    @Telstra I was to be at my premises between 520-30pm to receive her call as arranged. I had to pass up overtime at work. She never called back. I’ve had numerous contact by SMS with your tech people. I’ve restarted my modem several times as instructed. Last night no internet or wifi

    @Telstra my elderly parents in Geelong metro are frustrated by your service. NBN is being rolled out in their area and twice now Telstra have made appointments to attend, with a 4 hour window. On both occasions no one turned up. No phone call, no apology.
