@NBN_Australia Did you even read my tweet? It has nothing to do with Telstra or their service and everything to do with you guys giving rural australia no upgrades to the infastructure. My node is 1km away and it's on old copper wire. Nothing they can do about it.

@Telstra I've tried calling for help with my bill & I am told to message on your website. I've spent HOURS doing that with no resolution. What am I supposed to do??? I will NOT be paying my bill until I speak to someone. I have had nothing but issues since moving to Telstra!

@NBN_Australia really disappointing service today - appointment confirmed no less than 4 times and then when I ring @Telstra told NBN technician not coming. No communication and now have to wait another week for appointment? How can this be? Service?

@VodafoneAU yes that's right. australia is a supposed to be a 1st world country but vodafone's outage makes it seems like a 3rd world country. couldnt even do work or contact people the outage was for a whole day. all my friends on telstra didnt even face this issue. stop slumping

Hey @Telstra ... got a new phone ONE WEEK AGO and still can’t use it. Something about an ESIM transfer and returning my phone. Have tried to fix the problem on my own, but if I can’t use my phone by COB, I’m gonna go to @Optus. I’m pretty sure they’ll sort me out in an hour. 👍🏻

Incidentally does anyone actually know how to get a Telstra service disconnected? They tell us it is disconnected, but it is just suspended, so he keeps getting bills. Only in Australia. @Telstra_news

@Telstra I just received a call back, the staff member was very good, it’s not his fault in any way, but it was a failure of the phone system of a phone company. Terrible PR.
