@TPG_Telecom maybe if you are aware of a problem like, ooh, CUSTOMERS CAN'T MAKE ANY CALLS, you could put it up here rather than wasting our time having to make a phone call and connect through multiple IVR messages?

@TPG_Telecom is ur mobile network this slow for data always?? I feel bad i changed to TPG service for my mobile n data. I am shocked how slow and no service inside building the whole day today. Might change the service again if this is the case.

@TPG_Telecom It’s been rescheduled for another day. Tell me why I waited from 1pm-7:30pm today for a technician to come fix my nbn. No communication whatsoever that there was a cancellation. Called severally and all they said was keep waiting. Very frustrating and disappointing!!

@TPG_Telecom TPG once again is promising they will call me back, and I'm here sit waiting for the 5th day consecutive. No internet connection since Friday, what a JOKE!!! This is a nightmare to fix an internet connection, where it is a fault from TPG side (internal system).
