    @MadamEarth Factor in Telstra paying mega bucks to upper management whilst cutting the staff who actually do the work and zero investment in maintaining (forget upgrading) infrastructure. In addition to being cut off on Friday we had a blackout (NBN & wifi gone) & no mobile or4g.

    @Telstra The entire suburb is affected - no calls in and out, so to not be able to give any ETA or warning prior is really poor. To also not show the issue in your outage page is ridiculous - why even have an outage page if you can't have accurate information on it?

    @Telstra Called cancellations and they panicked and connected me to a real person who after 2 months of trying has resolved the issue. The bil error was because some Numpty had tried to charge me another month in advance on an account I have held for over 12 months.
