    Telstra has throttled my grandfather's internet. Trying to fix it, Telstra needs his Telstra ID. Doesn't know. Go to reset using landline number. Telstra sends him an email. His email address is his Telstra ID.

    @Telstra I run an emergency service and today you left me without internet after promising it would be fixed when I started work at 7am I need the internet to access client files for emergencies. The telecommunications ombudsman will be getting a call. Not good enough

    @LesStonehouse There was only one little problem which was the private sector absolutely sucked at running critical infrastructure and they pushed the prices up continually, note electricity in SA, Vic NSW and Telstra

    @RonniSalt My dad was a PMG technician so I know all about repairing phone lines! Never have to report a fault to Telstra! Just fix it myself.
