    @Telstra There is an issue with the date or error in the scheduling system, same as what happened yesterday and the day before. Getting confusing that's for sure... One day I had a call from three different people to confirm the same date... for it to then change the next day.

    Wow! It took me 4 goes to send a photo with 2-3 bars of Telstra 4G. On a work day. In suburbia. I’ve seen better network performance at Telfer around shift change.

    @Telstra Nil. So far. Seems to be a circular process. I think the app is faulty. But My Telstra doesn't work on my desktop computer either. It's been a long time and I am losing faith and patience. I know there are other ways to pay my bill but why have the app?

    @Telstra can you get some support services in that actually do something when you have constant internet issues. I’ve been told for 4 days straight I’ll get an update in 24hrs and have received nothing. My net drops every 10mins for 5 mins and then comes back.

    @Telstra My complaint number is 2207284. My case consultant failed to give me any answers as to why I didn't receive it and even when will I receive it. Complete dead-end.

    @freocookster @abcperth @Telstra I use it often but it’s tricky that it doesn’t have an offline capture mode limited service in some areas is a problem. :/
