@Telstra A 4G area. It’s showing 4G today but only 2 bars signal, sometimes dropping to 1. My neighbour alerted me to it, he’s having signal issues too. Never had issues here previous 10 years

@Telstra My friends on social media are asking things now like - the mistake was Telstra offering a plan that you accepted only to gazump you. Another said how do you make SMS into minutes? They all think it looks suss, but as a gold member we are disappointed with the service today

It’s like anyone I talk to can’t or won’t help. I have no doubt @Telstra will respond to this “oh no we’re so sorry you had a bad experience contact us to get help” but like ?? They don’t help. Just for me to get passed around again, like put me through to someone

@LesStonehouse The reason they are making payphone calls free is they want to put more of them out there- they are more an electronic advertising billboard now than a communication service. Telstra make far more money from selling the ad space than they would charging for calls.
