    @thatreviewplace I had the same. I asked him how someone could be using my internet as I only have my phone. He was stumped when I said ‘but I’m with Optus’. He replied ‘I know’. Idiot, I’m with Telstra and have full NBN service. It’s good to confuse them haha

    @Telstra @TaodeHaas Its easy Telstra you hung up on him Next step is to tell him its his fault & it’s not happening to anyone else Then in the next few days when 10k people have rung radio stations to complain you issue a statement saying there was a minor outage Then never contact anyone ever again

    @CMcAddiction @Telstra That’s a bit rough … most of the people who ring me up to abuse me say the scam callers have Indian accents, which raises a number of issues about where Telstra bases its call centres.
