@ChrisMinnsMP It's an outlier, privatisation has a long history of success in Australia - delivering better services for less. Just look at Telstra? Electricity companies? Public transport? ... ... Yeah, it never actually works does it. It just makes rich people richer.

@Telstra I asked for the Telstra team to stop the cancellation of my NBN because the technician said they’ll return to rectify the wire issue to the house. They responded with a confirmation that the service will not be cancelled. The tech hasn’t returned yet, and my NBN was disconnected.

@dgmonty16 The woman I spoke to said they were aware of it, I said shouldn't Telstra have alerted customers?, she said just don't click on the link, she was abrupt and rude and didn't seem to think it was important.

@Telstra I haven’t managed to actually speak to anyone. I went to the site you advised, followed the instructions but got no acknowledgment, the page simply refreshed to basically blank when I selected the ‘slow speed’ box. So I tried to load the page for feedback & complaints & gave up.

Some trivia and useless information.... However I was looking at my Telstra bill had never noticed the $.. . 91 never paid much attention to it but if Telstra 18.88 mil customers all had $0.91 cents on their monthly bill it would be worth $2bil a year who said cents don’t count?

@Telstra No. Problem resolved. Close case. Cheers. PS don’t tell customers that Telstra stores are not Telstra stores. We don’t care.

@Telstra I first raised the issue in March 2021. I was not provided with a reference number

@Telstra Thanks for trying but the fact that an existing Telstra customer has to go through the entire connection process from scratch because of Telstra’s error is just unacceptable. I’d rather try my luck elsewhere, hopefully I’ll get a decent service and faster internet.

@Telstra I hope so too. We've been waiting two months for a response to our email. And now it's been just about an hour. I think it's time for a service level agreement here. And this enquiry is in relation to a two-month disconnection of a vulnerable customer. #notreallife

@erfbeeass I had one earlier. It was "Telstra" claiming that they were going to help me save 30% on my mobile bill. At least that's what I think, as I hung up while they were talking.
