@alexmakin @Telstra I remember when Telstra was publicly owned. Not only was the service better, it didn’t rip people off, hardware was much better maintained, it was HEAPS cheaper AND it gave the govt a huge amount of money every year. Selling Telstra was incredibly stupid. Thanks, LNP.

@SJOBrien8906 Telstra without a doubt. Sure they can be a little more expensive but its well worth it. Vodafail will never get a dime from me again.

The @Telstra #5G ad is set in the bush? WTF, I’m yet to see any 5G reception from Brisbane to the GoldCoast????? #iPhone12Pro

@Telstra My home modem is running on backup. I’ve used the mytelstra app messaging service and the text tool. The responses are robots. Nobody has ring me despite requesting call backs. The outage tools says no outages on my area... haha. Very very poor service.

@Telstra I was advised by the automated bot that emails you about prepaid SIM activations that I need to contact you guys because some tech issue occurred and needed manual activation. Been a few hours now and I'm waiting for a response from the app's "Contact Telstra" part.

  • Redback Kate (@Redback) reported

Man these scammers calling me up pretending to be @Telstra are damn persistent.

  • sandylanceley Sandy Lanceley (@sandylanceley) reported

@muzonsport @MondayStory To me Telstra had to be privatised, such a large government entity in an important emerging field would’ve been bad for Australia. Overseas players wouldn’t have invested here.

@Telstra Nothing from you or your colleagues, a basic piss off to a 30yr customer
