    @AlisonPereiraPH PH is a huge market. Sample telcos, if AT&T Singtel Telstra setup their own network and infra wonder how cheap its costs would be. Same with electricity.

    @HarryChemay I recently enjoyed talking to one if the scammers posing as a Telstra employee offering to assist with my network issues. She hung up after I told her I was with another network and my service was excellent.

    @Telstra @BellaNikita83 Install the textkiller app. Seems to work well so far . Puts all these crap sms scam messages into a junk sms folder it creates. Without the annoying ding at 3am

    @Telstra please be advised I DO NOT want to change my phone plan! 😡 I don’t appreciate receiving a ‘do not reply’ automated message notifying me that you are changing my phone plan with no option to agree/disagree! What happened to customer choice?

    Dear @Telstra What was a horrific & traumatic situation was turned around completely in large part by the #Telstra Twitter team chasing my case. The Telstra human service was (aside from one bad exlerience), extraordinary. If I complain, you deserve the gratitude too. Thanks

    2/2 from customer service reps online and at the call centre, along with bizarre roadblocks on the online and app services (designed to save time apparently) I am still unable to use the phone I’m now paying for. Simply not good enough and enough to send me elsewhere. #Telstra
