Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • netweb Stephen Edgar (@netweb) reported

This all started when Telstra themselves created an internal complaint about my service, Telstra escalated their own complaint, and now they’ve decided the best cause of action is to mark their own complaints as “Unresolved” which leaves me without service!

  • netweb Stephen Edgar (@netweb) reported

    > You requested to have your Post-paid service xxxx-xxx-xxx to be migrated to the new system so you can use data sharing I did not, Telstra Weribbee made this request by creating the internal complaint 32084511

  • whisperfist C. Aleph (@whisperfist) reported

@MelissaMaykin @Twitter Apparently the app 'Echofon' will work, and has the advantage of being 1/4 the size of Twitter's app. @TwitterSupport is still getting lots of inquiries about this problem but still haven't even acknowledged the problem exists. (If Telstra ever fixes my ADSL I will try Echofon.)

  • thetweetailer Jon Bird (@thetweetailer) reported

@Telstra trying to activate a SIM. Now 5 days in and still no service. Can someone help please? I have called and messaged 5 times with no outcome. This is a phone that is for work and not able to make or receive calls.

Anyone here a Telstra Plus customer who would be willing to help me purchase tickets for an event that goes on sale at 9am tomorrow? Thanks #TelstraPlus #MUFC

  • netweb Stephen Edgar (@netweb) reported

    > You also experienced poor customer service for taking so long to have the Change of FNN request to be fixed Again this was recommended by Telstra and I was informed it would take ~1 hour, 2 weeks later Telstra informs me that they cannot provide the service they recommended

  • PetaBest1 Peta Best (@PetaBest1) reported

I can’t access mygov because I can’t get Authentication code as I have no mobile service. Telstra has been out for almost 2 weeks,

  • BecPerrin Bec Perrin (@BecPerrin) reported

@Telstra 1 of many. July 21- complaint regarding decreasing internet coverage. Was told Telstra would supply booster antenna and modem & waive fees. 2 months later no action from technical dept. Complaint closed. WITHIN 12 HOURS, tech dept contacted me, assessed location

  • SimonBarnhill Simon Barnhill (@SimonBarnhill) reported

@StephenJonesMP @Westpac @Telstra Couldn’t agree more Stephen. There needs to be a specific taskforce to combat illegal scammers and shut them down at the source. Masking phone numbers should be made illegal and telecommunication providers should have software to identify masked phone calls and intercept them.
