@0uttaS1TE They already killed off Rainbow Six as a franchise doing this, Then Ghost Recon by turning it into a live service splinter cell rip off and refuse to make a new splinter cell game despite people begging for one for over 20 years. Ubisoft just needs to shut down lol

@Fadiclarke @jasonschreier But a live service AC game would work the same. It would keep getting new content. Also Ghost Recon and even The Division campaigns can be played solo. A live service AC game could also include co-op like how Unity had it.

@CraigUntlNytTym Those are bad examples, there good ones as well. For example Ghost Recon Breakpoint, ESO, Black Desert Online, The Divison 2, Final Fantasy 14. I don't love live service games but if done right, it can be really good.

@philhornshaw Oh I notice, because they’ve said before that they don’t know how to make Splinter Cell a service game, and that confuses me since they’ve done it to similar games like Ghost Recon and Assassin’s Creed.

@Agent_Mab Yeah, my issue is that it seems like most current Ubisoft games start with a list of trendy gaming features that they force existing IPs around (like making Ghost Recon and Assassin's Creed into gigantic open world looters) instead of catering mechanics to each specific IP.

@Suzushiiro @GenePark He had health issues aka cancer & was wholely convinced he was on his way out so he stepped out of the role. Then he miraculously beat it & has been doing the bit parts for the Ghost Recon dlc & other side parts with Sam Fisher. I just really hope they have one last game soon.
