@Telstra Another report today from 2850. From fixed address using 4G for data over several years. Service has been lost in the last three months. Now must install satellite.

@Telstra I wouldn’t mind the pointless troubleshooting (exact same signal strength across two Telstra devices/services) if it didn’t take 5+ minutes for them to respond to any message. As a premium brand, it’s not good enough to have the team servicing tens of chats simultaneously

Hey @Telstra, had a terrible support experience today. Mobile reception in my inner city house is bad (-115dB RSSI on two devices). Website says I should report this. Support insisted on doing irrelevant troubleshooting and wouldn’t listen. How can I get this looked at?

@Telstra I am sorry but your customer service is awful. I have tried a number of ways to get an issue resolved and all that it results in is no resolution and plenty of frustration.

@AlboMP I want it to be understood, the reply from PayPal 5 May us very concerning. My life has been ruined and you have no right to demand I do anything. This has been the problem, Government persecution then demands for fix. I really do want to sue Gov and PayPal and Telstra.
