@Telstra Couldn’t be reissued I then found 15/4 that my phone service was cut off (incidentally - husbands on same bill wasn’t) and no one could help me so I could leave the office safely. I’m still waiting for a response from your supposed 24/7 help. I’m stressed, angry and disappointed

@Telstra Thanks Tom but I am fairly sure this is a capacity issue, seeing as this is affecting multiple people and I am finding this to be the case on multiple SIMs in multiple devices (although it has been pretty good the last hour or so).
