@Telstra Yes, sorted now after a long back and forward on your message service. My sister actually got to speak to someone who eventually agreed to 'waive' the bill they sent her. 2 different bills around the same time.

@Telstra I agree, they should, the team on twitter was unable to help at all. I'm fed up dealing with you for now, and the point was that @Telstra was the worst name change experience by a huge margin. and unless someone takes a long hard look at the process, it will not change.

@Telstra hi my wifi’s been down for almost a full day (postcode 2224). restarted devices n modem (mobile signal button has been red the whole time). outages page hasn’t shown any problems w my place and the telstra app is down. i haven’t been able to contact anyone please help !!

@trickyidnego @Magpie1954nBird @Telstra Customer service said they don't know why sales would tell me that. I said, I do...sales paid commission. Told to tell sales the plan name for phone only, which CS told me, then put back to sales. They didn't know of that plan. Flat out lying to upsell. Bastards.

@trickyidnego @Magpie1954nBird @Telstra Dad was dying of cancer. Mum had dementia. I had been doing all their admin - paying bills, shopping etc, so never tought to ask or check. It turned out they had already been shifted to phone only plan on NBN fibre, (terminal box was in garage) Dad didn't think to mention/forgot.

@Telstra my internet has been out for about an hour both yesterday morning and this morning. There don't seem to be outages in my area, but I can only checkonce I can get online! Phone line works. Can you advise whether there is a problem? Postcode 2454.
