@Telstra You’re invoicing us for someone else’s account, flagged us as a credit fault due to your error and ruined our mortgage application. If the best you can off is a messaging service. It’s all gone to hell.

@Telstra Nope. No one can tell me why we lost our connections. No one from @Telstra seems to talk to each other or know how to provide solutions. Needs a lot more customer service work & training

  • johnb78 John B (@johnb78) reported

@stilgherrian In this particular case it sounds like nbn were the only organisation to act with any competence at all - they switched the customer's broadband on within a day of Telstra and iinet telling them what had happened

  • 007paulchristie Paul Christie (@007paulchristie) reported

@FOXTEL_Help 2 hours on Telstra chat trying to find out why our Foxtel has been down all day in Baulkham hills and now they are not responding. Bloody hopeless, why can’t we actually talk to a human at Foxtel or Telstra.

I just got a scam call: "Your Telstra internet connection will be terminated today. Press 1 to cancel the termination." #scam #phishing

  • Drano2go Mark Drano (@Drano2go) reported

Hi @Telstra for the last couple of months, mobile coverage has been poor(er than usual) out here on the urban fringe @ 4510. Previously, leaving a phone by a window would ensure coverage, but now it's always patchy. Has 3G tower equipment been replaced by 5G, which I can't use?
