    @SandyXiaotong Big tick for Starlink from us..changed our lives and we were able to ditch the slow as a wet week ADSL provided by Telstra. Starlink is actually outstanding technology if you live in black spot areas and no-one else can help you..especially Telstra!

    @Telstra The next call I have to make (and sit on hold for indefinite periods for) or link I have to click will be to change providers. I just can’t do this level of customer service any more.

    @landry235 @Telstra Telstra also told this area that we were not a priority, the Bald Hills tower outside Crows Nest Qld has not worked properly since February, too bad if the local rural firies don't have decent phone coverage.

    @Telstra If @Telstra must send a damn default message then change it to a reminder the payment was due on X instead of "we've noticed you missed your payment..." I don't need or want to receive a FALSE default statement.
