@DFisman Definitely referring to Chatham-Kent where we’re still without service. Thank goodness Telstra continues to provide coverage thanks to their agreement with Bell

  • egghaters normie rockwell (@egghaters) reported

@booticca_ as someone who once worked in billing for telstra, the official reason is that having a phone turned on and connected to the network still takes up bandwidth and resources, and having a service active forever with $5 is a bad deal for for the telecom

  • ozziewiltshire Ozzie. Pro Choice! (@ozziewiltshire) reported

@twtrrr I'm sure they can, I wonder if they ever get asked. I've read they ALL use the Telstra network anyway.

  • demon_dave Dave Dawson (@demon_dave) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Foxtel changed to Murdoch’s Foxtel last week because it was supposed to be easier and cheaper than going through @Telstra , what a massive mistake, they never answer phones they’re the most inept bunch of corporate lackeys this side of @amazon

  • skylxrksays SKYLXRK (@skylxrksays) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Ugh the Telstra business support line told me I need to go to a Business Centre, the guy at the centre didn’t seem to understand my problem, I’ve gotten nowhere in 3 days and I’m frustrated 🙃

I had an angel turn up at mine this morning... And he was dressed in the uniform of a Telstra Technician. In a blink he had my internet problem resolved & back up and running again. Thank you Telstra Technician Angel. Lovely young guy.

@Telstra I've been emailing back and forth for weeks, spoken to multiple people over the phone, finally had to go into a store today and even that was a **** show. I've made an official complaint. It is too late for assistance from social media staff.

  • IntegralProtein 𝙽𝚒𝚌𝚔  (@IntegralProtein) reported

@FOXTEL_Help @Foxtel @Telstra Please explain why many users are unable to access the internet outside of Australia using Foxtel as an ISP. Is it a routing issue? It has been three days, WA and SA are offline. Give some communication or I will go to the TIO.

  • BellRae Belinda (@BellRae) reported

@Telstra You’re missing the point - a contract normally means you lock in terms unless both parties agree to change it. But I bet there there is fine print leaving the customer with zero rights…
