@MatthewJ_Scott @AaronDodd @Telstra At least with Telstra you know you’re getting service. I switched from Telstra to save money and now I don’t get service in a bunch of places.

  • rtrisheleanor Trish Roberts (@rtrisheleanor) reported

@Telstra Took hours to get through. ALL DAY. Finally got through, rude person disconnected me. Contacted by bot today. No good. Need to SPEAK to PERSON.

  • dngrsmybusiness Sean B. 🍷🚴🏼‍♂️ 📷💉💉💉 (@dngrsmybusiness) reported

@AaronDodd @L1I9N6K4 @Telstra Prob not a popular view and not defending them, but I actually had no trouble with Telstra the few times I dealt with them about my (third world) ADSL2+ connection in Melbourne - but that wasn’t primarily on the phone, it was a support person on a chat program via their app

  • HamiltonAndrewh andrew hamilton (@HamiltonAndrewh) reported

@coneyyyy @Telstra Gotta love the customer service!!!!

  • redemptiongiver I am .@PRGuy. So is my wife 💉💉💉 (@redemptiongiver) reported

@8DavezAWeekes @deniseshrivell Would be almost impossible to unwind so for aged & childcare I'd put a cap on profits to keep it sustainable (& make it highly regulated). I'd invest massively as a Govt in renewables & then shut down fossil power. Telco - Govt buys 75% Telstra. It's cheap

  • rtrisheleanor Trish Roberts (@rtrisheleanor) reported

@LorraineLozza75 Leaving Telstra has occurred to me, but I get some benefits. Finally got through to a person yesterday, lackadaisical, said he’d transfer to tech support, but hung up! Trying again today.

  • DavidHuett David Huett 💧 🇺🇦 (@DavidHuett) reported

Some free advice to those out there using WiFi broadband from Telstra. If your wireless device has constant ridiculously SLOW download speeds, go into your device and change the cellular data from 'Automatic' or 'LTE' to .. 'WCDMA'

  • canisgard canisgard ⚰ hiatus (@canisgard) reported

@__negg it sounds like i'm joking, but i'm with dodo and it hasn't really given me trouble since they upgraded the landline for NBN otherwise i can derecommend telstra and iinet lmaoo one charges a lot and the other has too many outages/slower than promised speeds

  • Clintswan1 Clintswan (@Clintswan1) reported

@Telstra 5g at the moment is so so slow!! Will you ignorant and arrogant people who work at Telstra stop tampering with it!! Just back off from it right now and leave it alone!! What are we paying you for?!!

  • superceiliog Mountain Person (@superceiliog) reported

@AaronDodd @PhilCygnus @Telstra Horrible 3 months with Telstra who do not appear to have a CRM - every interaction is like Groundhog Day. Wasted hours waiting on overseas call centres. Finally have NBN installed so can move to Aussie Broadband
