    Modem unplugged in storm last Sat. Won’t start. Tried to set up Dlink modem for hours. No! Drove 3 hour round trip in driving rain to get new modem. Needed hours of help to set up from Telstra. Turned off today in bad electrical storm. ****** won’t come back on properly! #tech

    So 35 mins waiting for @Telstra support. Telstra refusing to provide a trouble ticket or a phone number for support. #TIO off until 4Jan. No home phone, no internet, iPhone app is broken, troubleshooting service is broken. I guess that $1.2 billion profit is not being spent on us

    @SilkCharm @Telstra I'd give them 24 hours after you first tried to contact them through the app, then escalate with the TIO if they haven't answered. If they can't be arsed responding through their designated contact channels then it's a fair complaint.

    @mister_wynn @rooze_henri @Telstra 4 the 1st 2yrs of contract was terrific, no probs. The second 2yrs up problems started & haven't stopped. My pc is blamed but I shot that down in flames so they don't want to know. Their techs don't have a single brain cell between the lot of them.

    @telstra I’m stuck overseas, your customer service messaging app operators have not helped, and $500 has been charged to my account. How do I get hold of someone NOW to fix this? Not being able to speak to someone and having this much money taken is not acceptable.

    @borgc @rooze_henri @Telstra I paid for a higher level of service but Optus tested my suburb speeds and 23KBPS was the best they could get. My suburb is all copper and has not been upgraded sine the 1950s. During wet periods some of the junction boxes are underwater.

    1 hour and still no customer service. @paulwallbank when did @Telstra stop taking calls, insist on their broken app contact only, and force us to forgo privacy & security and connect our Twitter accounts to their CSR systems? 😳😳
