@Telstra booked FTTP 4 weeks ago. Tech installed box last week. Doesn't work because they didn't process the order to change us to FTTP. Calls x 3 to the COAT team, and no call back. Telstra online chat no help. Do I need to go to a physical store to sort this out?? Dissapointing

  • Antfarm81 Anthony morris (@Antfarm81) reported

@Telstra Oh dude seriously!!! I see people complain about internet just about every day. Never gets any better. Rural internet is a disgrace.

  • _damien_white_ Damien White (@_damien_white_) reported

but if I put up a post about a brilliant new mobile plan, I can't expect the Chairman of Telstra to give me an automatic entry into the segment, can I? I have to follow the process. Let me help. #FanBoost #RepcoSC

  • NeilEnnis Neil Ennis (@NeilEnnis) reported

I called @Telstra for help. Recorded msg said "use the app". I used the app. This caused Telstra to call me back. After they called me back, I waited on hold. While on hold, another recorded msg said "use the app". This is an infinite loop. Telstra, you suck.

  • Antfarm81 Anthony morris (@Antfarm81) reported

@wowinteresting8 If I tried this test with the **** service telstra has in my area at moment with internet I would pass out because the dot gets half way between dots and stops because of buffering.

  • BLShiv 💧Shiv 😷 (@BLShiv) reported

@Telstra @PeterJamesRoth6 Congestion is why mobile is junk and FTTP was the future but your company extorted Australians for exchange/upgrade access. You were shonky with ADSL2+, VDSL and FTTP for your largely monopoly customer base.

  • Iaminfbgaoltoo 🌼🌼Julieanne🌼🌼 (@Iaminfbgaoltoo) reported

@bradT52711844 @Telstra Yep it sucks. We recently moved to Telstra after 14 years with westnet, thinking the infrastructure would give us a more stable faster speed. Very inconsistent. What's worse is our 4g is hit and miss and generally outdoor reception only.

  • Dalidi96 Dd (@Dalidi96) reported

@Telstra is there an outage in neutral bay? Have no NBN and the outage checker is displaying an error.

  • Erasec Cesare Mammarella (@Erasec) reported

Is it just me or has Twitter slowed down markedly.. Videos and pics take ages to load and when I play the videos they are buffering every 5 seconds.. don't think it's my telstra connection as the speed test result returns at my max capacity...

  • ToniAussiewoman Toni (@ToniAussiewoman) reported

@bradT52711844 @Iaminfbgaoltoo @Telstra I've had several different ISP's over a lot of years and honestly they're the best for value. I'd had ongoing issues with horrid reliability in Vic, countless NBN calls through 2 ISPs, until I changed to Flip, they had it sorted in a couple of weeks.. brilliant
