@mcg63679777 @yeahbut @AlanBixter Nope it's Telstra. See Telstra knew the government was going to buy back the copper network so they did nothing to maintain it. There were major exchanges for up to three years that had no working ADSL and ADSL2 ports.

@CommBank ...And the way you ambush people walking into a Comm bank and try to corral them all over to the inadequate robot tellers is a joke too.... but hey don’t listen to the customer.... just tell him what’s good for him. Only Telstra has worse service than Comm bank.

@AlanBixter I have FTTP but had a couple of bad years. Telstra gave me a new router and speeds returned to 100Mbps.

So I’ve called @Telstra back only to be told they’ve knocked off for the day. The CSR attempted to call me back only once, I unfortunately missed it. Absolutely woeful service from the national carrier. #platinumsupport
