    Hi @Telstra - I’m sure this is a scam call but someone called me asking about my internet connection and said they would unblock people from using my connection if I turn on my computer for them... +61 3 5981 0313 These people ring non stop. Surely phone providers can fix this

    @Telstra Perfect night would be firstly not working, since I work at night. Followed with some sort of order in Japanese banquet, my daughter going to sleep at a reasonable time and play some intense overcooked2 with my wife.

    @Telstra In my settings it says that I do not have an internet connection, even yet I don't have any problems accessing web sites. I can access it on my mobile phone as well. Strange. Criminals are using my account somehow. I have paid my telstra bills on time.

    @Telstra Hi Renee, I signed up to mobile phone and mobile internet with shared data in store on 13 March. On 18 March the app help chat said they could see the rqst had been raised but the order wasn’t in the system. As of today, shared data is still the only thing that shows in the app.

    @Telstra It could only be a hacker who used the police web site and their twitter account. An impersonator who managed to infiltrate police system. I suspect that my criminal neighbours were behind it or used their hacker friend as well.Thank you for your help.Police will know about this

    @K_Blake9 @jdrama68 @Optus Had the same problem as well a few months back except I couldn’t reach anyone from Telstra..thing that worked for me was turning the power off the nbn box from the power outlet, unplug the power cable for about 30 seconds from the NBN box, put it back in and switch the power on
