    @Eliza19675234 @andrewbogut @Telstra The ombudsmen can't do anything in my experience. And Telstra knows that. And plays on it. Telstra sit back and do zip, close the complaint as resolved. Customer Service is non existent. Good luck!

    @robynbryant33 while telstra was trying to fix that issue they somehow wired my phone, neighbour on corners phone and flats phone together, best bit was they all rang regardless of which number was dialed, telstra even tried to bill all three of us for it.

    @robynbryant33 In any dealings with Telstra you treat it like a colonoscopy. You know it needs to happen, you know there are going to be unpleasant bits. Just focus on a warm cuppa and a little sandwich at the end and stay calm. Also know you do not suffer alone.

    @Telstra Hey there is no signal inside Karrinyup Shopping Centre WA 6018. And if, it's very very poor. Customers are complaining a lot, eftpos drop outs. #Telstra
