    @Telstra Hi Jessica, there were and that's why i didnt try to resolve the issue while at home over the weekend. Others in my house with Telstra were not having problems. I went to work in Parkville on Monday where there are no listed outages and I'm having the same issue in that location.

    @PerrettReport yes be very careful, an Indian accent, young lady, from Telstra chastised me severely saying I offended her when I told her Telstra do not call re issues, & I told her I was aware she was a scam. They are dangerous.

    @Telstra Hey Greg, i lodged the message + left my details at about, 7pm last night as i was waiting on hold. I havent heard back yet - not sure if leaving the message / app to allow me to lodge a complaint means i wont be contacted? I also waited on your hold line for 2h15mins (1/2)...

    Is anyone else having trouble updating their iPad to iOS 14.3?? My mobile data has switched off despite putting a new SIM in, my apps and iPad freeze all the time and lag but I can’t update my system, it gets stuck verifying for ages and then nothing. Help! @AppleSupport @Telstra

    @PerrettReport @Telstra #scam our leading telco whom you cannot contact by phone, under any circumstances, definitely never calls you. I have had a number of these scam calls.

    Telstra auto-operator system is designed to corral &sort callers; send text link for inadequate message bot systems, &hang up asap. I’ve been on hold for 5 HOURS recently - after repeatedly calling &being dumped. @andy_penn
