    @Telstra Telstra & TIO were helping, while schumozzle took almost 2years ->Telstra squirmed out of any real compensation. You could find out if your debt collectors NOW have the ability to send out accounts as it breaks several laws if a customer does not get a valid bill.

    @Telstra It is resolved at my end. At Telstra’s end ; maybe you could look at procedure of your collections department and make sure they have the details of the amount they are collecting in a format able to be sent to customers. It is not my job to fix your company.

    @ShiannonC yep i have has this too, went straight into my telstra account to check and all was fine. i never trust emails like this.always check.
