    @Telstra Hi no it hasn’t and yes I rebooted the modem 7 times hoping the Telstra backup system would work no luck. I have looked again at your outage site which is now saying I won’t have internet till Thursday afternoon this is really unacceptable I work from home what do you suggest

    @Hullafuzza @Telstra Our nbn is also out. Looks like all of Ferntree Gully Vic. The website says there is an outage and it was supposed to be restored by 3:00am this morning (Wed 31/3) but it’s still out at 8:20am and the website hasn’t been updated. What’s happening?

    @K_Blake9 @jdrama68 @Optus Yeh that was the same with me, all lights working but couldn’t connect to internet..my issue was could never reach anybody at Telstra for help..what I told you earlier was only a short term fix as it kept happening..after about 3 weeks, it just stopped happening,no problems since

    Hey @Telstra, your support in the 24x7 app is simply the WORST. My account was closed in December and I was charged again in February, attempting to get a refund is somewhere between pulling teeth and a broken record.

    @Telstra The competition terms state that the winner's receipt and use of the prize is governed by the All Access Customer Terms, and *those* terms state you have to be a post-paid customer. So anyone can enter but only post-paid customers can receive the prize?

    @Telstra Hi the suburb is Ferntree gully your outage site states the internet won’t be restored till 2pm on 1/4 this is outrageous I work from home what I am meant to do with work
