Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • aven_agro Richard Avendano (@aven_agro) reported

How awesome that @Telstra shuts down the Narrabri tower for a week in the middle of harvest, a fortnight before Xmas with zero warning. No eftpos for small businesses and no way to run a harvest from the paddock, let alone everything else. Great work, well done Angus

  • arnav_sharma Arnav Sharma (@arnav_sharma) reported

@Telstra - disconnected my internet !! A week in advance, chat support is ridiculous and so is your timelines to fix a problem. And then your so called move team is another level of stupidity, just blaming @NBN_Australia for its incompetency. Time to switch!! Had enough in a day

  • joebamabinladen BigWetBlokes (@joebamabinladen) reported

@Telstra internet is currently out. Box is saying it’s fine, the outage site also says it’s fine. I can still connect to wifi but theirs no actual internet connection.

  • Tess_J_Parker Tess Parker (@Tess_J_Parker) reported

@Telstra Upshot is: if you move house and have problems, call the dedicated Move team. The call centre can not help you, and you will age visibly before you find that out.

  • Tess_J_Parker Tess Parker (@Tess_J_Parker) reported

Come on @Telstra over 90 minutes chat on the app and still trying to get someone to answer my broadband query? If this is platinum level service, I'd hate to see the other queue.....

  • FromALandUpOver Kevy W (@FromALandUpOver) reported

@Telstra Nbn has been out for 3 hours. Now waiting for some ‘help’ for 40 mins

  • deanmstyles Dean Styles (@deanmstyles) reported

@TMFScottP It's interesting to consider the scenarios that could have played out when COVID hit had we a) remained with slow ADSL or b) gone with Telstra's initial proposed FTTN upgrade with the condition of being stuck with them and only them as the RSP or c) the original FTTP NBN.

@Telstra When trying to add a new payment method using credit card on the Testra app why does the correct year constitute an "credit card must not be expired" message. Fix this or if can't pay any bill you send me.

    I HATE TELSTRA **** TELSTRA

@Telstra Therein lies the problem, Skymesh say my Landline is operational and you guys say it's not. Skymesh require the phone to be operating for me 'onsite' to follow their instructions (32 on the email list) to restore phone/wifi/internet. Hence why I had to recruit my MP.
