The privatisation was framed as empowering the public, but the system was stacked in favour of the big players from the start.   I just wanna put it out there, @eBay has quite possibly the worst customer "support" I have ever experienced from a company. I will never deal with them after this. Ever. Quite possibly worse than @Telstra which is a new low.
