@Telstra How do I do that? I don’t know much about Twitter. I reached out here as your support staff are incapable of telling me whether I need to notify Telstra before moving to a new provider. DO I NEED TO NOTIFY TELSTRA BEFORE MOVING TO A NEW TELCO?

@Telstra thanks for the reply - it was Rewards related postage and my LPO usually acknowledges all my post as part of the PO Box service. I shan't be claiming any Rewards unless I can use my PO as a delivery address bc it's more secure when I'm not home (wch is more often or not the case)

@Telstra I just rang 132200 and they answered my question in under 10 seconds. I’ve spent over 3 hours in the app chatting with support. That is disgraceful.

@Telstra Your support team seems unable to answer my question through the app (2.5 hours of trying): When moving to a new Telco, Do I need to do anything to close my Telstra account? Or can I just sign up with the new provider, and the churn will take care of closing my account?
