    @Adam41907115 @NRL I agree 100%... without any notice or advance notification, they cancel it. Many Telstra customers will not be happy. It was a surprise.

    @winsordobbin @Telstra Literally the WORST company I've ever had to deal with. Their customer service is appalling. It's almost like they're living back in the Telecom era, thinking they're the only game in town and can get away with treating us like dirt. Deluded fools.

    @Telstra poor service - my parents been told they shouldn't have thrown out their non-working phone. No explanation from @Telstra that interim phone was temporary service and @Telstra would switch it off. huge phone bill & no landline service.chronic health conditions ignored.

    @Telstra This is not good enough. I was put on the 4G network to carry me through to connection date. It’s the 4G that is not working. Repeatedly asking me about NBN is not helpful. I need the issues with 4G to be resolved.

    I’m getting such a bad stress headache because Telstra still has not fixed my internet and they keep asking the same thing! No, I cannot use my NBN because it’s no connected yet!
