    @Telstra Hi Telstra. I notice the mobile data service is terrible today - first day lockdown. Is is possible to increase capacity. Lots of people at home. Internet speed capacity is limited which makes work from home all the more difficult.

    @Telstra The problem is high demand. Not sure where you are located but VIc is in lockdown. So - the network falls in a heap when all school children and workers are home. How can the network adapt to this demand? I tested the mobile data speed down the road and it’s the same. Please fix

    @Telstra Well, considering that I've lived here over a decade and it hasn't improved, don't rush to get a reliable network during a pandemic by all means. The key word is 'reliable'. I also said the main street, one with businesses, the bluetick gimmick doesn't excuse poor service there.
