? Im normally rock solid at 350 down, and am currently getting 2??? Obvious issues, please address
