@nat_ofoibles Oh wow, that’s how I felt calling this guy during the week, lucky he already knew, had reported it to Telstra, but they still hadn’t done anything. He was receiving half a dozen calls a day from ppl like me, asking why he’d called & hung up - poor guy😬😔

Every month @Optus does this in my area. It usually means no 5G for about a week and sometimes only 3G. It’s really ***** me off that they keep spinning this as a positive when it’s a service degradation every single ******* time. Never experienced this **** with @Telstra 😠

@Telstra whats going on Telstra? No internet or wifi at postcode 3441. No help on app speed less than 1 on uploads and downloads. 1 hour wait on phone
