Erwin The Author (@AuthorErwin) reportedSimilar systems were used for Brothers in Arms and Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon. The issue was that people can't do much of this with multiplayer and companies have no reason to do it when they focus on multiplayer.

E. (@Stoked4Good) reported@ThisGeekRH @4Most_gg Bought them via Steam and installed normally. Performance will vary from game to game, and Ghost Recon Breakpoint requires a tweak just to start it. Although, an Ubisoft Connect launcher update today appears to have broken any/all games using said launcher for Steam Deck(Linux).

Yves Guillemot isn’t a leader, and passes the buck on every major issue the company has faced. For me personally the fps itself is olerable but on console specifically 30fps seems to come with a lot of input lag which just makes it even worse. Or maybe thats just Ghost Recon Wildlands specifically idk I just know I feel it there.

The report says the game recently failed to reach internal alpha goals, leading to management changes. Sources also claim developers have been dealing with unrealistic deadlines Rumors inside Ubisoft suggest that if things do not improve, the project could be rebooted or canceled in favor of a different game.
