@MelanieTait I am with telstra and pay 99 like you. I got a new s10+ with the deal and 128 gig pm, as I am often in bad WiFi area's. I'm fine with it :)

@telstra My mobile network is down as a result of work being conducted on a transmission tower, with no warning, this means no mobile or internet (I use fixed wireless broadband) for at least three days. What compensation will be forthcoming from Telstra for this inconvenience?

We have established there’s a mobile network issue with Telstra. Many mobile calls completely decay and are unintelligible. Be warned it’s a network issue

@Telstra Hey Tom, it is via my phone. Been getting usable speeds up until Esperance (travelling Vic - SA). My signal strength is OK. Speed sometimes 300 Kbps, best 3 Mbps

After an excruciating week with IT issues, and re-explaining it to a seemingly endless conga line of IT people, one young Telstra staff member said ‘Let’s use a solution approach and get you back and working while we do our job and fix this in the background’. She is my new hero.

@lutajobe @DrCameronMurray And then Howard came along to finish the job with Telstra and Australian National railways. I guess we're lucky to still have Australia Post. Both of these guys have so much answer for. I wish we had a media worth a damn to persue it.

@Telstra I’ve been waiting for over a week for someone to call me regarding an issue you came up with. Nobody in the Telstra store seems to know what to do, and I’m simply told “someone will contact you”. I’ve been a customer since 2014 and will be cancelling all my services.
