    @JulianBurnside You mentioned Telstra and service in the same sentence. An incompatibility that immediately caught my attention. They actually have a service policy which is centred around hostility to customers and which treats them as the enemy. I have hundreds of stories that are mind blowing

    @Telstra @JulianBurnside I suppose it looks bad when a celebrity highlights your disdain for your customers in a public forum. But even if you fix Mr Burnside's problem in good time, it's your company's approach to service that is the problem.

    @Telstra I understand why I was texted, this is just a comment on your terrible sales people who had no idea what the offer was and also after verifying my account they then proceeded to ask for my name and number. Did it get routed to India and a new system after the 1800? Disjointed.

    @JulianBurnside Everything about @Telstra's 'service' is about non-communication. Every interaction is elevated to high farce. I had to go to the Ombudsman to get action.
