@WayneMansfield The apocalypse has already started. @telstra internet @NBN_Australia down, backup 4G SIM not doing its job. The good news? Router says it’s Jan 1 2018. So - this may sound weird - STOCK UP ON FACE MASKS and TOILET PAPER!! 😜😜😜

Looks like @Telstra are being dodgy again. According to them, they're not a retailer and therefore the @acccgovau rules don't apply to them. Been fobbed off to the manufacturer of my faulty phone with nothing but a "we can't help."

@tim_dunlop @Telstra Telstra NBN package delivered 21 December, asked on ordering if tech assistance needed, responded no, told good to go; hooked up - no signal. Spent morning troubleshooting, finally rang Telstra in afternoon, told technician would connect 5 Jan. No advice otherwise. #waiting...

@Telstra It’s cable internet. I’m currently running 3 different message chats and a different person answers every time and we go back to square one. I asked for extra data on my mobile to help us out - no go and they said not possible. No reference numbers. No action.

Massive shout out to @Telstra for slowly making it so the devices in my house don't pick up the wifi signal despite the fact it worked conepletly fine the night before. Thanks guys 👍

@belindasmilne @pauldutton1968 @iiNet We had a young man out to fix the landline this week and he admitted Telstra will not ever fix it properly because they are waiting for Broadband. They've been out at least 6 times this year. I do not believe NBN will ever get here.
