@mikeaubrey2 @AlphWilliams Can’t access NBN so stuck with wireless/ satellite even slower than NBN and costs us $300 per month for 70GB (includes phone) which is better than Telstra which was costing us $900 per month. Hard running a business with the slow speed & the costs Only 8km from Coffs 😣😡

@Telstra what is the best way to contact your customer service? I have already tweeted and no response, regarding being charged twice for a recharge

I am so fed up that #Telstra & #Kayo cannot provide a paid service in a suburb of a cap city without buffering every 60 seconds. Where are we? 1995 ffs?!

  • Thezincman Clinton Hodgetts (@Thezincman) reported

@chappieaus @Telstra Not in my part of the world. Optus is two bars of 5G while @Telstra is so bad you can’t even get a phone call to hold.

  • aliciagjones AliciaGJ (@aliciagjones) reported

Since when do @Telstra charge for replacement modems? Another customer waving goodbye after 40 years.

  • RandomlySuzana Suzana (@RandomlySuzana) reported

Time to change internet providers. I’ve had nothing but trouble with @telstra this past year. Service has started to run slow or not work for the fourth or fifth time in as many months. Definitely not worth the $100 I’m paying a month. Disappointing considering

  • d2832cd804534b9 PinarooRay (@d2832cd804534b9) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@mazt_t @turnbull1949 They use pretty sophisticated computerised robo calls I'm told. The computer dials numbers at random and so on. You can't block it because it has never called before and bypasses the do not call register. Try calling Telstra, they cannot advise any real method to stop it.

  • suzanejone Susan Jones (@suzanejone) reported

@Telstra From September 16 onwards I’m going to be extorted $30 a month for a Superfast Speed Add on I didn’t know I’d been receiving for free! What am I paying for a Premium Service for? This is dodgy! What do you think about this @acccgovau

  • malissahossain Malissa (@malissahossain) reported

@Telstra You need to sort your stuff out. As a customer for 10 years and an ex Telstra employee you incorrectly put my account under credit management and now cancelled my iPhone order which I now can’t order for another 48 hours. Your staff is also unhelpful. Shameful!

  • b1tcrsh3r bitcrsher (@b1tcrsh3r) reported

@MelPalling @Telstra Scammers use soft voip numbers. All Telstra can do is block them once reported or block the number range once reported. All scammers have to do is then purchase a new voip number range. It’s pretty basic tech knowledge kiddo. Pipe down or you’ll look dumb.

  • TraciTraci Tracy (@TraciTraci) reported

@Telstra CAN SOMEONE please call me? I’m told my issue has been escalated to a Level 2 team. Over 3 weeks to get a new modem! And another week to call me after i complain!

  • corduroy Joshua McKinnon (@corduroy) reported

@halprinconsult Only Telstra and Vodafone supported it, and I’ve never been with them. It turns out Optus has had it for a year or two, but I didn’t know!
