    @Telstra Got it written down, does it matter ? Point is,I went to the Telstra store, where, people would expect issues with Telstra would be resolved, too much red tape instead of customer service.

    @Telstra How can you just tell someone that they have a back order? How can you not call them? I get an sms? and I am told “weekly updates” how do I cancel the service

    @whittyjules @Telstra Exactly the same with Optus today. Gave up after 50 mins , self service doesn’t work either. Hopeless. Thinking there is a lot of network outage linked to the east coast rains.

    @RayMondeDeux I'm looking for a small rural museum where the current set ups all leveraged off existing Telstra infrastructure is at capacity and needs to support up to 100 users on wifi points... Were you able to deal with or discuss needs with sales agent?

    @Telstra I have sent a DM I will not be paying for a service I am being told I need to wait for a modem to access, I would prefer to cancel and get another provider can someone please answer my DM
