@lukerhn @Telstra Never found a Telstra portal that is actually usable. At their Vantage conference a few weeks ago they’re gaslighting senior managers how great their online services are. I’m thinking no one else here is an actual customer that has to use their online services, often nightmare UX

@Telstra Yep done that, but no real sign that any significant resources are being applied. If all my calls are pouring through calls prefixed by 02 7259 if you were watching what was going on on your network AI should be able to filter these calls out!

@Telstra About a week ago I was told there was something wrong with my account and that someone would contact me in 3-5 days. When nothing happened I reached back out. And was told to go through the same trouble shooting steps again.
