@Vaughan13Greg @Telstra Exactly. My business wouldn't last long charging and not delivering. Telstra can we only pay half our bill as we only get half the service? Serious question.

@Telstra Wow, how good is this #auspol. I got a real bloke (not a robot) from @Telstra (Phil) to help me with my internet outage. If he comes good with his promises, I want to buy him a beer.

@misullivan @LG_Australia @iiNet It’s surprising how many people don’t understand bridge mode devices. Security architects, who should, are some of the worst offenders. I had a Telstra engineer tell me that I didn’t need a firewall between their garbage modem and my network. “One is built in”. 🙄🙄🙄🙄

@Telstra Too late, Phil. It was never good enough, I lost count of stuff-ups with mobile phones, broadband, Foxtel. Took all my services, one by one, and went elsewhere.

@Telstra @PatrickJaeschke Your responsibility as a company is to provide a service which your PAYING customers can rely on. You are delivering a product which can only be described as a massive fail. Endeavouring to appease the masses with social media fluff with no substance is just patronising.
