@GrogsGamut @Telstra RIGHT????? Holy ****, most infuriating 'service' EVER I have a $30 credit with them after cancelling service and they charged me anyway. I'm willing to 'pay' that $30 to not have to deal with that f-ing service to organise a refund.

@galumay @GrogsGamut @Telstra HP now uses Whatsapp as their main means of customer interaction, which as much as I loathed contacting their support previously, somehow this has made it worse.

4 hours with @Telstra who stuffed up a simple change on my account now havent had internet for that long still on hold with them. Have lost $500 so far today and they saying they will charge to fix their mistake. PICK UP THE PHONE!

@Telstra Why if I am logged into My Telstra, and I want to buy a new service, the Shop takes me out to a new website that I am not logged into, and when I log in, I am back in My Telstra ... see the problem?

@boxcar808 @GrogsGamut @Telstra The TIO said that couldn't do anything for me. They are set up to help a business that loses money from Telco issues in a much differebt way than me. The TIO didn't give a stuff about what happened to me.
