@Telstra Thank you Laura. Unfortunately not- the issue seems to be that this cannot be done on the messenger system but requires a phone call. However, I was told that Telstra cannot call my NZ number and when I try to call Telstra, I get told to use the messenger system instead.

@Telstra we had an issue with our NBN and called up on Sunday morning. The customer service on the other end was the best we have received in recent times. Got given extra internet 4G data. The nbn technician they arranged came today well before the nominated time and fixed the
