So interesting experiencing the bureaucracy of some AUS companies. I'm an existing @Telstra customer... just took +30 minutes+ on the phone to add home internet service. They deemed determined to make the process as grueling as possible.

@Telstra DM SAYS 'down load app' but guess what no internet! so I say call me they can't! Phone company no? No! Latest DM: I can put you through to someone here that can place a formal complaint for you after they ID you . ....this has a 5-10 day turnaround.

@Telstra Im not actually with Telstra, Im with Aussie Broadband, they contacted nbnco and nbnco contracted a man from Telstra to come out and he was the one who said the micro node was stuffed and needed replacing. So not sure you can actually help since you're not my ISP.
