@Telstra The problem is high demand. Not sure where you are located but VIc is in lockdown. So - the network falls in a heap when all school children and workers are home. How can the network adapt to this demand? I tested the mobile data speed down the road and it’s the same. Please fix

@Telstra Well, considering that I've lived here over a decade and it hasn't improved, don't rush to get a reliable network during a pandemic by all means.

@wendyemily2 @ymeusee I can relate 100s of those calls in past year. I do have a landline. One was purportedly Telstra (my provider) saying they had detected a 'problem' with my phone. I always hang up. For interest, I checked with Telstra, "no, we don't ring customers about problems, why would we"? !

@Telstra service, it's always been weak on the main business street the tower(which I'm guessing is the only one) overlooks the town..to my knowledge there are no repeaters extending the signal. Tas gov states they require check-in with the app, service at businesses not consistent.

@Telstra A big thank you to @Telstra in resolving a problem so easily in a week that multiple calls escalating through a call centre over six months could not. Why?!!
