    @Telstra just spent over an hour on the phone trying to cancel message2txt. I don’t want message bank nor message2txt, apparently this isn’t an option even though this is how I’ve had my account set up for +15 years. Can someone please fix this?

    @Telstra dropouts have stopped after the outage was fixed last night, however still having issues with packet loss randomly throughout the day causing discord to go robotic and games to completely lag out until it clears up, have multiple ping plotter results from monitoring it

    And removing duplication of services from a utility industry like internet access will allow the service to be delivered with equal reliability, but fewer overheads. You can do the same for phone comms. Telstra should never have been sold off. It's essential infrastructure.

    @Telstra 2/2 So we have been unable to call for ambulances, the SES, or tradies to fix our broken homes and Telstra lied when they said phones to be fixed by 21/3/22.

    @Telstra Third time was the charm, however very unprofessional service in my eyes
