    @chdyctt I cancelled a contract with Optus 10 years ago due to their relocated contact centre. Was awful, but Telstra ended being cheaper believe it or not. In saying that, communications need to be explained easy & not written by AI and signed off.

    Why is @Telstra so bad?! How do we allow this company to continue like this? The app has been broken for weeks. I can’t get help bc their tech doesn’t even work properly to verify who I am. Now I can’t make calls or text. Furious.

    So Southern Phone has been taken over by “Energy Telco” Those of us on its Telstra based service told goodbye. Over 30 people in NSW have apparently lost their jobs. Contacted call centre to check my options, gave up because foreign accent at the other end was unintelligigible.
