    awesome work @telstra @NBN_Australia . I would rant about incompetence in Australia but I have learnt at this point that these people know no better. Expecting an Australian service to improve is like expecting your horse to be an author. Neither is going to happen.

    @blakandblack @Telstra If your complaint is unresolved, contact the ombudsman, Telstra absolutely hate that and have to act on it.

    @Ron_Boll 3 staff down , NBN keeps knocking our phones out . Speaking to idiots at Telstra . Apart from that, having a great day mate

    Anyone considering @iiNet just be careful. They sell ex Telstra customers on their ‘better customer service’. It’s no better, it’s reactive, slow and unsympathetic, so just tread carefully before making any moves

    @bIondejongho @glittersanie @jwysunrise damn telstra’s still trying to come for you 😭

    @Telstra wasted 3 hours on the-phone today to try sort out my modem which was down. Only to find out later that a lot of the Northern Suburbs of Perth were down. The Operator at Telstra didn’t even know. Come on Telstra why not update your users on your webpage etc??

    Telstra saga: Amazing what 3 days can do if u email Ombudsman! 7 mnths wasted pleading with Telstra to fix prob following theft of my ID. Desperately emailed 3 wks ago again asking Telstra to fix bloody prob or I'd call TIO. Of course nil, so emailed TIO on 1 Feb.

    @Telstra Sorry I am not referring to congestion. There is no network..if connect call drop and broken voice is very common. Let your technical team check the RF KPIs urgently and believe me it can be solved quickly

  • jasonedwards83 Jason Edwards (@jasonedwards83) reported

    @Telstra I put my details down close to 2 months ago to be notified and haven’t heard anything. With such high demand, you’d think from a business point of view, you would want to get these into stock asap
