@telstra there is no mobile data in the Leeming and Bull Creek areas pc6149. I've tried your chat for 3 days now which is a pointless roundabout. It's a MOBILE DATA issue. NOT A DEVICE OR ACCT. ISSUE - thoroughly tested with multiple devices/accounts while moving around.

@RonniSalt That’s quite a remarkable toddler. I got a new phone last weekend and had to get help from the man in the Telstra shop to wipe my old one. Also, what a nuisance to have nothing backed up, hey?

  • theprovenance Michael Ryan (@theprovenance) reported

@Telstra Why not. Since a Messagebank update, our Messagebank no longer responds to any key input, so we can't delete, skip messages or update message. A small issue, but important for our business. Also, seemingly unsolvable.

  • bozowasher Warren (@bozowasher) reported

@Telstra Oh yeah great. 4 days. Numerous calls. Numerous hang ups, from you. 8 hours on hold. And your useless staff only found out the problem by chance. I thought hey were technology experts? It was only luck that fixed it. If I ran my business like yours, I’d be broke.

  • MarkOMeara Mark O'Meara (@MarkOMeara) reported

Terrible experience in the @telstra store in Waurn Ponds. They didn't have stock of a Samsung Galaxy 21 so they ordered one in. But when we went to collect it, the price of the plan had increased almost $100 a month, all without warning. Pretty poor service.

  • russelltibballs russell tibballs (@russelltibballs) reported

@Telstra No one is responding except for you. I tried the fix app without success

  • warpye warpye (@warpye) reported

@Telstra Think the messaging service is a big fail then and sure leaves a bad impression, eventually resolved but took 4.5 hours in total. It's a terrible experience overall.

  • LordChrissyton popular opinion (@LordChrissyton) reported

@Telstra you have since taken 4 x $1 on my credit card but yet the movie I tried to rent still isn't on my account. Which costs $3.99. Do you really not have any customer service?

  • theprovenance Michael Ryan (@theprovenance) reported

So I ring @Telstra Business Tech Support, three times over two weeks, involving being on hold for up to 40 minutes. Each time I was told there was an outage. After three weeks with no change, thought I would take a different approach - online message service.

  • theprovenance Michael Ryan (@theprovenance) reported

I think if you would be hard pressed if you sat down and tried to make a more diabolical system than @telstra's customer service model. It is fiendishly Byzantine . A THREAD
