    Oh @Telstra you are beyond Sh!t I’ve had no internet now for 4 days with no explanation. Funny that if we didn’t pay the bill service would be cut yet it’s ok for you to not provide internet for several days (the second time this has happened) and yet we still have to pay in full

    @Telstra thanks for the worst coverage over the past 2 days. Also, when asked by the non human which area I want, I say ADSL then wait 90 minutes then to be told by human I’m in wrong queue, 120 minute wait for ADSL issues. Wrong.

    @telstra your ADSL connection is terrible. Keeps disconnecting and reconnecting. Even on a Telstra modem. Average DSL uptime over last 5 mins was 4s
