@Telstra Telstra suspend and then no help all day… ends at them suggesting I go into a store ! It’s 6.41. Pm. They suspended email at 4.30 am. If it wasn’t serious I would laugh !

@Telstra So bad !!! Suspended my account 4am. 3 hours trying to rectify. Then told no one at Telstra can help until 8am tomorrow. Worst Company I deal with.

However there’s been no official recognition of the outage from Vodafone staff. DM’s are going unanswered at this stage. Personally, I’m pretty fed up with the network and ready to switch to Telstra.

2/2 We have been with @Telstra for over 20 years and the way I was treated today was appalling. At least its all in writing. My account is up to date. Never had a problem until today about upgrading 1 of 5 technology we owns Now my beautiful child is missing out on hesps #telstra

@Telstra Just having a grumble. No point in following up. Telstra 4G service had the bottom of it drop out early last year. It's not just me where I live, it's 3 hours away where I shop, and other people I talk to elsewhere are having the same problem. Telstra should be better than this.

Super annoyed at Telstra’s service for the past few days.. the wifi at work isn’t that great for phones, I’m living by myself in this flat, pishang gila babs la when I cannot use internet out of work 😩

Being inundated with expiry notices from Norton,McAfee, Telstra … never had them anyway😡
