    @Telstra my father is a small business owner & has been treated APPALLINGLY by your organisation for 3 months now. YOU created the problem and you are in no way assisting to resolve the issue which affects his business. Requesting a competent staff member to swiftly resolve this

    @YTCamd ooof FTTN on optus. run speed tests once you've got it up and then run it later in the night and see how bad the speeds drop off from congestion. I was on ADSL speeds with HFC on telstra. ABB is the best option in this country and you wouldn't regret it.

    @Telstra lets talk about Ownership. My Iphone 12 has not yet been provisioned after 12 days of waiting. Every person I speak to in Telstra says it is someone else's job to fix my problem. You cant run a business like that, someone has to take ownership.

    @LatimoreJack @CouriersPls @Telstra once told me my phone was delivered, which was odd b/c it required a signature and no one was home. Luckily my neighbour saw it lying there and grabbed it. Signature on box was not mine, suggesting courier forged it. Neither Telstra or Courier would take a complaint.

    Taking mum to the local Telstra agent hopefully to change her home nbn over to Telstra I know they have issues but they couldn’t be possible be worse than her current company. Fingers crossed

    Hey @Telstra, let's talk about escalation. When a client has a problem and you escalate it for resolution, it would make sense if you actually contacted the client and discussed the problem. Otherwise, you just look like you are doing nothing. #fail #auspol

    @aewright91 I would talk to Telstra and make sure you get an AU approved device as some can actually reduce/shut down signal from the towers. I had a modem (approved) that went rogue once and took 3 weeks to track it back to me. Meanwhile the district had no phone service or internet.
