    Well I'm just done with #Australia NBN and @Telstra it's shocking who is responsible for this **** show on the NBN it's slow and the wifi keeps cutting out also Telstra no help just harrassing emails and text messages about payments that have been paid 😡

    @nick_spurway @Telstra This happened to me in October, it’s an absolute pain but you had to call them and continue to follow up, if your bill is direct debit drop the maximum limit down or they will debit you the full amount

    @Telstra Since I got the phone, chat support didn’t really work (too long to tweet). Store said to just raise a complaint. This seemed somewhat unsatisfactory to me, so I hoped maybe the Twitter @Telstra team could help.
