    @Telstra_news Why do Australians have to suffer through the worst internet speeds in the developed world? It's barely functional in my area & I'm in metropolitan Sydney. It's much worse than it used to be. #Telstra is appalling . @Telstra and #ScottMorrison are responsible.

    @IAmSimonDell @Telstra I here ya mate. So many **** ups the last time I tried to get NBN installed. Went on and on and on. The 4th engineer turned up and I pleaded with him to not ******* over - he felt sorry for me so took the job and actually did it.

    @Telstra Been in chat with 6 different people over 4 hours. No one has been able to help. I've been so angry I've been crying. Half of the time is repeatedly answering the exact same questions from all different people and I'm ****** done. Customer support doesn't give two shits about me

    @Telstra You're not going to improve it. I've been through all this many times. I'm not here for that. Your NBN is terrible. Your ADSL is terrible. Australian speeds are bad. Everyone knows.

    @Telstra So I am still getting emails from your customer service saying that I should be able to have this function. So no. Your employees don't seem to know this information.

    @Telstra yesterday the internet was awful. It came back in at a decent speed at 7pm. Today the internet is awful again. Can I just get a consistently decent speed for the love of God? I'm the only person on this network right now, and no, it's NOT a technical issue on my end.
