    @Telstra Very disappointed that there is a 4G outage in Ventnor 3922. I was told the service would return at 10am on the 13th. Absolutely no coverage and I need and I am unable to use Telstra phone or mobile internet. On hold without an answer from the 132200 ‘service’.

    @Telstra 4) her incident number is INC13358069. I am really worried about my mum, as would anyone be. She cannot afford to keep paying data extras when she's supposed to be on ADSL, and internet is so important for family to help her and keep in contact

    @Telstra No. Yet, Telstra has the audacity to try billing me for the repair. I have arranged to have this addressed by a store manager tomorrow. If my issue is not satisfactorily resolved in accordance to my reasonable demands, I will be taking this to the ACCC.

    Hey @Telstra i need help with my NBN. I went through troubleshooting days ago, was told i need a technician visit, someone would call me back in 2 hours & 5 days later, still no call & now basically unusable internet. Tried the app & Codi. Utterly pointless. HELP. ME.

    @Telstra seriously - who do I call to fix my incorrect billing - stupid robot answering machine has no option for “Telstra are screwing me and I need to speak to someone to fix it”.
