@braskic @Telstra Agree - online chat support is a binfire that needs a frying pan to the side of the head. The non-upfront plans can still be purchased, just not online, lord knows why. MPP - Referring to handset repayment plans? They now offer 36mths.

@twcau @Telstra Some of my issues in no particular order: upfront replacing postpaid (even though it’s prepaid?), 24 month as a maximum MPP, online chat isn’t an actual tool rather general information only.

@msfang @Optus @Telstra Worst part is, we had plans for this weekend, but had to transfer money just in case and it didn't transfer straight away. So it's messed our weekend up. We're on edge.

@gukkifn @dismaaI @dylxnfnt It was a nice sunny afternoon and gukki was at the Telstra tower on the phone. And when he was asking a customer if they “needed help wit yoor intrrnet” then gukki tripped and fell and hurt his hand
