@Susan29191404 @AlanBixter Yeah I am fine with that, just stating that blaming this on the privatisation of Telstra in the 90s is a stretch. Can’t help but wonder why am online booking system isn’t in place in addition to phone line though. Really is poor planning....

  • whisperfist C. Aleph (@whisperfist) reported

@Telstra A late acknowledgement of @EssentialEnergy’s response a few years back to me reporting a specific 33kV power line frayed down to its last remaining strand. Again the problem of them wanting my ‘account details’ (I’m not on their grid, but still affected if they spark a fire.) 1/2

  • ronInBendigo Ron Dunn (@ronInBendigo) reported

@AdrianO99837002 @99MTurnbull99 If it is to remain a private affair, insurance companies should have a universal service obligation as Telstra did following privatisation, to ensure that all Australians have a reasonable right to coverage.

Hey @Telstra tell me this. When I’m using the chat function on your app to try to get help, am I talking to a machine? Because they don’t seem to actually read what I’m saying

  • neriann6 neriann (@neriann6) reported

Just checked. The volume problem was the streaming volume. The volume on the television was perfectly alright so it is Telstra tuning it down.

@Telstra But confirm what when I spoke to them and booked the appointment on the phone. They asked the covid questions and said it was all booked. Why do I ha e to waste more of my time so you people can do your job correctly? Honestly the service this company provides is ridiculous

@SandroDemaio To all involved in keeping us safe. Ignore the vile RW media & irresponsible RW pollies. Victorians are in awe of your hard work (and we know the NBN & Telstra are ****). You are all greatly appreciated.

Very few things stress me as much as throwing out e-waste. We really do not need a full set of multiple connectors with every purchase. What comes in a #telstra box is especially horrible.

  • jennywallace52 Jenny (@jennywallace52) reported

@Telstra Thanks for stealing over $100 out of my prepaid phone. No notification that credit was due as it wasn’t yet. Your end has stuffed up and no help on 24/7. Not due to top up till June yet a multi billion company takes the little bit I saved for hospital stay..😡
