@Telstra @andy_penn @whirlpoolnetau I asked for a transcript of my support chat and was told, I can submit a request to our internal, so they can email it to you within 24 hrs. As that simply wouldn't happen, DON'T EVEN CONTEMPLATE DOING BUSINESS WITH #Telstra

  • cloudcitizen Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported

@Telstra @andy_penn @whirlpoolnetau Only #Telstra can provide a technical support service completely unable to make any progress in the course of a half-hour online chat. If you have your own business, DON'T EVEN CONTEMPLATE DOING BUSINESS WITH #Telstra

  • cloudcitizen Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported

@Telstra @andy_penn @whirlpoolnetau Only #Telstra can provide a technical support service that gets worse with every single interaction. If you have your own business, DON'T EVEN CONTEMPLATE DOING BUSINESS WITH #Telstra

  • vaughan_k Ken. (@vaughan_k) reported

@Telstra @TravelizeIt In my experience, the Case Manager well claim there is nothing wrong, blame you for #Telstra issues, close the case when issues are not sorted because they are just too hard etc etc etc

  • Plmg53 Hazel (@Plmg53) reported

@Telstra Meanwhile, @Telstra has not made good on one of its undertakings with regard to our issue. It maintains it has called us on a number of occasions. This has not happened once. Meanwhile, it continues to send us txt msgs that threaten to discontinue. Beyond frustrating.

  • petehep Peter Hepburn (@petehep) reported

@Telstra I need to make a complaint because you refuse to change the ownership and billing for my company O365 accounts. No one will give me an escalation point and no one cares that you are billing $23k/month to the wrong company.

  • VacuousNess 💧 Vacuous the vaccinated. (@VacuousNess) reported

Beware folks @Telstra are at it again. Trying to force everyone to hand over credit card details so they can charge it each month. This completely unethical. Giving others access to charge your card at will is bonkers ! #auspol @abc730 pay on invoice never before.

  • cloudcitizen Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported

@Telstra @andy_penn @whirlpoolnetau Only #Telstra can provide a technical support service completely detached from reality and out of step with the needs of a customer unable to use it. If you have your own business, DON'T EVEN CONTEMPLATE DOING BUSINESS WITH #Telstra

  • AndrewMelder Andrew Melder (@AndrewMelder) reported

Not sure why I expected more but @Telstra; if you are going to advertise a service for consumers to purchase, make sure your systems are capable of supporting that FFS! You clearly didn’t learn from the Siebel rollout over a decade ago…

  • grosvenorstreet David Henry (@grosvenorstreet) reported

@Telstra It turns out, when an immediate response was warranted from Telstra, that there IS an outage in the area. Wasting a morning w someone incapable of soliciting that info is crazy. Update your info AND staff.
