@lasquetimeryl @Optus We are with Telstra and don’t have any issues. We have NBN fibre to the home. With Vodafone for a few months and they were terrible so we switched back to Telstra.

@bruzo2 @Telstra_news I suggest you ring Aussie broadband, get connected, ring disconnection at Telstra and your problem will be solved! Best thing I ever did after endless troubles with Telstra. Haven’t had a complaint since swapping to @AussieBroadband

@MikeCarlton01 Also smart TVs are bad, devices external to the TV like Roku/Telstra, Chromecast, computers all work with everything

In addition, @Telstra appear to have charged a SECOND connection fee this morning ... for a service that's not connected! (Apparently "should be working" now). We spend hundreds on Telstra between us a month. Might be time to start looking elsewhere though.

@Telstra Yes. You sold us the NBN service six months ago and now we need an extender to make it work. But no matter how hard we try, no-one call sell it to us. @andy_penn would be horrified at the ineptitude.
