Having had a follow-up chat regarding this issue with Telstra regarding their customer service, etc., I highly recommend customers to find an alternative provider especially if they’ve had bad customer service experiences. It’s not worth accepting it’s the way it is.

Activ8me - 5 days now and they don’t return calls, make you wait hours for support and haven’t been able to fix the issue with the internet connection. I’ve spent hours talking to them too. Is there anyone better than Telstra or are they all the same?

@Telstra Here's an idea. How about you monitor your own systems for faults and problems rather than wasting customers time?

@Telstra Service is ****** every time it rains, you won’t fix it or even reimburse when faulty. Not sure what you think a social media person will solve other than trying to bullshit

@Telstra Ongoing issues in this shopping center - across multiple phones for several years. I've lodged tickets in the past and nothing has been done. Today was worse than usual - not working at all vs extremely slow and unusable.

Don’t you love @Telstra when they unilaterally list a complaint as “resolved” when it isn’t. Typical#

@Telstra So sue me for setting fire to your underperforming box. Your dreadful service needs to be exposed.

There is only one thing that @telstra get perfect all of the time…. Their auto-payment of bills. Pray to whomever you believe in that you don’t have any issues with them, because they certainly don’t want to help. #CustomerServiceIsAnOxymoron

@Telstra Access initially for a limit if 12 months then the last email had no limit stated. Telstra still hasn’t given me 5g access. I have complained about @Telstra cocking up my transition to NBN, but they aren’t interested. But @Telstra masters “we’re here to help Dm us” then…

@GeddaBurke I dumped Telstra as safe as I can but in central Vic it is a monopoly… The whole telecommunications privatisation within Australia is a complete joke… It should never have been privatised as it provides essential national infrastructure…
