    @Sairs_05 @Optus Have had 3 days of @optus NBN outages for post code 2076. Network Status page has, for 3 days running, stated the issue "is being investigated" - tried chasing up via Optus Chat and got no response despite waiting 45 mins. Having to use Telstra mobile data

    @craig3352 @Telstra The TIO are the next step, likely that they won't get telstra's bureaucracy to do anything to help... but it gives you a way to leave telstra without being liable for breaching any contracts you may have with them.

    Complaint I lodged later today. (The staff members on @Telstra Twitter have been great) just wish I could get this resolved and a callback from the complaints team or not be worried my services will be cut off while this is sorted

    @Jeffmister Could Kayo Freebies be considered a free to air service. Who hasn’t got a tv with apps and even if you don’t there a lots of other ways you can watch like Apple TV Telstra T-box, Google Chrome-cast etc

    @pblake @Telstra I had a problem last year and waited weeks and weeks for online help. In the end, I went into the Telstra shop and my problem was solved in 5 minutes. Not much help, I know, if the shop has burned down. But makes the point that face-to-face contact is still needed.

    Dear @Telstra if more and more people are going to be working from home you're going to have to find a solution to the wifi dropping out everytime someone in the neighbourhood mows their lawn.
