@Telstra Sent them a message 2 days ago with fault ref number. Never heard back. DM with you guys last weekend and was told I would be contacted. No contact. I seriously want to wake up from this nightmare but it never seems to end.

@electricfuture5 @TeslaStraya @StatsTeslaApp In Brisbane Optus was actually crap. Vodafone was pretty good but I occasionally go outside the city and suburbs and it’s then that I lose anyone else, but Telstra is still around.

@Telstra Telstra gave misinformation regarding my parents account resulting in disconnecting a land line and leaving them with no internet, were going to resolve it and call back 24 hours later still no call back and issue still not resolved

Please note: Both Gooseberry Hill and Hillarys Point Boat Harbour don't have TBRG (Tipping Bucket Rain Gauges) Pearce are currently experiencing issues with their TBRG Mandurah is currently offline during to a Telstra outage in the area

@Orr_86 @19thompson64 @CoopersMaw I get at least 10 similar every day that consist of Telstra is shutting down my NBN, My Amazon account has been deducted $399.99 -$1000, My Tax Form has been seized by the Federal Police for making illegal transactions and fraud, etc etc. The more I block them the more I get.😡

@rubin_angela We had someone at @Telstra set up an u requested landline account for us recently. Prob is, the landline is still hanging from the power pole out the front. Main phone no did nothing, hubby ended up ringing a business number & put in a official complaint after it was sorted.
