@Telstra I have tried 3 times to upgrade my telstra NBN and never got past the chat widget. 5 hours in one instance chatting to 5 different people and with each new person, I had to repeat everything. Finally, a notice comes up saying they are now closed, try again during following hours.

Hey @telstra I have a billing issue that I can't get worked out via live chat or a phone call. I was just told by an agent that he couldn't escalate this to a supervisor as they were working from home. I know this can't be the case. Can someone please contact me for followup

You would think that in 2022, when you pay your internet bill, they can give you your service back immediately. Not so with @Telstra. Every ******* time we pay a bill, we can’t use the internet for days. Am always told “at least 2hrs”. Always turns into 24-36hrs. Pathetic.
