    @robertsanne00 @CraigHill01 @billshortenmp I also had a rapid and satisfactory outcome after approaching the Ombudsman about a longstanding issue with Telstra that had become surreally ridiculous. Suddenly Telstra decided that they could indeed sort out the problem they had created despite months of claims to the contrary

    @Telstra have you been playing with the mobile coverage on the T4 between Cronulla and Central - it’s progressing to get worst and especially in the tunnels from Redfern you can even get out. :( please fix it!

    @Telstra nothing like using your chat system and the support worker you’re talking to just ends the chat. No one would use telstra if they didn’t have a monopoly of coverage etc.

    @jd_sullivan @Telstra I’ve been on hold for almost 30 minutes waiting to fix a Telstra created account issue. I had to call back several times due the automated assistant’s inability to assist me and ending calls. After 20 years of being a Telstra customer (aka ‘sucker’) I think time to move telcos

    @Tennkay1 @TMFScottP Do you genuinely believe it’s really that simple? - That everything contracted out has directly (and always) led to suboptimal customer experiences? - That Telstra and Qantas have reduced headcount for.. no other reason?
