    @nathaus83 @simonahac @Telstra After having been with 2 other providers I find Telstra the best. For $15 extra business charge I get access to a better service. Worth it when you work from home. With a tricky issue they gave me a hotline number & the person that came to check the problem took his shoes off!

    @RonniSalt @simonahac @Telstra I got a debt collector chasing me for a bill I got for $0.00. I rang the debt collector. They sighed. Apparently a common story. Never used them again.

    So anyone else unable to connect to Twitch? What's even more wild is ALL Twitch channels are down, NY Times is down, the UK Gov's site was/is down, I've heard PayPal. Telstra was down for me too. I've read it's a major hack attack, how it's conducted though, no idea. Just me??

    @simonahac @Telstra That kind of customer service policy sees customers walking out the door. Luckily the SM team were fairly quickly onto it You are totally right on having a a quick upgrade boost button for the month so you can add data easily for a fee when you are out. Simple, quick, no drama
