@RickWatt9 @strangerous10 @softhardworker I’m with both for that reason. The very basic small business plan I took with Optus was much cheaper than Telstra who push “bells and whistles” I don’t need. Telstra has a superior network - less black spots than Optus.

@Telstra i'm really stuck and need some help. I have an iPhone 8 that's locked to the Telstra network. It was a gift from a friend. I need to contact Telstra to unlock it for me but it seems like only your customers can message you. How can we fix this? Please help.

Shout out to @Telstra Macarthur for offering a 3 hour wait time to talk about my phone plan. Walked out sans phone and plan. Decided I didn’t need to wait that long to see if they were in stock. After last months $500 you may soon be sans customer.

I told her that if @Internode is merging with @Telstra, I consider my contract voided. I will not be a Telstra customer ever. She's now trying to sell me a new modem, when I don't need a new modem. FFS.

@_AnthonyWA @JaiRitter3 @JJKALE2 I live 100kms from a Telstra shop. Was told to solve my issue had to go there. WHAT THE!!! Telstra is OK if you have no issues, deplorable if you do. Look up their current record number if complaints.

@nineislands There is really only 2 providers - Telstra or Optus as they are the only companies who have network infrastructure. The small retailers use one or the other, name your poison!

@Telstra I have been trying for a week to get my Telstra One Number working on a Apple Watch Series 8. Your support people tell me the latest WATCH is not yet supported by Telstra, that contradicts both Apple’s website and common sense. Frustrated.

@nineislands What bits of Telstra don’t you like as there are a number of providers that use their network?
