@Omnicentrist I did that when I brought this phone. But having this ridiculous problem Recharging either via My Telstra App or online on Laptop. Cannot Type anything in any fields that the Telstra Webpages pop up via their My Telstra App on Phone. Nobody seems to know what the sudden glitch is

Hey @Telstra great to see your processes working well. Now spent over 10 hours on the phone trying to sort out a direct debit issue and still not resolved. A problem created by @Telstra maybe @Optus could be better?

@maximum_sincere Sounds insane (because it is) but if you need anything done, most Telstra shops are the best way to get support. Live chat has such incredibly mixed quality.
