@Telstra is a national embarrassment. Find another provider if you haven’t already. Their customer service is literally non existent. Like, if you need to talk to someone about a problem, you actually can’t.

@Telstra After three calls and 2 hours and nine minutes On the last call alone, I think so— I note that the recording claimed the wait time would be 40 minutes... no update was provided. I t then took nearly 30 min for the person to resolve the issue.

@talkingkoala I want trackers on Telstra executives as well, still no landline... now in 5th week of fault. Mobile reception is crap and can only get limited access to internet in the wee hours. 24/7 chat wont work... given the royal run around (Have tractor can destroy system for service🤬)
