@deeplongstop @Benwithnonumber @Telstra That's so bad. What exactly did she adjudicate?

  • RayMondeDeux Lakey Farm (@RayMondeDeux) reported

@rosshardy01 Telstra won't be able to help themselves to "not **** it up!" I heave a daily sigh of relief to not have then provide me a single service directly!

  • claireqfadvice Claire Mackay (@claireqfadvice) reported

Hey @Telstra received 5 calls today from "Kevin from Telstra technical support team" - obviously a scam, but smart timing given the weather on the east coast. Maybe time for an update on your socials and website to warn people about scams

  • fubarhouse Karl 💉💉💉 (@fubarhouse) reported

The complete incompetence of Telstra’s automated systems never cease to amaze me… I wonder what they’ll manage to get wrong next time? Do I really want to know? I’m just sick of it.

  • Cakady_ Cakady (@Cakady_) reported

WTF @Telstra - I contact you guys saying my internet is down only for you to tell me it will be almost a week for a technician to come to my place, and when the person does come, he says we have to wait ANOTHER WEEK for it to be fixed in our area. Actually useless, do ur job

  • deepudips009 Deepak Chiniwal (@deepudips009) reported

5hrs and still counting. @Telstra a premium service provider with zero customer focus @andy_penn

  • twb2468 The Woke Bloke (@twb2468) reported

@Telstra @Paulz20445090 ‘We understand your pain’ has become the standard coalition, and now corporate too, refrain to cancel your complaints about failed service delivery. I don’t care if you understand my pain, I want you to fix the problem.

  • bertozzi Carlo Bertozzi (@bertozzi) reported

@andy_penn You should be horrified by the torturous process you put your 'customers' through. I nd myself once again having to run the gauntlet of trying to get a refund for months of charges for a @Telstra service I never received and was promised a refund for.

  • Johnnyorjm Johnny (@Johnnyorjm) reported

@jorf131 @disclosetv This is a terrible idea. Last week in the NSW floods Telstra lost there network & shops could not use eftpos so if you didn’t have cash you couldn’t purchase anything. All the ATM’s ran out of cash & none could be refilled due to the floods.

  • SaturniusMons Shane (@SaturniusMons) reported

@Telstra Ok, I spoke to /someone/ on the app, and, I'm not impressed - I am reporting a fault - that I did not receive calls/Voice messages, so they directed me to a service where I would PAY $25 for logs that I don't want
