  • CassSharon Sharon Cass (@CassSharon) reported

@ProfPCDoherty When the power is down (which is often), our town, pop 240, has a complete comms loss caused by a back up battery that needs changing at the base station. Telstra has been advised many times and simply could not be bothered, so we do without. Rural health is another issue.

  • CassSharon Sharon Cass (@CassSharon) reported

@Telstra @ProfPCDoherty Update. Telstra said that they could not authenticate Bernie’s authorisation. Now they want him to visit a Telstra Store (2 hours away) to get it fixed. Looks like the next power outage will result in the loss of comms again. I just hope that no one needs any emergency services.

@Telstra Yes NBN stuffed it up. They put our cable in the wrong port, or the other way around. Either way, it's fixed now, and your company didn't fix it. I still have an outstanding fault when I called the automated message 10 minutes ago. I need my account closed. Mobile to remain ...

@chozari @BriarBush We left Telstra@our 1st KP address & had to come back at this address bc Optus doesn’t service our street.. services all the other streets around it but not this one … their service doesn’t suck anymore but it took 2-3mo to get the service up to speed! And lots of whinges here!

@missmegawatts @Telstra From my experience pretty impossible to get support online. I went into my local telstra shop and they instantly signed me up and fixed it.

@Vaughan13Greg @Telstra Phone drops out can’t be in shed anymore We had good service now it’s very average 🤬

I've had enough of this glitchy ghost typing thing Bet it was that stupid Telstra system update 🙄

  • hightreas0n Adam Jacob (@hightreas0n) reported

@Telstra so I live in Mount Barker, South Aus and the internet currently is so bad it won’t even load a speed test. We’ve tried turning the router off for a bit but still nothing. Is this an isolated thing or is there an outage across the board? #telstra #telstrainternet

  • Itmecarlie Carlieanne Burton (@Itmecarlie) reported

@VodafoneAU I don't have any problems at all. Can't use Vodafone in Australia as no coverage. I have to take an extra phone with a different service on long trips just to be safe. Will be sticking with @Telstra and reccomending everyone else to do so

  • MartinCuddihy Martin Cuddihy (@MartinCuddihy) reported

So @Telstra continues its fine tradition of woeful customer service. It was meant to call this morning to sort out our landline... we have had no fixed line service for weeks... this is a safety issue as mobile coverage is patchy at best.
