    @Telstra Thank you Michelle, but the point remains that your customer service is awful. The AI system is just mot intuitive, the website is impenetrable and when you finally do get a human they are with a rigid script.

    @Telstra very disappointed. No internet 6 days. I get there are problems in the line but each interaction you say its fixed when it’s not then next one starts from scratch going over old ground. No estimated fix time. Blaming nbn. Take responsibility & look at past conversations

    @Telstra why are you advertising average 5g speeds of 200mb+/40mb+ but as a small business customer when I pay $700 per month and get 10mb/1mb your Phillipines "level 2 technician" tells me those speeds are normal and there is nothing they can do? @acccgovau hello?

    @Telstra I pay for three 5g routers on 5g plans, plus an iPad with 5g and an iPhone 13 pro max with 5g. The 5g routers are the latest Netgear ones you sell. All in 5g coverage area. Yet according to your support 10mb/1mb is 5g?? $770 last month for less than ADSL1 speeds
