    @craigreucassel @NBN_Australia After years and years of being a "loyal" Telstra customer, I've switched to @AussieBroadband. First call to them to order NBN was total 9 minutes including wait time of <1 min with Dad jokes, not **** music. Great company. Truly customer focussed.

    @ALBACapMgmt A fellow Scot in Aus. I use Telstra Business 4G as my main internet connection. Costs about $200 per month for 160GB but is the fastest readily available solution I've found in Aus. Obviously shite compared to most of Europe but needs must.

    @craigreucassel Them and Telstra, most people give up. Stamp your feet and demand your complaint he escalated. You’ll get a case manager and higher priority.
