Does anyone else’s @Telstra NBN connection just cut out? For no reason and at random times, but very consistently for days/weeks in a row? And then it’s okay for a bit? And then it happens again? Or is that just my bad luck with Telstra.

@Telstra ok so tech support came back after 20mins and said that he had someone from billing to talk to me then for the 3rd time, it hung up. I remember the first billing guy's name who palmed me off the first time btw.

@NBN_Australia have spoken to Telstra five times now to finalise the matter. Each time, Telstra tells me this is NBN matter outside their control. Have spoken to your contractor, service stream, numerous times. Yesterday they told me the technician would be on site in ten minutes.
