    @Telstra why do you charge extra for access to the 5G network? And before you say you don’t, your cheapest plan doesn’t allow access to the 5G network. Why is this?

    We've enjoyed @Telstra's mobile network for 14 years, and suffered their support. Today I learned they are going to increase our mobile bill by 40%, or $60/mth with no benefit to us.

    @waynesball @Telstra Hi, I’m having the same problem”This service isn’t linked to the Telstra ID you entered” and they haven’t been able to give any real solution. I’m very upset as I had a prepaid SIM card and I hired a plan only to be able to use my watch. Do you know if another company could work?

    @VodafoneAU ‘s coverage gets wet whenever it rains!!! WTF!!! Another provider bites the dust! I canceled my TPG account, moved to Vodafone and now have to try either @Telstra or @Optus 😒 Any suggestions?

    @Telstra ....and ….just another unsatisfying customer experience with @Telstra. How’s this in 2021! The Telstra 24x7 Help staff can’t phone you and the Telstra support that phone you don’t have the ability to email. Seriously!? #BeBetter
