@1974keg @3AW693 I’m with Aldi (uses Telstra network) I haven’t been able to access data off wifi for a week. Apparently there’s an issue in Melbourne CBD and Telstra’s website just says restoration time is tbc over a week and still tbc!

Tell me @Telstra why I have a second business account which is an exact replica of my main account yet when I asked your business team why this happened and for it to disappear back in the crevice it crawled out from it has become my issue???? WTAF?? Optus vs Telstra both ****

@Telstra I didn’t say it was in hand Angela… I said it’s been reported. The problem remains this morning

My birthday wish is for other telcos to start throwing shade at Optus Given how much I'm overcharged as a Telstra customer I feel that they can give me at least ONE tweet poking some fun.

And I totally agree with the sentiment here regarding Telstra and their appalling customer service as well and Vodafone included. I took Vodafone to the ombudsman a decade ago and I banned Telstra 20 years ago. They all stink and treat their customers like ****. They all stink.

@dboyrees @RichardKGrump @TPG_Telecom They are, so sometimes signal in rural areas is patchy, but compared to Telstra with whom I struggled to get a signal in my outer Melbourne metro kitchen, they’re better!

For once in my life, I am glad I have stuck with telstra & have never had an account with optus for anything. Also, as former sysadmin who worked at tech security companies, I most sincerely hope Optus is thoroughly hammered into the ground AND others learn from watching it.
