@axxisz_ @Telstra Mums life it’s fortnite, my game will have 3000 ping and packet loss on 0 ping internet. And no one else in my home has that issue. You just close and open your game to fix. Worked 4 me

I live in postcode 3107 and it looks like my NBN is down. Telstra outage page conveniently states there is an upgrade in progress!!! Can either of these be confirmed and when its likely to return back to normal service @Telstra

@Telstra 3666 Strathbogie & 3669 It's a chronic issue. More days without coverage than with during October. Problems at Mt Wombat tower. It goes off just about every other day. Still waiting for a callback from weeks ago.

@Telstra what’s the go with mobile reception around the weemelah & mungindi area. Flat out making a phone call and if you do after a minute may as well be talking to a fax machine. That’s with 3G locked on go to 4G you may as well burn your phone to try make a smoke signal.

@nadine_whitney What! The jerks! I’m so paranoid about **** like that, of conditions changing, and that like totally confirms my suspicions. Anticipating a similar tussle with Telstra when I want to switch back to my old plan once I don’t need so much phone data 😖
