    @Telstra I've been on the support forums, and had a little help, but no fixes, everytime I try and call I can't get through to anyone at all, I'm just stuck on hold for hours on end, and every time i get through it's just either basic troubleshooting, or saying ''we'll get in contact''

    @Telstra Sending me a DM that your plans change every month is not really “making me an offer”. That is just telling me to look up current contracts. I can do that myself every month. I don’t need consulting. I know what I want. I was just looking for a better offer as a loyal customer.

    The least fun I had was being verbally abused by Telstra executives. The 2000’s and early to mid 2010’s was a toxic abusive culture in Telstra. They truly behaved like spoiled children. I learnt so much about having to deal with truly terrible people

    And Customers could subscribe to this list. Then you could stop such messages reaching your customers and I'm pretty sure more than a few Australians would happily pay you for such a service. What about you @Telstra & @VodafoneAU? Reckon you guys could all do something here 2/2
