@Telstra Got it written down, does it matter ? Point is,I went to the Telstra store, where, people would expect issues with Telstra would be resolved, too much red tape instead of customer service.

@fictillius Indeed more efficient operationally overall, but the article states they expect the reduced OpEx from those discontinued sites to only partially pay the costs of accessing Telstra's country and urban fringe network.

The last week in January I got about 25 scammer phone calls on work, mobile, and (mostly) landline. This week I got only one - they were flummoxed when I told them I was intentionally sending errors to the @Telstra servers to create a homemade DDOS attack & laughing manically.

@rhythbuster I've been on hold with Optus for over 90 minutes and I think their tech support finishes at 8. The outage is reported on NBN's and Telstra's sites but not on Optus' and I can't get an ETA for a fix. How long was yours out?

@Telstra How can you just tell someone that they have a back order? How can you not call them? I get an sms? and I am told “weekly updates” how do I cancel the service
