    Thanks for nothing @Telstra for whacking up my Business Internet by 10% from Oct 1. Great support for customers doing it tough during a pandemic/lockdowns/business restrictions. You truly are unconscionable bastards.

    enough of sad news. I don't feel like doing any recordings today. Plus I had drama with recharging my internet service. Stupid Telstra mobile app wouldn't accept my card due to an app error. And had a hiccup with paying for it via website through PayPal method. So very fedup!!

    Thank you @Telstra for not bothering to contact me in the four months since my direct debit stopped working to let me know that, in the middle of lockdown, you would disconnect my phone without warning or even a phone call. This is how you support Aussie business? Outrageous.

    @Telstra Thanks Tori. Still an unhappy customer. Might have to shop around. Loyally pay my bills, didnโ€™t even question last monthโ€™s $1.14 overcharge (whoโ€™s got the time?). But considered a milch cow.

    @Telstra OK, Iโ€™ll let Mum know, but I suspect this will spell the end of her very long time (30+ years) as a Telstra customer. The fact is that AutoPay (itโ€™s direct debit, letโ€™s call it what it is) simply does not work for people like pensioners who live fortnight to fortnight.

    @Telstra is there an internet outage in Adelaide SA atm?? Your website says no but it seems many people are having similar issues to me.

    @Telstra & @BelongAU Seems to be a mobile outage in Kallangur QLD area 3 sims all have bars 3 different phones unable to make or receive phone calls, started last night intermittently now doesn't work at all. so far 3+ hours in Telstra's web chat support and repeating myself
