  @Telstra really need to get on a fix this outage issue at Pumping Station Rd Forth. I'm fortunate & have a smart modem. So I can limp along locked into the mobile network. My neighbours are not as fortunate. They've had no/intermittent service for over a week. Happy to take our $

  @MurrayWatt What don't you understand about disasters like this ? "Just fix it" Well the Telstra exchange is possibly 20 ft under water - the equipment required is possibly not available due to shortages for electronic chips or its stuck in a port somewhere - NBN is useless in a disaster

No phone no internet no Visa card use. 000 emergency uncontactable. Telstra operates 000 out of India - IBM.#auspol

  @Telstra Because a tradesman affected by floods will suffer a loss, as well as bakers, butchers etc. Yet Telstra upper management will be not affected financially will they? If you can't provide a service then withhold the charges.

  Hello! Can you please tweet me with any support you have seen companies offering for Lismore? I know NAB was offering $1000, Telstra mobile data etc… what else is there? I’m collecting the info to share locally on the ground. Thank you!
