Telstra Issues Reports

@Telstra No. I am still on with the agent. This issue goes back many years and Telstra have just put a Band-Aid on it each time. The cable that comes to the house has been stuck to a power pole with electrical tape! This was done by one of your contractors. It is abysmal.

  • jacobckelly Jacob (@jacobckelly) reported

@Telstra Plan price may increase by CPI in a month, what an absolutely ridiculous way to sell a service, no wonder you are losing market share.

  • poet47 Pamela Valemont 1947 (@poet47) reported

@Telstra Why so many steps? 5?!! Surely one step login is sufficient?

  • bmaimers A/Prof Brett Aimers (@bmaimers) reported

@Telstra More then frustrating. Most definitely not an outage, rather a switching off of the 4G back up. I ‘should’ have an internet service by Friday with no ETA provided. Very unimpressed.

  • FionaLakeAus Fiona Lake (@FionaLakeAus) reported

OK another new poxy trend - social media posts spruiking 'invitation only' events. Eg drones in the EU, @Telstra Vantage, and now a flood design workshop. Are we entering a new era of exclusivity, or just bad manners (telling people about parties they're not allowed to attend)?

  • AmanTalwar Aman Talwar (@AmanTalwar) reported

@Telstra I can’t access any data through my phone when I am not on wi-fi. Trying to figure out if there is an issue with my telstra account or not. Thanks Jimmy.

  • garethrhughes Gareth Hughes (@garethrhughes) reported

I figured I'd just try the @Telstra app again, this time it worked. At this point I've had enough and just decided to give up trying to switch. Now @Optus decide to actually try and help and make it sound like I have to continue the transfer process at this point.

@AndrewBartlett I don't know why they always seem to peak when I'm trying to sleep off night shift, but I do not at all take kindly to it. "Your name isn't Jenny. You're not from Telstra. I will never fall for this. Take me off your list."

  • bridgetannscott Bridget Scott (@bridgetannscott) reported

@Telstra My husband has been on the phone all day to Telstra and has been given false information every time he has called He lodged a complaint and was told it’ll be 72 hours before someone even gets to it! Can someone please contact us ASAP???? It’s a fairly simple enquiry!

  • JoTalemaitoga Josateki Talemaitoga (@JoTalemaitoga) reported

Telstra bought Digicel Network. Digicel sends their Agents to conduct "surveys" to the public. Questions they're asking: 1) How much money do you receive from overseas? 2) Which country? 3) ....and from whom? So intrusive....cava tale sa vo ike...only in Vitia! Kida tiko Vitia!
