@Telstra Hi, I've been trying for days to contact you via phone and your website with no luck. Last week, because you changed my plan and increased my bill without consultation + other poor service, like this, I cancelled my account. a week later my landline is still operational

@jason_domenic @Telstra Every minute that I phoned Telstra I kept a note of. When I spoke to ombudsman I presented the argument that Telstra weren't abiding by our contract in that they had failed to provide the service that we had agreed upon. I was doing all the leg work so I billed them. Good luck.

Telstra is not only NOT providing an email service under BigPond, they are charging me and thousands of others like me for a non-existent service. They have been doing this since at least as far back as August 2020.

  • DanReckons Daniel Waugh (@DanReckons) reported

@Telstra the MyTelstra app used to be a helpful troubleshooter. Now it keeps insisting I connect with a dodgey messaging service that gives me no answers and no help. What happened?

  • TheNewOrder42 TheNewOrder (@TheNewOrder42) reported

@NBN_Australia I have already logged a fault with Telstra and it is underway. Has been for 24 hours now. Seems like some NBN service people servicing the pod across from us have wiped us out. Telstra reference is available

The irony is that during the fast question section with @andy_penn my @telstra #nbn service slowed down and I missed it. #aanareset
