@NBN_Australia The whole Wholesale model is flawed, the whole technology being rolled out is flawed.. Any Communications engineer will tell you its CRAP! Would have been better off leaving it to Optus & Telstra to run out their own solution - Better Quality, better service and cheaper for GOVT

@Telstra Hi Telstra, for a couple of days my NBN internet has been glacially slow. Can’t view a YouTube clip of 4 mins, tiny film clips on Twitter don’t load for ages. I have turned it off and on again. No improvement. First time this has happened. I am the only user. Any ideas?

@Telstra and our internet is down yet again. Speed test is at 0.01mbps 🙄 tired of being asked if we have turned the modem off and on. We try everything before going through the pain of dealing with your “customer support”

@Honeybirdtravel @Telstra Glad you got an answer. My answer is Vodafone for the minute. Terrible service by @Telstra. I get I'm out of contract but the communication from a communications company is piss poor

@NBN_Australia Hi Sarah, This is NOT an isolated incident.. I know of this happening to people right across Sydney... NBN cancelled TWO visits to my Father's house, arranged by Telstra and the only notification we got was when we rang Telstra to find out why no one showed.
