@Telstra Second weekend in a row where line hunting does not work. It works for a few days and then every Friday like clockwork it stops. Killing our business that relies on phone orders. You can’t fix it guys. You don’t know how. Just face it.

@FlatEarthGang @Telstra Have a problem, hit social media every single time there’s a problem and keep it up until the problem is sorted satisfactorily. Tell everyone you know about the sh1tty service as well.

@Telstra I'm having issues w my 5G service and when I call the phone number I was given for the 5G tech team, the phone is answered automatically and then either disconnects or the service person I am connected to cant hear me!

@brucerguthrie @mackaysuzie ..speak to but they didn’t understand and just wanted to follow their script. Joyce is “doing a Telstra” on Qantas- ie cutting costs at the expense of service while relying on market share and govt support to see him through the difficulties. F him

@Yusei_furou @Kriket_23 @RoneRackal Gosh I have no idea really. I think best bet would be to go to your nearest Telstra centre (there’s several in the cbd) and ask about their short term prepaid plans for visitors. It’s the best network

@Telstra Just please stop pretending you’re competent. Every Friday for the last month we open the weekend with a phone line issue. And it takes multiple calls to fix it. Now it’s a busy long weekend and the very problem that was supposedly fixed last week is back again. Just terrible.

@Telstra @Telstra You could contact the manager of your bereavement team. I'd give you the complaint reference number that was to be sent to me by CoB today but he didn't send it. And find Melinda (she'll be under the bus where Amit and Parvesh threw her) and give her a promotion.

@jfshart @Monocotyledon @BetterStuffToDo The fibre to regional towns has existed for close to the last 20 years. Even small ones have it. The main issue was they decided to form a new company rather than contracting Telstra to do the build and and leasing Telstra's fibre.
