    @Telstra @ChilchikMusic @Telstra this is clearly not still resolved. This morning instead of “system maintenance” I’m back to “you already have an order”… which I don’t. Support just keep saying wait 24 hours.

    @Telstra I got a new iPhone … my old one has an eSim, I want to transfer it to my new phone. Called your call centre and guy told me I had to go to a store or chat. Tried chat still no solution. This should be easy. HELP

    @Telstra Yep, well over a month ago and have to explain the issue every single time. Exhausted all troubleshooting. Communicated with Samsung who've applied fixes for Voda and Optus esim services. Only one left is telstra who haven't applied changes on their end.
