@Telstra No, I called the Telstra number instead. It was an issue with our internet and phone line due to a storm the night before. The gentleman on the phone fixed it by assisting in a reset from his end.

@hyp3rstrike This kind of bullshit is why I had a mental episode walked off the job there after 5 years. The whole culture changed when Penn took over as CEO, he's super sales focused. Thodey actually made Telstra somewhat decent during his tenure, he gave a **** about customer satisfaction.

@Telstra Our phone line has been down since Thursday am and the call centre guys say we don’t have a fault showing! several calls later we now need to wait until Monday for a technician. Not impressed.

@SingletonArgus @TurnbullMalcolm If Telstra or Optus had it approved you could be running 202.37163887446 milliseconds inside the internet! Or running a frequency through WiFi to result this COViD issue and escalate breakthroughs. If people knew to build their own frequency app like the heck I have been doing.

@NBN_Australia Problem has been resolved. Telstra issue was fixed by Ranjith. Amazingly straight forward solution that a suite of technical people couldn’t resolve including the Telstra technician who spend nearly an hour there early in the week who finished by saying “it’s an NBN problem”
