@Telstra Maybe if Telstra wasn’t a ******* joke people would take you seriously, overcharging for what I can see is obviously substandard customer service, I’d be happier if I wasn’t paying $80 a month for a plan that doesn’t even have a phone attached to it.

  • amberallegedly amber (@amberallegedly) reported

@Telstra hey Telstra, my modem has been using the backup 4g data for well over a day now with no reported outages for Telstra or nbn in my area. Can’t really do my work on this connection, is this an issue I can fix or will I need a tech to my house?

  • noodle4lunch the noodle gourmand (@noodle4lunch) reported

@Telstra @M_Doherty00 There's a 4G outage in Metropolitan Sydney that started on the stroke of midnight. Really annoying.

  • millerpete Pete Miller (@millerpete) reported

Almost 20 years after first subscribing to @Foxtel and we've just cancelled it. It's provided years of entertainment and helped us through baby feedings etc but it's just not the same value for money it was and the support from @Telstra could be a lot better.

@Telstra And your online chat people now want to go through the whole troubleshooting script again, when it has already been confirmed the issue is the cable to the house. Why don't they listen?

  • bornapie76 Sharon (@bornapie76) reported

@Telstra how is it you can boost the 4g network for NYE but it back to ********* in this little country town today.

@Telstra Issue 51275084. NBN was supposed to be turning up from 8am this morning but complaint now shows as resolved on my Telstra app. Issue has not been resolved.

@GreenJ @Telstra As much as I hate supporting the narcissist ******, I must say the Starlink service works very well in beachside / rural areas....craps all over the FTTN NBN.

  • birdemergency The Bird Emergency - Grant the Bird Nerd (@birdemergency) reported

@lemsdeb1 I also endured years of satellite and having to deal with Telstra down that way. It’s the worst.
