    @Ausdroid Thank you. Unfortunately, not resolved. Telstra’s customer service is a gaslighting vortex. No solid action or solutions provided. Generic copy paste answers just go on and on and on. I’ve kept a log of the comms and its criminal the amount of time wasted.

    @Telstra I'm not going to have the same conversation I have had with your techs every second day, for years. Your wifi service is crap and so is the NBN - end of story. You've got no intention of fixing it. The system's held together with sticky tape. Let's not play games, #Telstra .

    @zebrazyra @Telstra We’re still on copper, there will be no infrastructure, they are basically trying to frustrate us away, that’s their entire support model for rural, it doesn’t pay

    I have just spent 65 minutes , 5 separate calls to #telstra. No one could help me with my simple inquiry. Not impressed with a call centre. I find the process just so disrespectful.

    @Telstra Needing your help because I’m at my wits end. Apparently I don’t exist on Telstra’s records although I get a bill every month for my mobile device. Although I exist in the Telstra land that time forgot (Siebel System), I don’t in the current world (Console System).

    Can’t believe the customer service at Telstra is so transactional. The sales guy doesn’t even have any empathy. Speaks super fast, and asks me to call back tomorrow to set up direct debit. Vodafone has more #empathy
