@xFaeryPrincessx @Pommster76 And if your building manager or realtor complains, tell them telstra arranged this to fix a fault which was impeding their ability to provide a reliable voice service to you

  • Cahoticc Jester (@Cahoticc) reported

Be me, in the bathroom at a telstra call center having a break down. My sobs harmonised with the person in the store next to me. What a wonderful place to work

  • nettiemac001 nettiemac (@nettiemac001) reported

@noplaceforsheep I voted today via telephone voting and it was pretty easy. I got my registration at 4.57 and was all done voting by 5.28 pm. I was on the phone for 20 mins (about 15 on hold and 5 to vote) but it wasn't too bad. I have held at telstra for much longer. I hope it works for all.

Got the new s22 when it came out, had nothing but issues and now have to get it sent to be "repaired". ******* ****. @Telstra should just give me the new phone and fix their **** themselves. Paying money for **** service.

  • WonderDalek Kye Rosendale (@WonderDalek) reported

@xFaeryPrincessx @Pommster76 Thankyou for saying dropping out, that proves its more likely to be either a cabling issue inside the building or at the more extreme end a fault in NBNs side. So nothing on Telstra's side

@midlife_rant I laugh out land every time I hear the Telstra ad about local knowledge an why they are bringing their call centres back to Australia like they give a damn about their customers. I'm sure it has nothing to do with people switching in droves, even life long Telstra customers.

  • ElvesCelves Christopher Elves (@ElvesCelves) reported

@Telstra Btw, NBN are sying there’s an unplanned outage in my area - Telstra is still saying no outage reported. Wires crossed somewhere perhaps?

  • Terri_1987a 👠 ☔ 👌🇦🇺 🏳️‍🌈🌸🇺🇦 Balaclava woman (@Terri_1987a) reported

@RoadknightThe I had a speed issue similar to that and it turned out that I had a faulty socket at the connection point to the house. Took NBN and Telstra months to find it.

  • cary_54 QuokkaQ (@cary_54) reported

how long does it take @Telstra to provide a paid service and unlock a phone? - 3 months, blaming the customer, multiple complaints ombudsman involvement - still no closer @TelcoOmbudsman @andy_penn

  • BelovedTrollop Ultimate Loose Unit (@BelovedTrollop) reported

Dear @Telstra, Are you currently calling landline customers in any part of Eden-Monaro threatening to disconnect their service for seven days? And, when told a Federal Member of Parliament would be called to confirm that this would be the case, attempting to keep people on the
