@Cruzyfarmer @Telstra I'm over it, it was absolutely disgraceful yesterday. No or minimal service between Nullawarre Ayrford and Allansford. Unreliable around Wangoom & Cobden with calls dropping.

@Moesamoeroep @antissa @Telstra I'm on the Darling Downs Queensland, and I'm not on 5G, but I don't have a problem with 4G reception. Seems pretty constant on my Samsung Galaxy A21s with Telstra.

@Telstra Clearly stated up front that the phone is a work provided mobile. After lots of backwards & forward I get passed to technical services, they ask for details, I tell them it's a work phone and the technical person closes the chat on the spot. Nice customer service skills there

@Telstra I'm trying to report poor mobile signal not an account problem. You're also making assumptions that my employer is a small business, so the chances of being put on the list of authorised contacts is nil.
