Unarguably @Telstra has THE worst customer service of any company. FIVE incorrect bills in a row. All 'resolved' until the same problem the next month. Always promises of "we've' fixed it". Just never choose Telstra. On DSP: tried increasing my bill $20 p/month. No reason.

@abcnews Seen people buying lots! We've to add more gst and more carbon tax. Sell more alcohol and more cigs. Tax relief to crown casino and teck. Heavy fines to middle class- if still existed. Pay telstra 4 no service. Build more KFC.

@Telstra As mentioned in my tweet: "(and one hour in a 'chat' trying to get them to fix the problem, with the best solution: "Try turning it off and on again". I kid you not.)" I think that's a 'yes'.

@andy_penn That's your focus?. FFS no wonder they are getting rid of you. Please advise an exit date so I can arrange for a celebration cake to be sent to every telstra customer who has had the unfortunate experience of you as the CEO. Please leave asap.

I have rarely received scam calls. Interesting I am now getting multiple a day. Scam: I am calling about your Telstra internet. (I am with @Optus: not a recommendation btw) Rob: Did you say 'Telstar'? Scam: Telstra. It's an internet service provider. Rob: Oh is it?
