@Telstra @taocats Never going to use Telstra again, thanks all the same.

  • ReganAM2210 Reegs (@ReganAM2210) reported

@Telstra Hi there yes I have tried them, no one can seem to work out why there’s an issue

  • CommsCraig Craig Field (@CommsCraig) reported

@simonahac @Telstra That kind of customer service policy sees customers walking out the door. Luckily the SM team were fairly quickly onto it You are totally right on having a a quick upgrade boost button for the month so you can add data easily for a fee when you are out. Simple, quick, no drama

  • JStagoll Jesse Brasco (@JStagoll) reported

@PervyPimp Yeah, so that's actually really messed up that Jordan blamed them for that. It's like blaming Telstra for having a customer service line. It's actually just a line to call and ask how to navigate Centrelink issues. Like which of the 100 phone numbers to call, what to say etc.

  • icurcards Michael (@icurcards) reported

@simonahac @Telstra This is why legacy monopolistic organisations need to get smacked down by up and coming providers.

  • DianneE15981036 Dianne Edwards (@DianneE15981036) reported

@RonniSalt @simonahac @Telstra Heard from an Insider in the upper echelons of Telstra Marketing that they are moving further away from Customer Service. My friend intends to move on.#abandonTelstra

  • maxicoley Maxicoley (@maxicoley) reported

Hey @Telstra, I’m a new NBN customer and providing some feedback. I find it amazing that a telecommunications company has customer support text service line and that I can’t actually talk to a person to resolve an issue. Blows my mind.

  • baoyusi Claire AC 🥉🏅🥇🥈 包玉思 (@baoyusi) reported

@RonniSalt @simonahac @Telstra I got a debt collector chasing me for a bill I got for $0.00. I rang the debt collector. They sighed. Apparently a common story. Never used them again.

  • massblockben ben@massblock (@massblockben) reported

@Telstra How about tech support using the Telstra App 😭 that’s a fun game.

  • r_quazzy ramona quazzola (@r_quazzy) reported

@DerekRobinson2 @simonahac @Telstra When it came to sorting out customer complaint/dispute resolution by a large company, the best I experienced was when David Thodey was Telstra CEO.
