    @Telstra @andy_penn ... i've tried calling the parramatta store. they never answer. the call either drops out or after 5 min goes to voicemail, which says they will call back "today". i've left messages explaining the urgency but still have not heard from them. i need this fixed!

    I’m now up to 59 interactions with @Telstra and still no progress. Actually there has been progress as my son saw a Telstra technician outside exchange today and it was news to him that there was a problem (previously we were told there’d been a fire). So we’ve been strung along

    Hey @Telstra why are you blocking the December security update for the Pixel 6? You did the same for the Android 12 update with the Pixel 4/5. Having to pop an Optus SIM into my phone just to get crucial security patches is a bit stupid. @Ausdroid FYI

    My phones WiFi reception from Telstra is bloody woefully at the moment & has been for some time. Telstra say they will not upgrade the tower to improve the signal. I have just been up to the hospital to get the Pfizer booster shot & I'm living in hope of this improving the signal

    @AustraliaXSX I ordered one from Telstra and arrived quickly but failed within 2 weeks, console doesn’t even turn on, now I’m dealing with Microsoft to repair/ replace, never seen something failing so quickly.
