@Telstra Nope. But the customer doesn't know their account details, just their address. I assume it's a billing issue but probably easier to just change providers at this point.

my internet has borked but thanks for all your suggestions, Telstra has put in an interim thingy until an NBN technician can come tomorrow, because after all at it was not actually a Telstra issue at all but the woman who helped me was wonderful.

@Telstra So once again, it's up to me to chase it up. You don't understand where I'm coming from, because you haven't wasted hours trying to resolve this issue. You haven't been cut off from your friends and family, unable to work from home because your internet is unreliable.

@Telstra I have tried sending from another Telstra phone and still doesn't work so I guess it's a problem with her network in the USA.,weird thing is that she can send me pictures perfectly fine !

@Telstra Is an hour wait time normal to have a questioned answered? I've been experiencing connection problems for several weeks, I contact telstra support, they verify I am who I say I am then I get asked to wait an hour before they'll get back to me?

@eerosupport Basically wireless was **** and though the eero app would show me the home page, activity would not come up. Activity is coming up now and *most* stuff seems to be working - it was probably just Telstra or the fourth-rate internet we have in Australia. What depends on cloud?
