Sis (@Aunty_Sis) reported from Hervey Bay, Queensland@owgreally @MSMWatchdog2013 If you have shares then Telstra or whoever will have to pay dividends if franking credits are removed. The companies can't NOT pay their share holders. The whole industry from the New York Stock Exchange down would crash and mattress sales would increase.

Nichola L Stephenson (@nickystevo) reported from Hervey Bay, Queensland@Telstra There’s clearly a massive problem with Telstra reception in Hervey Bay in certain areas, otherwise I wouldn’t be complaining & others are experiencing the same issues?!

Nichola L Stephenson (@nickystevo) reported from Hervey Bay, QueenslandScrew you Telstra 🖕🏻seriously had enough of this ****! Lack of service! 👎🏻
-
Sis (@Aunty_Sis) reported from Hervey Bay, Queensland@macsween_prue @Telstra Agreed Telstra is the worst and most hated company in Australia. Unfortunately if we travel (or used to) we are stuck with it. I truly hate that they do not employ Australians in their call centres.

Greg McGarvie (@GregMcgarvie) reported from Hervey Bay, Queensland@NBN_Australia Appreciate your response! Strange the actual service provider passes the buck. Currently forced to mobile with better speeds! If you have a direct portal to Telstra so I don’t have to go through the long wait process that would be helpful!

Nichola L Stephenson (@nickystevo) reported from Hervey Bay, Queensland@debbishdotcom @LindaAHardy @Telstra I’ve never seen anything so ridiculous Deborah, I actually looked at my phone outside pier one this morning & had 4bars. My area has been the pits, seems to be working for the moment, but 6weeks is crazy

Pricette (@gopricette) reported@Telstra Diversity hires all the way down. People literally die when they cannot get emergency services. All in the name of "hiring more women" (and "minorities" aka people who can't speak English). Bravo, Telstra!
-
Cool McCool (@MisterSpock8888) reported@Telstra 4/6 5. "It's extremely frustrating" are you now telling customers how how they are feeling? Paragraph 3 6. Networks are large and complex" Oh really. I thought it was string and tin cans. 7. "invest significantly in resilience" obv not working / bad investing.

TheFriskyBear 🐻🎮 (@TheFriskyBearr) reported@Telstra The good old "Sorry" is not good enough, that is not an apology. Pathetic, we all know your a scam mobile network and properly working with the scammers, no wonder why we always get scam callers, it's cause the corporates sell our numbers and information to private companies 🤑
-
10 News (@10NewsAU) reportedTelstra customers who were affected by the widespread outage last week will be able to apply for compensation. The incident left millions of Australians without phone coverage, halted public transport services and impacted digital payments at businesses. The telco’s CFO said customers will have to provide clear evidence of their loss and an estimated claim amount, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Cool McCool (@MisterSpock8888) reported@Telstra 3/6 3. Doesn't make sense. "We" & "I". Is she apologising for her team? Shud read "On behalf of TLS, I apologise for the disruption our network failure caused last week.” Paragraph 2 "Issue...caused signif disruption...people rely on us". thanks for telling us what we know.
-
coolbanana321 (@coolbanana321) reported@Telstra CEO of a entire company thinks she can just get away with a 'sorry, my bad'. Wheres the resignation, wheres the the accountability. A normal employee would've been fired over something like this.

Pokewood Theater (@pokewoodtheater) reported@agroasx @Telstra Starlink is not mobile service it’s home internet
-

Red Rivers (@RedRivers994225) reported@AussieVal10 This is easy...I'm on Telstra. In a rural area so the phone doesn't work most of the time except when Telstra messages me to say my data ran out...after only renewing 2 days earlier...so mostly no internet on the phone most of the time either...even though i only use it to listen to pod casts from "conspiracy theorists" ...so i have just started switching it off most of the time anyway ..I highly recommend...Telstra service regionally...overpriced and mostly doesn't work except to "SEND" data ..of course...which i think is what i'm paying for....them to spy on me...LMAO
