@Telstra What is wrong with your 4G service in my area? Been **** for over a week. Messaging with your support staff and he tries to tell me its my device. It's not - everyone in my house has Telstra mobiles and we're all affected. WTAF?

Notice - Telstra outage📵 There is currently a Telstra outage that has caused a loss of telecommunication services in Ngukurr and Numbulwar. A team from Telstra are expected to be on site this afternoon to rectify the issue.

.@Telstra aaargh.. how on earth can a “Tech” company be so damn backwards? How can you guys a) “run out of” e-sims when it should be a matter of printing a QR code in store and b) how can you not be able to accept digital drivers licenses? This is why people hate dealing with you

@Telstra All I know is that the phone line is not connected to the pit. I have had a technician out and I am waiting on the body corporate to contact me as no one can tell me where the phone line goes after it leaves the wall socket. My main issue is when I switch over to FTTC soon.

@smh @SupratimA The #NBN is fundamentally flawed: when the black NBN box inside your home does not get power (e.g. because of an outage) or breaks down (equipment aging, lightning), your land line no longer works. That can cost your life if you need to ring 000. Old Telstra connection was safer

@BelongAU Extremely disapointing service so far. Been having constant connecting and disconnecting micro issues that prevent me from using most programs. I've seen multiple people with belong and Telstra have same issues but nothing is getting done.
