@Telstra another fail trying to use the chat feature and being fobbed off and told to go into a store for help. Ordered something with points 4 weeks ago and not got it yet. Chat claims they can’t help!!! It’s infuriating how customer service is now

@beestydi Other way around, if YOU call the other party and DONT hang up the phone is engaged Telstra can fix but probably hours. Their may be other variations but what I described USED to work.

The robot at the @telstra customer support line decided it knew what I was calling about - twice - and it didn’t. I went straight to a competitor’s store and had my mobile service transferred. Whomever is leading the automation agenda at @Telstra is failing massively.
