  @Telstra @Pink Should of planned better for this. Everyone knows how much her concerts tickets are always in high demand. You should of had the pre-sales staggered by day/state not all of Australia on 1 day. Bit poor how much we all pay for your services and now we can’t even use benefits.

  @Telstra @Pink Chose tickets ready to pay and it wouldn’t accept my credit card and then site went down. So disappointed and yes all sales should be halted until you fix the problem. I have been on every single app & website trying to get tickets and can’t only any platform

  @Telstra I’ve tried Chrome and Edge. It’s now saying 504 timeout when I’m trying to register for an account. Is Telstra having issues? I tried all day Friday and today and can’t register for an account.
