Hey @Telstra, where did you ‘premium’ service go? You seem to be great at handing out ‘ticket numbers’ then failing to follow-up on commitments. If you charge a premium for your services, you need to back it up!

@jonnosan303 That would explain why Telstra was offering bonus loyalty points to any customer who was double-vaxed. And why the successor to the PDP-11 was the VAX-11. IT’S ALL CONNECTED.

@peters_malcolm I just read the article. How f**ken stupid is this government. They create a company called NBN Co to provide (well original plan) a fibre network to most Australian homes. That basically shut the Telstra cable network down.

@Telstra 8 years of frustration here. Currently NBN and backup internet service crap, 4.31 Mbps upload on the back dongle Wifi. If there was a disruption or slowing of the service you would think that you would send a bulk message to peoples phones to advise fault and fix?

@peachcreekshow My mum has been with Telstra for many years and has had almost no issues. With Aussie Broadband the wifi would randomly drop out for a minute or two on a regular basis. However the customer service they have is absolutely top notch which I have to admit is really nice.

@gigipeache Aldi mobile is $25 per month, you buy a sim card from Aldi and then recharge/top ups are via their app (which is amazing cos Aldi have no online presence) it's also on the Telstra Network.

@Telstra @elastikos Surely, the Telecommunications companies must know when a large number of sequential numbers are bought for an overseas customer call centre. They ring on one number and you block it only for a similar number to call again and so it goes on.

In order to have a telephone line, telstra told me that they can simply connect it to my NBN. Which I don't have - and can never have because it seems that my place doesn't exist, even though I *was* being billed by them for the phone line that was at this address:(
