    @Telstra @lants A 2nd issue: why do you allow UAP to use alpha tags? - you may be obligated to let the messages through, but you are perfectly at liberty to stop them using an alphanumeric sender id... Allowing them to do this prevents people from properly blocking them when they want to.

    @Telstra 2/ Asking me about NBN when I have been waiting for nearly THREE hours for some kind of resolve is just ridiculous. Not to mention having to repeat myself and my details each and EVERY time I was passed on to some other agent without warning. Poor service to say the least.

    Purchased a @Telstra prepaid SIM for $219 that had an inaccurate expiry date printed and could never be activated. Complained. They agreed to refund $250 (no idea why), but insisted on validating me against a post-paid Telstra account, and texting that account to validate. (2/3)

    @Telstra must have the slowest and most inefficient "customer service" I have ever come across. Over two & a half hours in this chat and with 5 or 6 different agents asking me to repeat myself, I think I'm going to go mad! Horrendous service. #Telstra #CustomerService #Help

    @Telstra @jono_hayward @Telstra there is 100% an outage issue in the South Melbourne area. A Telstra technician advised there has been an outage since the 17th. 2 days without service. Meant to be fixed by 7pm tonight. This info really needs to be updated and reflected on your website.

    @Telstra I have been waiting for nearly three hours in relation to a modem issue. I have been passed from one agent to another (six I think all up) and still no resolve. I have lost work time and now was just asked if I'd like to move to NBN!? I just want my internet fixed so I can work!

    FYI send a rude email to Optus, a employee from Telstra could claim I sent them the email, go make a police complaint, have you charged with using a carriage service to harass, menace or offend if TM at Optus forward to Telstra lol. Ridiculous QLD laws. @QldGov @LNPQLD dogs
