  • Gamer_Rade RaDEAD 💀 ...fuck, I'm 30 (@Gamer_Rade) reported

@elizabethdanger I remember doing one of their recruitment days. I left in tears because they were so... Hardcore? Like, I've worked at Telstra and never had that bullshit.

  • AndrewH73728670 Andrew Horton (@AndrewH73728670) reported

@On_Da_Ball3 @lynlinking At a guess (an educated one) its one of those not so rare 50 pair 0.40 Telstra cables. If you want to fix it the colour code is blue, orange green, brown, grey.

  • ToneSaysGoLeft 🤥LNP ARE LIARS🤥 (@ToneSaysGoLeft) reported

@rubin_angela Best thing we did was tell @Telstra to fwck off. Worst company to deal with. Offshore call centres, constant scammers using their company name cold calling. They just don't give a 💩 about their customers or scammers using their business name. Better companies around than Telstra

  • mariusmainridg1 marius@mainridge 1 (@mariusmainridg1) reported

@rubin_angela @JaneCaro I gave up on Telstra, went with another provider since the initial set up 2.5 years ago I haven’t had to speak to them and the service hasn’t faulted. If I billed Telstra for the hours spent on the phone to them with issues it would have payed my annual bill with credit

  • aydenvm23 ayden (@aydenvm23) reported

@Telstra Hello, my home internet is going extremely slow and initial tests said it was a billing issue, (wasn't due yet) am wondering what's going on?

  • jasonandrade Jason Andrade (@jasonandrade) reported

@rubin_angela @KayeJon32736745 So the first rule of Telstra is that you need to stop thinking that it’s one company because sadly it isn’t. For marketing purposes it might look like one company but if you realize it’s more like 5 and sometimes 20.. it helps figure out why things are so broken

  • 186baaa97958443 Sally McLean (@186baaa97958443) reported

@rubin_angela When we built our new house it took Telstra 6 months to get the internet connected because they kept telling us it was an existing dwelling despite us giving them proof the old house was knocked down and we purchased the land and built a new one!

  • MxxyMerlin *✧・゚* merlin *・゚*✧ (@MxxyMerlin) reported

@Turnsky i have literally never gotten the telstra app to work haha...

  • MxxyMerlin *✧・゚* merlin *・゚*✧ (@MxxyMerlin) reported

@Turnsky classic telstra the T in telstra stands for "Terrible at everything" the second T stands for "sTill terrible at everything"

  • RichJWeston Richard Weston 🔥🔥💧💧 (@RichJWeston) reported

@rubin_angela @Sunsplashsun The worst company in Australia @Telstra
