@Optus you said service would be resumed in Paddington 4064. Once again it’s down. 3 weeks without internet and you’re expecting me to pay the bill. Go with Telstra, customers. Optus don’t even listen. I’ve texted and called them and im ignored

@Telstra @NBN_Australia another day another internet drop out and while I was on the phone to a customer. Thank you for the **** service you provide and lack of communication with your customers. I really hope I don’t lose my job over this incompetence.

@TonyHWindsor @gabriellechan what's your experience of phone coverage in rural areas for non-telstra companies? I do solo road trips solo so signal is nb for safety, but telstra suggested I try another co as I only get 1 bar signal at home (capital city) & they can't find fault.

@Telstra Still some issues today, im hotspotting to my phone at the moment. I did see some odd errors /notifications in the model log and noticed that DHCP is constantly trying to connect at times

Spent an hour at JB hifi sorting out my phone plans and so far have saved $100 a month. Need to call Telstra to cancel and get credit for a sim that’s another $50 a month that I’ve never used, but was given as a ‘bonus’. 😤 Definitely worth the time!

@Telstra Your get help app says there is no service disruptions in my area. 36 people on my local community FB page having the same issues would beg to differ. Location is Newborough Vic 3825. Calls either failing or dropping out after connecting.

@Telstra, trying to report damage to a pit caused by soil erosion, but the AI wants me to go to a Telstra shop instead, who have in the past told me to use the AI to report faults. What is the go?
