    @dotzbornak1979 @slamup Do it!! After 5 years with Optus I swapped to Aldi, and I’m now saving a ton.. caught up in the hack scandal sadly but at least Aldi are cheaper and better network since it’s Telstra.

    @joshgnosis Exetel switched from Optus to Telstra's network about a year ago. I had to provide my license number again when activating the new SIM, so presumably they hadn't held on to that data from when I originally signed up. Hopefully they were validating ID with gov rather than Optus.

    @HoganNerd you know a couple of weeks ago Telstra made it much harder to pay a bill online. All of a sudden we had to login with usernames and passwords, instead of just clicking 'pay bill'. Happened really recently. Just saying

    @Telstra why is it you guys fix heaps of things in your systems and plans then bring out something called auto-pay that doesn't give you same date as your previous bill then takes it out on the 1st instead if the due date 🤔 #frustrating #aussieteclo

    @hughriminton sure cancel Optus and go back to no services at all. For years Telstra told me they cover 96% of the population yet I had to drive 15 minutes at 100kph to make phone calls or work the internet. In 12 yrs nothing has improved with the competition.

    @Optus leak does not encourage a shift from @Telstra despite dreadful customer service . What other provider should I use?
