@acccgovau are you aware that @Telstra was removed the option to do bpay without telling their customer and FORCING them to go autopayment. and if you have previous credit they REMOVE it from your account and keep it without telling, that is blatant theft.

@Telstra Would have been a lot easier just to reply to me publically telling me to use the useless and incompetent messaging system as opposed to taking it private. As I have attempted contact, I’ll now go to the TIO. This seems to be the only way to get you folks seem to fix things.

@Telstra Nbn No one else in the house is using any devices, very very poor

@davidkersten We in the bush, a mere 4 kms from the town centre, got the pathetic fixed wireless version of NBN, despite fibre optic cables, both Optus and Telstra, running past the properties. We refused to connect to the slow NBN and kept our copper ADSL. Townsfolk got fibre to premises.

Melbourne City a ghost town. Telstra building down to maximum 1,050 daily workers at any time out of 7,000. Good luck building owners. #Melbourne

@Telstra Thanks. Worked that time. 👍 IMO Would be great if there was simply an SMS number people could forward the offending SMS to. Getting people to copy/paste SMS text onto a form risks a person clicking the link which increases the risk for the customer, IMO. Have a great day! -Paul
