@Telstra We have telstra velocity services. The internet has been down since the 28th Jan. I run a self trouble shooting steps that advised to bring an antenna technician which I did and paid $95 to find out the issue is from your side.

Hi @Telstra my phone regularly delivers voicemails hours after they land. I know you’ve only had about 12 months to equip your call centres to respond to “higher than usual call volumes” but any chance I might actually be able to get a fix for this - rather than getting bounced?

@Telstra No reply to instant messages in over 3 hours. Was on hold on the phone for 45 minutes before rudely being disconnected. On hold again for now over an hour. I have **** I need to do and can't with nil access.

@WeTheVoters2013 We finally have our telstra tower up and running (11 months later than scheduled) and have disconnected the @NBN_Australia modem which was out of service more often than not. Telstra hotspot is four to 20 times the download/upload speed the #nbn ever delivered. @PaulFletcherMP
