@Telstra I am no longer interested in the NBN account I signed up for. The plan I was put on was a lot more expensive than my existing ADSL plan. This was NOT flagged in advance. Please cancel my NBN and leave me on my existing ADSL plan for the time being.

@Telstra I think your DNS service is playing up again like it did back in August. States that i do not have internet, yet the windows search function works, and when i change DNS to Googles Default, it is working properly

For anyone with NBN considering @Telstra, I am presently with them, and since moving to the NBN, Telstra is terrible. I whole-heartedly recommend @AussieBroadband instead. From user reviews, they are superior in EVERY. SINGLE. WAY. I just wish AB had installment plans for router

@Telstra Tech is coming in a few days. I was on Telstra texts from 9:00 am to 11:00 am the next day to get there. Frustrating thing is it is a well know problem. It was obvious and I told them from the beginning. Having done this 7 times now, I recognise the problem very quickly.

@Telstra So it’s a yes then. I would think that any troubleshooting, regardless of the reason for taking that long, should have a time limit for customer involvement. It was an NBN box/lightning issue that I knew what the problem was but the support insisted I troubleshoot for the day.
