I’ve finally voted with my feet and signed up for a different internet service provider and am consigning Telstra to the bin. Call me idealistic but I’m hoping this will mean the internet works again in my house

@MikeEDoyle @iiNet Those on other ISPs (Telstra, Superloop) not currently experiencing the same issues. Wonder if Optus and iiNet sharing same internet backbones.

Ok, I'm pretty much done at this point. @Telstra, if you want my money for a 5G modem and a large upfront data plan get in touch with me via DMs - I'll give you the several case numbers for this and I want someone who can fix this and make it right to contact me here. :/

@Telstra No this hasn't been lodged, the people on the damages line, although advised, have not logged this and told me the only way It can be done is via the app. The app does not support this damage type and anything urgent is referred to the damages line. Was offered a 48hr complaint

@Telstra Well I have spoken to this team regarding this and was told explicitly that they do not log these and can only be done on the app. I have accessed the webform and again this does not cover it so I will leave it go as is. If you want more details on the issue and a contact can dm.

@Telstra Sean @Telstra, glad to hear your “#cybersecurity team are working on a solution” to the spoofed delivery and voicemail SMSes with #phishing links. Don't think I would go to @Scamwatch_gov 5 times a day now that I know you are working on it. Any timeline for a solution?

Lockdown update hour 69. Davo has been removed from the plant room. Telstra rebuilding switchboard. Attempted to hypnotise Davo, someone’s phone rang towards the end. Davo’s been hypnotised before! He’s currently on top of C Block crowing like a rooster! Trying to lure him down

@VodafoneAU Rejected by Vodafone today due to credit score - how ridiculous. Once the credit team makes a decision, the Customer Service team says there is no process to review said decision.. Going to be sticking with Telstra for our mobiles.. Any one else have similar issues?
