@Telstra The competition terms state that the winner's receipt and use of the prize is governed by the All Access Customer Terms, and *those* terms state you have to be a post-paid customer. So anyone can enter but only post-paid customers can receive the prize?

@abcnews @Telstra is a blight on the landscape. I've never come across such an uncaring, money hungry, deliberately exploitative organisation before. It deserves to be closed down and sold for scrap.

@Telstra Sick to death of your absolutely useless online processes for dealing with faults, after more than a week of outage. Sick of dealing with online agents in Karachi or wherever else in the Islamosphere, who might just as well be on Mars, & never read info previously given.

@Telstra I am currently on hold on the phone to solve the problem... but its taken me all morning. You guys seriously need to fix that stupid answering machine that hangs up if your problem is not listed.

@K_Blake9 @jdrama68 @Optus Had the same problem as well a few months back except I couldn’t reach anyone from Telstra..thing that worked for me was turning the power off the nbn box from the power outlet, unplug the power cable for about 30 seconds from the NBN box, put it back in and switch the power on

@K_Blake9 @jdrama68 @Optus Yeh that was the same with me, all lights working but couldn’t connect to internet..my issue was could never reach anybody at Telstra for help..what I told you earlier was only a short term fix as it kept happening..after about 3 weeks, it just stopped happening,no problems since

Hey @Telstra despite the fact that you guys assured me this issue was fixed - I’m still getting notifications of my bill being overdue $200. Please, please fix. You shouldn’t need me to fix your mistakes. You’ve wasted enough of my time!
