    @MadamEarth there used to be an option with Telstra to block all calls from overseas but the problem with many of these calls is the caller ID is fake and they might be coming from anywhere

    I just spent nearly 3 hours with @Telstra to have my mobile unlocked. Spoke with 8 people. Some spoke and understood English, some didn't. Issue unresolved. I need a punching bag. Now! Shittiest customer service ever!

    @HarryChemay I recently enjoyed talking to one if the scammers posing as a Telstra employee offering to assist with my network issues. She hung up after I told her I was with another network and my service was excellent.

    @AngelBubbles34 @Telstra I had a similar experience Angelica so I expressed my disillusionment on both Twitter and Facebook. Telstra made contact and the issue was resolved much quicker, easier and less stressful.

    @AliceAvizandum Dad worked for Telecom/Telstra in the 80s as an engineer, working with linesmen etc. He remembers when there was an issue with one phone box out in the country, where it kept getting torn up out of the ground by someone. So they decided to fix it by sinking
