    @72Hallam Post on FB and Twitter. I got better (some) response than 16 hours (really) on the phone to them. Did you know you can't call them now? Great job of zero customer service @Telstra Its the ombudsman for me next, along with about 50 other families in my area.

    @telstra review my chat support transcript and tell me why its not appalling, infuriating & utterly negligent. Phone line down 4 months. Kids can't dial 000. Your chat support ppl detect the fault and do absolutely nothing to resolve.

    @ormaybejustrex @Telstra Best advice is to always hang up no matter they say they are when you get an automated message. Best to just call Telstra directly if you have any concerns and ask why they might have called you. At least then you will know you have called a legit number.

    @Telstra NOT ONLY HAS @Telstra ****** ME OVER THEY HAVE ALSO DONE THE SAME 2 MY GRANDMOTHER WHO Don't KNOW HOW TO USE THE INTERNET AND MY PARENTS AS WE HAVE TWO SEPARATE ACCOUNTS WITH TELSTRA. THEY MAKE THINGS SO DIFFICULT STARTS OF YES N GOOD THEN BEFORE u KNOW ITS ALL PROBLEMS
