@Telstra Been on chat for 1.5 hours and it allegedly escalated to third line support, but then the chat just went silent. "It'll be another 10-15 minutes" 20 minutes ago. Precisely how crappy is your support?

  • bobbylosbravos Rob (@bobbylosbravos) reported

@Carolyn218 Never heard it before. Is it related to the old Telstra boss Ziggy Switkowski?

  • lizjurman Elizabeth Jurman (@lizjurman) reported

@AmyRemeikis Yes check the connection...and the modem. It shouldn't be terrible 1km from the exchange - is that where the NBN connects to your copper line? Consider mobile broadband - Aussie Broadband, Vodafone or Telstra for three. Good luck.

Did we just get space invaded as power went off for about an hour & now it is taking forever to load up on the internet & my Netflix on Telstra TV & getting blurry poor quality TV picture ? @Telstra ? Internet super slow on computer ? #Justsaying Always happens in the movies ?

  • Camelli79450301 Camellia (@Camelli79450301) reported

@AmyRemeikis I live in regional Victoria. We have a Telstra tower but it has been conjested for 2 years. We ended up getting the landline reinstalled and going over to Skymuster. NBN couldn't help us and Telstra wouldn't help us.

  • kranknm1 Noel (@kranknm1) reported

@AmyRemeikis Current download speed just on 90mbps upload on 50mbps via Telstra hotspot rarely have problems even when travelling all over the country 80gig limit for $65 a month

  • BoyfromTok Peter Schrieber (@BoyfromTok) reported

@AmyRemeikis Telephone exchange is Telstra. You need an NBN connection with a good ISP. Preferably one with an Australian help line.

  • NettlePot Pam Swanborough (@NettlePot) reported

@Telstra I have a bad feeling that I'm going to buy a new plan and piles of rubbish will ensue. i see that I lose all the credit i currently have. what other surprises are in store I wonder...

  • NettlePot Pam Swanborough (@NettlePot) reported

@Telstra I did spend over 90 minutes on chat with tech support who kept trying to fix this and speaking to second/third line support to try and fix this and not at any point did they say Oh we don't do this any more.

  • NettlePot Pam Swanborough (@NettlePot) reported

@Telstra you did send me an automated text when I was at the airport, with a link that goes to a page that says 'forbidden...' is that the service? Really?
