@mrgnarchrIRL I don’t see the problem here. They connected you to a Telstra Fault.

@Telstra .@andy_penn please read the DM to Ollie which demonstrates the Monty Pythonesque incompetent customer service you have going on at Telstra. Time to stop wasting money on consultants and investing in customer service personnel & systems that work.

Just the casual 20% service fee from @Ticketek_AU on a child’s (1-5yo) ticket for the @MCG for #aflpiessuns tomorrow. @kayosports is $5/month via Telstra. No wonder people elect to stay at home...

Telstra has the absolute worst user experience of any business I’ve ever had to deal with and it often feels designed to be the most frustrating experience possible

@somewherein84 I have a PhD in economics. I usually only use it when I want a service fixed. Eg years ago when I wanted Telstra to connect landline. They thought I was a real Doctor and responded promptly

Once again @Telstra did not do what they said they would do which means I need to traverse their god awful phone system that already has me angry before someone even picks up. If I could use the messaging app I would however I need to speak to a human. Make it easier Telstra.

@Telstra just churned back to you. Have churned many times to different providers. This is by far worst experience I have had. #telstra

@TelstraEnt what a load telstra, your service is not reliable enough to use for any professional purposes, especially in rural australia where you removed battery backups from the phone towers.
