    @taipan168 And Telstra only faces minimum service guarantees in a very small component of the business where they continue to hold assets that used to be owned by the government. That's shrinking over time as the NBN buys out the copper.

    @FOXTEL_Help @telstra @NBNCo is there an outage in elsternwick today? No internet or Foxtel cable since about 8:30- 9am today. I am aware of united energy doing work in near location.

    @Telstra Is it possible that Telstra Protect has been activated? I've never set it up, as I have my own Device Protection at home. But I logged in then to see it active but can't disable it.

    @dodona777 Anyone who thinks Telstra’s customer service is actually worse than that of Telecom under government ownership has lost their memory. Commonwealth Bank is no worse than the other three. Qantas has declined recently. Enforced customer rights regulation is needed. .
