Greg McGarvie (@GregMcgarvie) reported from Hervey Bay, Queensland@NBN_Australia Appreciate your response! Strange the actual service provider passes the buck. Currently forced to mobile with better speeds! If you have a direct portal to Telstra so I don’t have to go through the long wait process that would be helpful!
-
Sis (@Aunty_Sis) reported from Hervey Bay, Queensland@macsween_prue @Telstra Agreed Telstra is the worst and most hated company in Australia. Unfortunately if we travel (or used to) we are stuck with it. I truly hate that they do not employ Australians in their call centres.
-
Nichola L Stephenson (@nickystevo) reported from Hervey Bay, QueenslandScrew you Telstra 🖕🏻seriously had enough of this ****! Lack of service! 👎🏻
-
Nichola L Stephenson (@nickystevo) reported from Hervey Bay, Queensland@debbishdotcom @LindaAHardy @Telstra I’ve never seen anything so ridiculous Deborah, I actually looked at my phone outside pier one this morning & had 4bars. My area has been the pits, seems to be working for the moment, but 6weeks is crazy
-
Sis (@Aunty_Sis) reported from Hervey Bay, Queensland@owgreally @MSMWatchdog2013 If you have shares then Telstra or whoever will have to pay dividends if franking credits are removed. The companies can't NOT pay their share holders. The whole industry from the New York Stock Exchange down would crash and mattress sales would increase.
-
Nichola L Stephenson (@nickystevo) reported from Hervey Bay, Queensland@Telstra There’s clearly a massive problem with Telstra reception in Hervey Bay in certain areas, otherwise I wouldn’t be complaining & others are experiencing the same issues?!
-
Nichola L Stephenson (@nickystevo) reported from Hervey Bay, QueenslandThis Telstra reception issue is becoming really frustrating now, going well into the 2nd week 👎🏻
-
Nichola L Stephenson (@nickystevo) reported from Hervey Bay, Queensland@Telstra I’ve been reporting this crap for 6weeks & these responses are all we are getting. Some answers & time frames on rectification if the the stuff up would be really good

-
tony d (@hoppers_2007) reported@Westgat06583980 @Terri_1987a cause the communications on the network is on the 4G with telstra and in fact connected to the ARTC system and it is affecting all trains from Brisbane to Melb/Kalgoorlie and all trains has been stopped.
-
Jason White (@JWhite90566) reported@mdtlion She sounds more like a Telstra public relations officer, than the Communications Minister. Maybe she’s grifting for a future job with them. I noticed the little dig she made at Optus by mentioning a previous issue they had had in the past, but totally relevant to today’s issues.
-
PunsOfAnarchy (@SonsOfPunarchy) reportedBold strategy, Senator ********. While actual emergencies might have been choking on a Telstra outage, you decided the best use of Triple Zero was your personal QA testing. “Not going to apologise”? Of course not. Why say sorry for clogging up the line that’s supposed to save lives when you can just cosplay as a concerned citizen and virtue-signal about “holding them to account”? #auspol
-
The Solitary Reaper @YonSolitary is my old account (@ContactVVR) reported@9NewsMelb @ollie_haig At least Telstra apologises. VodaFail never ever apologise
-
alfromaus (@alfromaus) reported@dannolan "There may be some knock-on effects for Telstra..." "I don't care, just fix it!"
-
Cammo199 (@cammo199) reported@FetchStep @Telstra Dumb **** wouldn’t have the slightest incling how any of the communication network actually works, but somehow is in charge? What’s she gunna do, call Telstra and ask, “how long will it off for sir” 🥴 retarted *****
-
Tony Walton (@TheCyclonesSka) reported@Telstra GREEDY ARSEHOLES You keep putting your prices up claiming you need the money to invest in infrastructure!! What a load of ****!! Your invested in infrastructure did well this morning, you ******* GREEDY ARSEHOLES!!
-
Marty Fargo (@MartinRolfe2) reportedAngus Taylor is a shoe-in come 2028. Nobody else in the entire country had the nous to connect a Telstra outage with a Chinese rocket test way out in the Pacific Ocean. Who wudda thunk that a $100m ballistic missile launch was in fact a ruse to disrupt a telco for 4hrs? Genius!
-
tonyp (@tonyp1900) reported@Sahar_A_Writes She’s such a fool - she has managed to make this Telstra fail, all about her as opposed to putting the spotlight on Labor
-
Charly Leetham (@charlyjl) reported@QBCCIntegrity @Telstra It could be a case of never attribute to malice what can be explained by incompetence. Telstra support has been degrading for years. We've seen many faults that took out National Infrastructure for hours that were caused by human error.
