    @NeilMcMahon Depends on the problem. If it’s the SIM card go to Telstra for a replacement. If it’s something else go to Apple. When it’s happened to me both seem to prefer just replacing their faulty item.

    @Telstra It was like that for over 2 hours, made internet unusable, I would think that you being a @Telstra employee would have better knowledge than I would. Was it due to the slow internet that you replied 6 hours after I complained.
