I've accidentally told random Telstra workers several times that I love them but this time a customer service phone chica signed off a call to me with 'okay, great, love you!' Naturally I replied 'Love you too'

@Telstra They rang him about an existing fault case and he followed up on this by providing the case number on telstra app member support and this is how he got a response from them. He doesn't have Twitter but is following up on your Facebook account.
