    @Telstra @NBN_Australia we are now on day I can't remember of the runaround over our NBN issue. It is groundhog day again and we are over it BIG TIME. If one of you doesn't get this sorted quickly it will end at the ombudsman. Sort it please.

    I clicked a button on the @Telstra app a few weeks ago for a free modem upgrade. It hasn’t turned up yet & according to the rep I was chatting with I never ordered it. Now there’s no option to reorder it. Why does nothing go right first time with telcos? #1stworldproblems

    @Telstra I currently have a fault with my NBN connection there is an appointment to hopefully get this resolved my issue is not with that but the poor service I have received from your so called valued staff. And long wait times

    @Telstra 2/2 Spent 3 days on message app on phone to find my issue is not solved, have to wait for hours to get a response. I paid to unlock fee of $25, your team couldn't find it. My troubles are not over yet with Telstra, restart again morning
