@qldtrials @Telstra Hi Chris, i have had Telstra up to my head. I was on a Kayo contrac $5 pm, my account was in credit and telstra did not pay Kayo so Kayo cut me off, so i more than complained so Telstra put me back on at $15 pm. Whats the problem Telstra said??

@qldtrials @Telstra I've been with telstra/bigpond/foxtel for 20 years and deadset only had a handful of issues and never waited longer than 10mins on a call. Maybe 15 at a stretch while they helped. Foxtel probably worst of a decent bunch. Have needed a box replaced with them which was a paib.

@Telstra tried to cancel home internet and phone, move it to new address, your staff put 23/2/22 to cancel current account instead of 31/03/22. Then on hold for 1 hr 40 min and disconnected. Help, can’t be without internet,need to change to new address, or will change providers.

"A recharge usually takes 4 hours to display in recharge history. In some instances, it may take up to 48 hours." I just paid using Telstra's website. How could they not know that I paid. Terrible purchase experience.
