@Telstra I need replacement today not 3-4 days. This is a joke. This is 3rd faulty modem? Once again, I pay for premium service to ensure continuity and all I get is lengthy disruption. Can’t do my job.

@Telstra Inc. 21266921 no 4G back up, WIFI not working but Ethernet is. Telstra accept modem faulty. One Ethernet connection is not sufficient for everyone working here from home. Previously collected replacement modem from store. Can’t afford too wait another 4 business days. Thanks

@MeredithCastles @Telstra I’ve been putting up with Telstra for decades. Their customer support service has always been useless and an absolute nightmare to deal with. Very poor management.

@Telstra Please, you're an Australian company. Stop with the Black Friday crap. Its an American commercial construct built around Thanksgiving and has no place here. Im starting a personal campaign to any Australian business that jumps on this bandwagon.

Apparently the only way to switch to a more affordable service with @Telstra is by travelling to my nearest store (20kms) and purchasing a new physical plastic sim card which i wont even be using (more plastic waste) so i can activate the more affordable service on an eSIM. What?

@Telstra This does not address the problem I've highlighted. How is it possible for scammers to use valid Australian mobile numbers they've cloned? @MRowlandMP @abcnews

@Telstra finally received new iphone 14 today to replace the old one. Transferred everything across. eSIM won't activate. Old iphone had eSIM and wiped after transfer. No solution from Telstra, except to try at shop tomorrow, so I have no phone service now. Bloody ridiculous.

@thegrumpypoof @Telstra telstra once billed me for excess data usage while i still had gigabytes of actual data on my plan. another time they insisted the landline i was calling them from did not exist and had never in fact existed and i must be mistaken about calling them from the never been a phone.
