@Telstra wondering if any employees at Telstra has gone through the most inefficient chat process to solve a query for a customer. I am told you do not have the facility to talk to me over the phone. A phone company that is able to talk to its customers is astounding

Finding out you've got a default from @Telstra even though you haven't been with them for over 3 years and the last plan you were meant to be on was never actually fulfilled because 6 months isn't enough to deliver said plan.

@mandymcn @Telstra @SBSNews Certainly, a bad corporate citizen, whether they are the antichrist.. more to the point, these stories of unconscionable conduct, misleading and deceptive practices come to light every year. Mobiles are essential as water in the NT. Stronger action penalty or regulation is needed

@ItsMeSass @Telstra Telstra just don’t seem to give a ****. Worst customer service going around. They own the market so they can do what they want I guess! 🤨

@Telstra Struggling consumers Did these consumers identify themselves as struggling before taking a contract with Telstra? Telstra has a bad name for not treating their customers well. I’ve worked for Telstra and know they are careful.

@PatrickGormanMP @acccgovau They are all dodgy. I used to work at Telstra and the way they would train you to sell products was usually not in the customers best interest. Top down sales tactics usually the go to. Optus are guilty of the same tactics as they tried to rip me off as well

@abcnews perhaps Telstra should provide free internet to remote communities and get Rio Tinto and Twiggy to subsidise it; do good Telstra and as you said only a fraction of your customer base so the cost can't be great but great for those remote communities :)
