    @virgotweet @Noisynanawarat1 Telstra is no better, my friend in Brisbane has been without service for weeks while getting the run around. Evidently they plan to offload her fibre to the premises to another provider but can’t send anyone to fix the problem.

    I'm n @Optus customer and I'm honestly motivated to take my business somewhere else but where are you going to go? I left @Telstra over a year ago because their service was so ****. Had a similar Vodafone scare back in the day... It's a mugs market

    @ralph_woolf @Optus My dad ditched Optus a couple of months ago & moved to Aldi Mobile (who use the Telstra network) & has saved 50% + gets better reception.
