@sinaafghan456 @VodafoneAU I recommend you go to Optus than Telstra because Telstra has outages every month. I’ve been with both Telstra and Vodafone and this is the first Vodafone outage.

@pythagoNRL @AJMithen That changed when they got ownership back from Telstra & opened NRL Media (which PVL is now dismantling). I've never worked for them under that rule. The arm was a very long length prior to that

My account hadn’t been provisioned properly and the 5G activation hadn’t been completed. 15mins on the phone to the @Telstra team and they confirmed my diagnosis of the problem and fixed my account accordingly. Ya just love to see it.

@DavePella @AussieDon78 I’ve got Aldi through Telstra and it was real good until about 6 months back and now it’s a joke. Cheap as chips so I shouldn’t be surprised, will have to change over. **** I’m going out tonight hopefully can get Uber and stuff pretty easy.

@pebbles1179 @DStap4 A great percentage of telcos to se Telstra infrastructure Also, while the sales staff are second to none, it’s the support staff- those with whom you’re currently arguing- are the worst. I hate dealing with Delhi/Mumbai/Manila when they are so under the pump & just don’t get it

@smiffy Mobile data costs were terrible back in the old days too. I remember Telstra charging something like $20 per megabyte over quota.

If you’re a @telstra customer (like me) and are experiencing issues obtaining a 5G signal when you have a 5G compatible device and plan and live in an area where there is 5G coverage. Give the helpful folks at Telstra a call and ask them to check your 5G activation settings
