    @Telstra I’ve received a text after contacting Smart Troubleshooting which says I don’t have an initial fault. Yet I’m still unable to make or receive calls. Your outage website still isn’t up to date either. Is there any ETA for this?

    telstra make it very hard to order a thing that you want on their website. seems like the worst time for this to happen with millions of prospective new clients jumping ship from optus

    My @Internode wireless broadband has become useless. It drops out so often I can't even do any work. Not impressed. Lodged a support ticket and now awaiting a call back from their tech team. I'm now having to use my Telstra Mobile Phone as my internet. *sigh*

    @Telstra your system is down. Why are there no updates online? Even went into a Telstra shop and they can’t find any detail. Please make updates online quicker thank you

    @6PR @6PRbreakfast But so what. What's the worst that can happen? No one going to die. I get around 5 spam phone calls everyday and Telstra haven't (think) had their data stolen
