@Telstra We had hp, net and 5 mobiles all on 1 plan and debit. Two of the mobiles were upgraded, now we are getting 4 bills and 4 debits! The original hp, net and 3 mobiles... the service fee for the 2 other mobiles and 2 separate fees for the new mobiles purchased. No one can fix it?!

I always get ****** with Telstra sending reminder texts for bill payments. I’ve never not paid a bill! I forgot to pay last month’s bill.

@cuteiosdev routing via home VPN seems to have resolved the issue. could be telstra ipv6 issue or something.

@boostmobile @Telstra why can't your service desk phone operators answer a trivial question of, "are you blocking UDP traffic on port 500?" I've been in online chat for about an hour, and on the phone for forty minutes. With no resolution in sight.
