@Telstra Upgrades were completed a few weeks ago. Multiple handsets within our family living on farm and employees with all having the same issue. I’ve spoken with neighbours who have been stonewalled saying there is no problem. Everyone’s Phone calls constantly dropping out……..

@BenPugsley @dburner996 @Telstra Our fixed security cameras use the 3G/4G network and where they were both working fine, after the updates, one location has no coverage at all. Swapped the cameras to see if it was a hardware issue. It was not.

@Telstra Well that was a bullshit experience - end trying to answer a maze of option to be put through to someone who will undoubtedly tell me ‘sorry sir but that is the new few for this service so suck it up
