@Telstra finding that the chat service ( gold level) is useless. I have had to log into telstra myself to upgrade a mobile data plan as the chat has not clue. Time before issue I had to fix myself too. What exactly am I paying for it's definitely not customer support

There was a 'planned' outage in kellyville by @Telstra yesterday that we were told was resolved by 7pm. 26 hours later and no internet or home phone still. Chewed through our mobile data trying to contact family re: a death in the family & arrange funeral. When will it be fixed??
