@Telstra Please escalate this. There is an error "Connection Refused". Your TAPI server isn't included in the pre-authenticated firewall rules. Your network engineer will need to fix this.

@Telstra Aka, use my Telstra Mobile app, and start again from scratch. So I cannot keep using my laptop, and I have to type on a tiny mobile keyboard. Typing out all the details of the problem.

@Telstra Hi, I had a number that I forgot to recharge with another carrier and they said they can't reactivate it. Was told that the original telco owner (Telstra) could reactivate. Can you help? Not even sure who to contact in Telstra to get this going.

@Braddles66 Telstra has until June 14th to fix the problem.

@Telstra @Telstra It has worked in the past for me (not recently though). I notice that failing link does work if I switch away from the Telstra Air connection. It would seem that TAPI subdomain isn't included within the Telstra Air pre-authenticated network firewall rules.

@Telstra It’s a complaint following a call I received at 21:20 hrs last night. I really don’t want to speak to anyone based in one of your overseas call centres. I’m still upset from last night.

@RoyanWg I even remember Telecom *sigh I wish it still existed. I hate paying exorbitant amounts for a service I need just to make other people rich, while they treat me appallingly and whose service is not fit for purpose. @Telstra #TelstraRort

So @Optus email alerts told us yesterday that they'd fixed Murwillumbah Hospital Hill (4g on 700 MHz) ... and it just dropped out again. I see Telstra has a bit of 5g signal here now. Hmm; that's interesting.
