    @victa810 Thank you Dennis. My request was granted. It just took a very long time listening to truly stupid recordings. Then one of the areas to be out through to was Foxtel. I couldn’t believe my ears. What does Foxtel have to do with Telstra?

    @PaulFletcherMP The LNP have stuffed this up. Done just enough to say it’s complete. I hope we get on the NBN back date project (my $$$ are ready to go) but am not holding my breath. FYI; cell networks really bad here too. Optus + Voda are forget it, Telstra has some 5G but a lot of 3G still.

    @Telstra message to Customer Service, daily calls from your Credit team, enquiring about a late payment due on the 25th December (non banking day) is an embarrassment to your organisation..

    @Telstra for a company that sells communications products, yours is pretty sub-par. There's a planned outage in my area affecting mobile data, but I haven't been notified once about it. Given my monthly spend I expect some notifications. I only found out thru my own enquiries.

    @Telstra - your website says for cancelling broadband to call - going through the call leads to a hang up by the computer (nice) and a link being sent by sms which, you guessed it, sends you back to the website/app. Help! It’s not how we connect?

    @Telstra Your interactive map is pretty hard to understand.... Surely planned maintenance in a town like Moe, isn't going to take 5 days. During this time no data service, only phone calls and SMS. What is this 1995?

    @malcolmconn @Telstra In the last 8 years of owning a mobile phone I've never had a single problem with @Telstra and when I thought I did it was resolved within minutes.

    @Telstra @malcolmconn Did you know that Telstra has someone responding (with platitudes) to this public relations vehicle 24x7x365! Yet the technical team that would respond to an individual customer works only M-F 8-4pm !
