@Telstra Literally 100% not doing the exact same thing I have done and been ignored for again. @Telstra’s crappy messaging nonsense sucks. All good - I have managed to work out the correct pattern of brute forcing the crappy phone prompts to get through to an operator. Thanks though Ash.

  • neke86_ neke (@neke86_) reported

@CapitalLutra @Telstra Telstra completely surrendered any pretext of customer support over the last 18 months. As the family IT steward, have migrated away three broadband connections and two mobile, two mobile remain due to coverage issues.

  • landry235 Sue (@landry235) reported

@Telstra It was obviously a telstra issue as it was back on that afternoon. I was very annoyed I was left on that stupid Telstrafix messaging for 4 hours and the guy just left with no explanation such a waste of my time for nothing

  • Douges2 Douges (@Douges2) reported

@Telstra I’m trying help my 90 year old father sort out an outstanding bill for an account he terminated last year. We are not getting a clear explanation as to the changes on this bill and there seems to be mobile services he was not aware of. How can we get this sorted?

  • YarraCouncil Yarra City Council (@YarraCouncil) reported

@Brython14 We think this is a Telstra issue so have reported it to them.

  • fan_nq Lawrie (@fan_nq) reported

@DustyPee The people are nice enough at @Optus ... but I have to agree, for 3 weeks now I've been trying to fix an issue with them, I'm so over it, I'm changing to Telstra probably, or maybe Vodafone

  • thecamjackson Cam Jackson (@thecamjackson) reported

@samnewman Hahaha whenever I see management blaming junior employees for systemic failures I always think of the Telstra incident and your take on it.

  • pandwa1981 Paul S (@pandwa1981) reported

@OldGreyRabbit @DonSundey It's a bit sad arse it's still the Telstra premiership but they no longer want to give it free to their customers and owners so you have to pay I know it's not much but it's the principle. I paid for Kayo last year and it was **** so gave up went back to my phone

  • crowie9_ Pete (@crowie9_) reported

@Telstra it's impossible to get through to your call centre. I'm a nominee on my Dad's account, apparently if I don't update, I'll be taken off. I can't call nor do have login details for the my Telstra app. How on earth am I able to update this then?

  • ausnotes Powell's Other Glasses (Ausnotes) (@ausnotes) reported

@CapitalLutra @Telstra I pair MyNetFone with an NBN service. I guess you could do a landline over a wireless service.
