  @KizzleKyle @Telstra You know what's sad? I've heard really good things about telstra in MELBOURNE. In Sydney however, is total horseshit. What's even sadder is that I've been with telstra for 6 years now, last 3 years have been horrible though. Think it's time to let go of trash

  @Optus I have been troubleshooting this issue all day long and can’t get any work done, everyday there are issues with this network and it’s a rip off for what I’m paying for. Telstra offer 200gb and a friend brought it round and it was perfect no issues. I’ve been with you for 5 years.

  @Telstra one of the most horrible customer service experience. My issue has been ongoing for the last two months and received false assurances only. Your Brown's plain, Brisbane store and chat customer service agents should not make promises they can't keep.

  @Telstra does the complaint department have a phone number that is not a 1 800 xxx and works in mobile phones? I can’t call them from all the way here, I live in 2021
