@Telstra I have checked my address and there were no issues. My internet speed has now gone back to its normal, criminally slow, 6mpbs down and 0.2mbps up that drops out every 30 minutes.

Hey @Telstra is it normal for your consultants to close your chats and say they are resolved multiple times over a 7 hour period to avoid fixing my problem/complaint or am I getting special treatment?

@carly_solstice 3 Hours 19 Minutes & the department had left me on hold & went home. The next day I rang back went absolutely ballistic at them. Nothing like good old fashioned customer service from Telstra-Foxtel.
