    @jyesmith So I complained years ago about Telstra pushing prepaid mobile customers to a lower priority on the network. They denied this and sent me a letter advising this is standard industry practices... So I submitted the letter that acknowledged I was correct and they settled

    @evcricket You need to be more specific. Is the internet disappearing, the wireless network (Telstra Wifi or similar), your VPN tunnel, or something else? At our home the WiFi connections break down when we reheat food in the microwave. Someone cooking 11-6?

    @Telstra Hiya. I've received an email about a new customer account. It's not for me, but I suspect they possibly swapped the first two letters of their email address when signing up. I don't want to receive their bills. How can I get this sorted? I can't phone as I'm in the UK.
