  • lizbb_ Louisa Budiharto (@lizbb_) reported

    @Telstra Same issue again? why are works being undertaken during business hours - this disruption is poorly managed without notifications issued to customers

  • UCMadScientist James "UC Mad Scientist" Arber (@UCMadScientist) reported

    @ricsip82 @patrichard One of the many reasons I still setup direct routing even if a customer has calling plans/Telstra calling. Soon we will be able to do that with sip phones that support it, via the sip gateway. A replacement for uservoice is coming im sure.

  • norkietiger 𝙉𝙊𝙍𝙆𝙄𝙀 (@norkietiger) reported

    @JasonW30859009 @nickbobby24 @G27Status Yea nah, im good, im not paranoid mate. Could be something to do with the telstra deal, could have something to do with the fact people need to pay in full in store to order one, could be many things i dont give a damn about. What i do give a damn about is playing games. Try it.

    @NRL @Telstra He’s still ****

  • JuliaBTempler Julia (@JuliaBTempler) reported from Gold Coast, State of Queensland

    After a long and satisfactory relationship with @Telstra I’ve been informed that if I want to continue as a customer I must set up a direct debit. This may well be a win for Telstra’s business model but I’m very much struggling to see any positives for me, is it a trust issue?

  • JasonGC74 Jason (@JasonGC74) reported

    @annaspargoryan Is optus/ telstra down for you guys at the moment

  • Orpheus631 Orpheus6 (@Orpheus631) reported

    @NBN_Australia Hi Matt I have and nothing is about to be done for my parents or my sister or the many other recipients of the letter issued by Telstra It’s purpose is to comply with ACCC not fix the problem If NBN could fix up the service I’m sure the local member of Parliament will be happy

  • bansaldeepak01 deepak bansal (@bansaldeepak01) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

    @Telstra Network s very bad in Sydney cbd. I am getting 3g most of the times and no internet connection at all. This s d worst service.

  • Orpheus631 Orpheus6 (@Orpheus631) reported

    @NBN_Australia I understand but Telstra is yet to respond to to the ombudsman complaint so I would suggest they are unlikely to request anything as they consider the issue as not able to be resolved

  • saucey_gamer That Saucey Gamer Guy (@saucey_gamer) reported

    @Telstra DM sent again but doubt you will help as 7 Telstra reps later no one has done anything other than say it has been escalated or telling me to contact Microsoft, when we contact Microsoft they refuse to help and tell us to contact Telstra. Not far off a mental breakdown from this!
