@Telstra So it's now been 3 hours & no reply from the Telstra 24/7 app chat/support function. Same thing happened on Tue. Similar poor to no support on Wed. After hours I can't call Telstra, I can only use the App. So what on Earth does a person do now? How do I get help?

@Telstra There is no 24/7 support. Telstra are more than happy to leave my phone system in a faulty state. Lots of ...sorry, we are here for you, we can help you. But when it comes down to it, no. Nothing. So disappointed So sick and tired of it all.

@Telstra Now trying to cancel the @NBN_Australia order with @Telstra after 3 failed attempts to actually get #NBN - I sent a chat message today which is the only channel available and it took 4 hrs for Telstra to respond with the first text. WTF?? It is the worst experience.

@Telstra Posted support request in detail, all troubleshooting done + alternate contact, no response for 2h. My 6th attempt over 3 days to get help. Telstra should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. When will someone actually help me! Or do I need to get the Ombudsman?

@Telstra Thx. but it's the same story. You are sorry, I understand. But in reality, there is no support. No communication. The Telstra 24/7 app does not work, there is NO after hours support. 3 days, many hours wasted. All I can surmise is that my 30y account is not worth Telstra's time

@Telstra Are all the staff engineers / contract tradesmen you send into customer homes screened for police clearances and child protection? How can a customer be sure that the person (a stranger) coming into the home on your behalf poses no risk?
