@Telstra We have had no internet for ten days and incompetent 'experts' keep inventing solutions that never happen. I am losing money and my sanity. Every day starts with an hour 'fixing it. Grrrrrrrr

@bonniecsalt @jriewolod @Telstra There's many RSPs out there that will allow BYO. You don't need a modem if on HFC, FTTN still needs you to buy one but there's loads used on FB, CeX, Gumtree and of course new. The actual Telstra hardware isn't too bad, but once you've 'paid it off' your bill doesn't go down.

@jriewolod @Telstra @telstra social media team in peak damage control. Bet the 1-1 message responses are mainly “Sorry can’t help”. I learnt my lesson with Telstra long ago 🙄

@DuffmanGay @Telstra @jriewolod This situation doesn't actually mean Telstra did anything wrong. In the old days everyone had a rental phone and was charged for it. Some people (or their children) often then provided purchased cordless phones but never returned (or informed) Telstra to remove the rental phone.

@jriewolod @Telstra I had a similar thing happen to me. I signed up for a RFC membership this year, telling me there was another flag on the way. I've put my complaint through. Still waiting for a refund

@bajo @Aussie_BB I wish I didn't live in a Telstra Velocity Estate, currently paying over $100 a month for 100/5 and I'd be lucky for it to not have issues every month. Have wanted to switch to @Aussie_BB for a while now 😪
