@scottpjs @Telstra You're lucky if you get to talk to a person. Our modem was struck by lightning. We couldn't access internet on computers or phones. A recorded message gave my husband options for numbers to press. Pressing the one for internet service resulted in link that opened using the net !?

@SarahJaneBell94 @Telstra They do these things to gain customer loyalty. @optus do the exact same thing. Acoupla months before the plan runs out, the hand set is paid off - So you actually don’t have any remainder owing if you want to cancel a couple months before the plan runs out and I can take handset

Even though @Telstra can't now provide the service you need, they make it insanely difficult to move your business from them. Asking ridiculous documentation requirements to so-called prove who you are. #notallowedtoleavetelstra
