It’s cheaper to pay to use the NBN infrastructure that is already there than to lay down their own fibre. In fact, telcos like Optus and Telstra are already NBN providers.

He said no Work choices then introduced it. No Telstra same then sold it. This is different to a gov seeing housing get harder so they made a change.
