@Telstra Yeah that's cool I know it's a separate repayment. It's a nominal increase in my actual plan. It's pretty poor form though seeing as I signed up for a plan at the original price. If you want to increase the cost wait until my plan runs out.

@Telstra Will do- so I need to make an appointment for service in the store?

@Telstra There seems to be some issue with your mobile coverage in Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast? Can't make or receive calls?

Just bought a 75" TV because the 85" version won't fit in the living room, put a third of it on afterpay, added an Xbox series X to my Telstra account, pile up the debt and suffer in style who gives a ****

@Telstra @Optus @amaysimAU Yeah seems like your whole network is down across Melbourne at least just went to the shops they couldn’t use 5G 4G anything but Nbn seems okay sort of I mean for Nbn in the city yeah it’s out of the usual expected level of a yes. My mum always said.

Hey, if you want to waste an hour, as a valued member of #TelstraPlus, try querying your account through their #Telstra app, get told they can sort it out in the first 10 minutes, then after 45 mins told you have to go into one of their stores. Shocking service @Telstra

  • optoio OptoIsolated IO (@optoio) reported

@Telstra I just finished a call with my case manager. I spent another hour on the phone discussing why yet again "somethign wasn't right with the order", and "someone has made a mistake they need to fix". This isn't the exception; this has been the experience end-to-end.

  • twil26 Tim Williams ⚜️ (@twil26) reported

@caitlinecarey @Telstra @acccgovau Right? Like CPI has nothing to do with the cost of providing services. It includes things like petrol and construction prices. If anything their costs should be going down with more people working from home.

@BeardedVampyr @mully @Telstra It definitely wasn’t. Caps are still the norm here in Aus… it’s not too long ago we were still using capped broadband. It was horrible!
