@Telstra If you want a suggestion, maybe you could implement some sort of call verification via the Telstra app. If “Telstra” calls, prove it’s legit by pushing an alert to the app. Not perfect. But that plus a level of user education may help.

@TelstraEnt Whatever @Telstra did out here with your stupid "upgrades" it's affected our once excellent 4G service rendering it unworkable at best & mostly useless - even simple phone calls now impossible without constant drop-outs.Your poor customer service staff must be in a world of pain.
