Since Friday the activation has not completed. This is after trying for 4h to register the sim. Then the call centre pushes you to a chat. 6h between msgs! Still 0

That’s bad. Seriously bad. Inexcusable. And repeated.

I had to repeatedly explain the situation to agents acting like it’s my first enquiry. They all said they were limited in what they could see, so I had to copy/paste earlier conversations for them. Poorly resourced

And Telstra is not the only company with call centre overseas, TPG and some others are overseas too but they are not sloppy. Cheers.
