@Telstra I highly recommend it be tested across the international date line. And to rewrite all the app automated messages to be accurate. Not a good look being told I needed to phone when the real issue was there was no chat people to support my need to make calls while overseas. #cxfail

  • wheelyweb Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported

@GhostofBen22 @fictillius @Telstra You miss the point. I had great reception. Then it dropped when I changed nothing. After hours of conversations w/ Telstra they conceded there was a maintenance issue they were not reporting on their service status page. After several more hours I got a year’s credit.

What's the point of paying for @Telstra NBN internet, when it never fricking works! So frustrating and cause it keeps cutting out a thousand times a day our Google Devices aren't working "sorry, something went wrong please try again in a few seconds" echoes through our house 😤😤

Digicel is the worst network in #Fiji - I hope @Telstra do something about that - go back to #ClaytonChristensens book and introduce some value chain evolution, service is pathetic and the coverage is intermittent and this is consensual go ask a sample dataset of 5000 people!

  • wheelyweb Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported

The reason the Telstra app is a **** app is because it does not offer anything a customer wants. I welcome @Telstra to publicly prove me wrong

  • wheelyweb Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported

@Telstra I. Confirmed. My. iD. To. The. App. Over. 20. Times. Again. You failed to connect the service. you only offered it after I didn’t need it anymore. Are you aware people in travelling might want to activate a day pass according to a day in their location and not an Aussie clock?

  • wheelyweb Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported

@GhostofBen22 @fictillius @Telstra My issue is that after a long chat I am told to contact someone else. Or during a help chat the person doesn’t know as much about the service as me. Eg today when they said the feature I wanted wasn’t avail to me & I had to send them a screengrab as evidence. That’s **** service

  • fictillius Sagittarius (Sgr) A* (@fictillius) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@GhostofBen22 @wheelyweb @Telstra Had to move to Vodafone because Telstra had so many issues in the places I needed to use my phone.

  • wheelyweb Joe Ortenzi 🇨🇦 🇮🇹 🇦🇺 (@wheelyweb) reported

@GhostofBen22 @fictillius @Telstra It’s not about the antenna pattern. It’s about a human who had a decent service that got worse but the cost grew. It’s not about the tech but about service and value and product value.

@Telstra I'm not really sure but at least an hour. The last text I sent was last night but I didn't try to call someone until this morning. My flatmate is also with Telstra and he also has no service
