@Telstra @Aussietranstara Hi had the same problem when I was with @Telstra and as soon as I left them and joined Optus it fixed everything. Best decision ever to leave Telstra

improved nearly full strength so now my phone can route the telstra calls over my NBN connection. Totally happy camper. Yes my mobile signal is still weak however I can make decent calls and that is all that matters to me.

@elizabeth_BBC @Telstra If I was desperate, yes. If I didn’t have a phone, yes. If it was an emergency, yes. Not *bc* it’s free, bc it was necessary. I couldn’t use a pay phone 2 decades ago when I ran away from my abusive partner. I couldn’t call the police, or my family, & had to walk km’s for help.

@elizabeth_BBC @Telstra Obviously you haven’t reas my previous replies on this thread, or you’d know it actually didn’t escalate fast. I walked a long way to get to a service station and used their phone, bruised and in tears.

@Telstra our NBN is out at home. We’ve been told a couple of days. We have people working & kids at school. Year 12 student doing exams at home. What other options can you offer as an emergency?
