    @StuartMediaNews I must admit, I own a stack of shares in Telstra ( unfortunately). I’m not a customer of Telstra. I don’t think they can raise their charges for those who are on a contract.

    Not quite sure how you are on to a fix, but at the initial stage of an investigation. When will Telstra stop treating their customers with this level of disrespect.

    @Telstra Your main concern is to take this off your Twitter feed so the public does not see. I have said happy to have the complaints manager contact me again, even though the issues have been reported to them since Jan (1st outage - 10 days)

    @Telstra Things just won’t load. For people on 5G and 4G. I tried the link with 2 bars of 5G and it won’t load. Wish I could help more.

    @Telstra Nope. The landline belongs to my grandmother, and if I didn't live with her, their "solution" of redirecting the landline to my mobile would solve nothing.

    @Telstra Last nights 7pm deadline for resumption of service (internet) as usual came and went, still no internet. And i bet my complaints manager will call Monday to say it will be done by Friday 7pm
