    @telstra @andy_penn so let me get this right. If you are a brand new Telstra customer you can pre order new iPhone online straight away, but if you are a loyal customer who has paid extra for "upgrade and protect" you have to wait on hold for hours to try and pre order. Loyalty??

    @icathler @Wolfie_Rankin @JBHiFi I'm familiar with the problem, thanks. As far as a solution goes, if my 3.5 year old Pixel 3a is capable of spotting them as spam, then so are Telstra et al.

    @Telstra No, nobody has contacted me. And it's not a phone issue, it's a tower capacity issue that Telstra needs to fix.

    @Telstra Benowa 4217 Velocity down over 24 hours, no ETA no communications from Telstra, called 4 times and still no clue why is down. Asked neighbors they experience same thing. Get a grip @Telstra communicate with your customers like @Aussie_BB .

    @ArthurMarsh2 @Telstra Last night Telstra messaged me advising the fault had been fixed, so far the internet is stable, they also credited $10 to the bill and additional 10GB of data, good customer experience on my end

    @OdinsToenail @Wolfie_Rankin @JBHiFi Well maybe you should spend hours on the phone explaining that to telstra. They can't do it atm apparently. If you have a solution, please please please tell them, so we can all stop getting them.

    @Telstra your reply sounds computer generated. as usual telstra can stuff something up that was working perfectly, blame some one else for stuff up and then not be able to fix problem quickly resulting in plenty of pain and loss of income to the aggrieved party
