    @Telstra your customer service is very much to be desired. I normally would never do this but atm it is impossible to speak to someone on the phone or contact Telstra. I used yr new msg service & for 1 hr given the run around and my Q not answered. pandemic or not get it together

    @Telstra Been on the Game Optimiser trial for a couple of months now and I actually cannot see the benefit. Ping/latency is the same as beofre, no improvement in stability. Seems like a ploy just to get an extra $10 from customers for no perceivable benefit.

    @NBN_Australia We have contacted Telstra. They said NBN techs would be out Monday. We just got a message from them saying they won't be coming because it all seems fine. It still isn't working and the problem is definitely NBN related.

    @Telstra I have been trying for several days to make sense of how to change my parent in laws internet/mobile plan (part upgrade/cancel). You can only upgrade via the website, no option to cancel and impossible to speak to anyone. The “people” on the messaging app not helping.

    @NeilEvansmail @Telstra We’re up the Gold Coast mate and the last month for our Telstra broadband connection has been ****! Constant drop outs but according to Telstra there’s nothing wrong!!

    @mcg63679777 I don't own an Optus SIM so what speed are you getting on the Telstra Network in Tumbarumba ? I borrowed a friends Optus SIM and ran the test off a Telstra Samsung A31 with bluetick.
