F$&@ you @Telstra 🤬 Not only do you have BS wait times with agents that hang-up and not call you back but when you finally get someone they say they can’t assist you until Mon and to call back then. Maybe @Optus actual have a semblance of customer service and I should try them!

@Telstra the worst part is I know you can make it work, sometimes I have 15-20Mbps, which although isn’t great it is enough. Why can’t you make it consistent??? #fixthetowers
