    @AlboMP Offshore Indians caused the Telstra outage that lead to 632 calls to 000 not being able to be connected. Nearly all requiring urgent follow up welfare checks. There was a 2nd outage last night. Train systems have also been down in Melbourne for 2 days due to the outage.
