Please tell me why when you have been a member since 1978 your bank (bank of Qld) can not settle a dispute with a scammed credit card which has been ongoing since April 2022. Never hear from dispute team or bank. Telstra scam but .bank refuses to settle. I want my money back

@EmCharlotteAnn @Telstra The biggest issue affecting rural communities, especially during fire. Majority of fire risk info is now online, which you can barely access. Power to tower compromised, then you lose comms, putting communities at a higher risk.

@Telstra I have no reference number. I have been walking to the back fence to write a single message on the MyTelstra app. So far the conversation has not resolved anything. There is clearly an issue with your network in the Preston (3072) area. Speeds are ridiculously slow, below even 3G
