@Telstra Thanks, but that is no good to me Stacy, we are going to cancel all Telstra services, the customer service is disgraceful! Not your fault I know, it is the fault of Telstra & the way they overcharge & treat their customers!

@PatsKarvelas I'm shocked many Melb homes with no landline since 17July during LOCKDOWN. Too bad for elderly/disabled with no mobile & medical condition. Telstra won't fix til 29/7. They promised fix on 23/7. So much for USO. 3rd world stuff.

@Telstra Yeah tried all that Renee, went through the whole switch off and switch back on, 5 minutes on hold to let you guys try to diagnose the problem with the modem, then it said there was an issue and I would be transferred. Half an hour on hold and then suddenly cut me off. Not ideal.

@Telstra It’s been down for 2 days. We can’t even get Telstra to acknowledge a fault let alone fix it. I have a case number of that helps?

@Telstra can you please provide an update on the adsl network outages in the North Parramatta area? I’m now on day 3 of constant dropouts whilst trying to work from home. Calling 132200 is as useful as ringing dominos pizza to fix my internet connection.

As a person with 25 years of direct links with 日本 + as a speaker of the language, this is disheartening not to see the #tokyo2020 coverage, @7plus. If you look at @GooglePlay reviews for the app, EVERYONE is having the same access issues. You need to address this, not @Telstra

@Telstra I have not been able to connect to my data service for 5 days and when I contact you you tell me that the phone number I'm quoting is wrong. I only have one number with Telstra and one account and I'm contacting you from that number. How can it be wrong?

Well, that was too much to hope for. @telstra hadn’t even sent out a new SIM card because they’re waiting for the IT team to fix whatever is wrong with the 2nd eSIM they’d sent me. I’m still without a phone service.
