    @Telstra Yh ur support team gave me the link already lol. It won’t solve anything. Keep asking and advising the same thing. Nothing really gets improved. I kinda give up at this point lol

    @emilyquintin I have just told a @telstra tech that a) it is not only me and b) no one is using a home phone and c) I do not have a device that can Ethernet to my modem. He is steadfast that he can fix my equipment problems. 🤯

    @Telstra I initiated the porting of my cell phone from Lebara to Boost Mobile on 18 Jul. It has been more than 48 hours and it is still not activated. My current service expires today!

    I pity the fool who thinks getting a new modem from Telstra should just be a matter of unplugging the old and plugging in the new. I’m in my 3rd hour of tech support and still no internet.
