    Phone line dropped out (again) this time in the middle of a telehealth appointment. Can't get calls or make them, including to arrange surgery for my son. Text messages are hit & miss, mostly miss. So glad there isn't an emergency. @Telstra why??

    @Telstra query; why have all the long term customer loyalty credits gone off my bill? Was getting $30 per month, suddenly gone with no warning. With you also putting internet price up, that’s $420 per year out of my pocket. What’s the go?

    @Telstra I pay for three 5g routers on 5g plans, plus an iPad with 5g and an iPhone 13 pro max with 5g. The 5g routers are the latest Netgear ones you sell. All in 5g coverage area. Yet according to your support 10mb/1mb is 5g?? $770 last month for less than ADSL1 speeds
