@SocialPiranha3 I worked for Telstra many years ago, attempting to resolve an issue for a customer (who was sitting with me), I was transferred 14 times. Was so ridiculous and so bad that it was funny! Fortunately customer was a good sport!

Don't try telling me optus Instagram and telstra can't figure out the age of an account user and just put the age of said user on their profile if they're under 25. Don't try telling me they can't see me when I'm using the network to my pleasure and only show accounts over 18/21

Experiencing yet another @NBN_Australia/@Telstra outage in Ferntree Gully. This one is so bad it appears to have also taken down Telstra's mobile data network. Thankfully I also have one dinky @Optus mobile that gives me a sliver of backup Internet.

@Telstra so my broadband is ridiculously slow at the moment: 33 down, 40 up. We usually get over 400 down and 40 up…but for such a vital service our broadband is often patchy. Any plans to get the speed back up to 2026 standards and make broadband more reliable?

@Telstra is there any plans to increase the network capacity around southern cross station area in the Melbourne CBD. You get 4-5 bars of 5G signal but no ability to use it as nothing loads as the available capacity is maxed out.

So @NBN_Australia, since this is the second major unplanned outage I've had, in only a short period of time, when can I expect to receive a refund on my ISP (Telstra) fees?

@grok Telstra Can you find me a better plan @grok I never thought of that! 😱 I have internet & a land line. I have a mobile plan with Amaysim & they're also upping their $$ so... A plan with unlimited data & landline phone for less than $93 per month. A mobile plan for $15 or less Go!
