    Hey @VodafoneAU What was wrong with your service today? 5 devices on 3 different accounts all running Vodafone sims, yet we could not get any data service for hours at the @ausgrandprix. Luckily someone had a @Telstra wifi we could hit spot off. Will this continue all weekend?

    @Telstra @SparksAnt Whether it has or hasn't can yall fix it? I just moved to Telstra from Optus and if you are Aus best network like you claim, then figure it out so I can use my phone during a ders game please

    @GreenMachinePod @Telstra Harvey and Cam really aren't going to be able to help, having just gone through the process with Harvey. Very nice fellow, and as helpful as he can be. But @Telstra clearly doesn't have a complaints procedure that can even register the problem properly.

    @Telstra thumbs down, halving my home internet speed before I could “update” to a better plan ie pay more. How is this not some form of gouging? All of a sudden streaming services stopped working.

    @Telstra Web portal. No these bugs appear at random in all different parts of it. Right now I'm trying to submit a support enquiry regarding the portal itself, but the portal won't let me submit the ticket🙄
