@SourdoughBaker @Telstra Yes they have a poor culture. Not my 1st time problem. I even have a telstra cable in my farm. Even reporting a fault where it would be damaged was a massive effort.

@Trixie_Boo These bulk SMS are being sent through the mobile service providers Telstra, Optus and Vodafone. They are being paid for this. Register your complaint with your provider asking for it to be blocked. Do this by going personally to their storefront. Mask up and march in.

@Telstra Just wondering if support is available in that respect before I use our spare money on data instead of bills. Getting internet fixed would be better of course than going down that route. No fast delivery available for customers we were told :(
