@Telstra I can’t see how. Surely treating your customers like idiots that can’t manage cash flow is a bad business decision? How do I escalate? Do I need to write to CEO’s office?

@Idealaw @Telstra make sure she gets a trouble ticket number for the Ombudsman. Telstra support REFUSED to give me one. Yell. The Ombudsman is going to ask for it anyway...

@Rguy18P @davidbewart Here l'll help you out since you need help. Take telstra who employ people all over Australia. Every worker around Australia will be paying for this. This is wrong. As why should people who live in other states pay. You got it now.

@Telstra I'm just talking about the massive difference between "stay connected plus" and "upgrade and protect". Like why what I pay monthly plus the $99 screen repair deductable is more than the cost to just take the damn phone to a repair shop.

@ceibner @Telstra Telstra wants customers to do all the work for customer services. It took 3 days & over 60 texts to finally get the info that to add my Apple Watch I can add the “One Number” to my account. They’re trying to get me to go Direct Debit but I have no faith they’ll manage it well. ✊🏼

@banginbih @Zuckles @Telstra Every provider that isn't NBN uses Telstra network services in some way, either physical network, on the network layer etc, no way to avoid, NBN is just as bad if not worse.
