    @Telstra After 5 calls into your offshored call centre today I finally got connected to someone who understood the issue..... For a communications company you lack any. Counting down to contract expiry.

    @Telstra @Telstra, these are add on services which are irrelevant if you don’t have ANY service. By the way thanks for your prompt delivery of a full bill that I could access only through my Optus hotspot. So many people here are disgusted with @Telstra.

    @AlboMP @dailytelegraph @AlboMP you need to check in with the people in the Northern Rivers. Fly up here they are not ok 🙏🙏🙏🙏. Telstra and NBN down from Lennox to Tweed. No one can ring for help. Saw 2 guys yelling in Telstra today saying they are not getting any assistance out there

    @Telstra @Telstra’s ‘service’ is non existent. No one has been able to call 000, let alone go online to access thus ‘asssistance package’. @Telstra hasn’t acknowledged the extent of the disaster and it’s role in it. 1st time I could get any comms news was today (using an Optus hotspot).

    @antfarmer I do not know about Sydney, however family in Ballina area can only catch ABC and SBS signals on TV, no internet, and @Telstra mobile service restricted to 3G.

    Dial-up speed for phone network. And Telstra network is out like @eltonjohn. And it’s 2022. Oh! And the NBN network is down. #telstrarcrap
