  @Telstra I can't do that, because the account is under my mother's name. It's her account. She had me as a person authorised but my privileges had "expired". I've been told I have to be present at a telstra store to add my name again, and the store closest to me has closed down.

  @Telstra Already done that. @JBHiFi told me information that I used to make a decision. This I was told the next day was incorrect after I had made a purchased based on this info. Very poor.

  @HYP3RSTRIKE At the very least, PayTo SHOULD help fix a lot of these issues but ultimately Optus are not quick to adopt new technology and practices to the point where it's rough for me to say, Telstra and every other carrier is more worthy of your money now which is wild to say.

  @Telstra I've called 3 times this week. Each time I've called I'm told that due to the extreme number of calls, my call with my transferred to a messaging service. After a brief hold, the call is hung up on me. Getting really frustrated!
