@999n_ix oh yes we love telstra, our favourite internet service provider :} the amount of issues we had with telstra and how often i'd see people cussing them out on the aussie down detector site... ppl hate telstra and i don't blame them

  • AnytimeFitAus BLUEZ 🚀 (@AnytimeFitAus) reported

@Telstra I've been on the support forums, and had a little help, but no fixes, everytime I try and call I can't get through to anyone at all, I'm just stuck on hold for hours on end, and every time i get through it's just either basic troubleshooting, or saying ''we'll get in contact''

  • annabellemayNP Annabelle May (@annabellemayNP) reported

@Telstra I need help, due to you messing up I am abroad with no service and I cannot get passed your online bot to chat to someone....

  • Dorabull Jo Hansen (Empathy Trainer) (@Dorabull) reported

@Telstra Any further comments @telstra? Would be great if someone could fix this after I've spent two hours trying to get it done.

  • Saphod Marco Luthe (@Saphod) reported

@Telstra Sending me a DM that your plans change every month is not really “making me an offer”. That is just telling me to look up current contracts. I can do that myself every month. I don’t need consulting. I know what I want. I was just looking for a better offer as a loyal customer.

  • mattgillard Matt Gillard 💉💉 (@mattgillard) reported

The least fun I had was being verbally abused by Telstra executives. The 2000’s and early to mid 2010’s was a toxic abusive culture in Telstra. They truly behaved like spoiled children. I learnt so much about having to deal with truly terrible people

@catedempsey @Telstra @Josieamycashman Telstra is to woke to fix any problems. They only offer words. Telstra is a crap company. All tradies I work around are leaving them

  • JaseMaxT85 Jason (@JaseMaxT85) reported

@Jojoey54267340 @katea76 Lol!! You do realise your message was not received….. it’s a message service that cannot be replied to! Like replying to a message from Telstra - or the govt msg pushing the V and Testing 🙄, that are being sent lately. 🤡

@Telstra It has been a problem for yeas, Ash...but has gotten worse over the last 3 weeks

  • Firedingo Firedingo (@Firedingo) reported

And Customers could subscribe to this list. Then you could stop such messages reaching your customers and I'm pretty sure more than a few Australians would happily pay you for such a service. What about you @Telstra & @VodafoneAU? Reckon you guys could all do something here 2/2
