    @TMFScottP @Telstra mate, I had a perfect service until a storm hit Mel. Since then I constant drop outs that didn't allow me to have a video call. I am with Aussie Broadband and they did a spectacular job in pushing NBN. end result to fix the issue : 4 technicians in a month and a half.

    Webchat the worlds worst communication channel. If you aren't going to get back to someone in 5-10mins then your company should up its resources. Had a 24 hour chat with 3 people at Telstra that went nowhere and nonresponse from CBA yesterday @Telstra @CommBank

    @semiosmith I wish. Unfortunately been happening for some time now. Been reported to Telstra. They have been sent a warning letter already to cease. If it continues Telstra is then able to release details to police for them to investigate using a carrier service to stalk.

    Yes surprise surprise my last refund from a company was through Telstra for an inactive account and the only option they had was via 21 day cheque in current year.. like wtf.
