@SupratimA I've noticed you've written several pieces about Telstra for @smh & @theage I would like to discuss Telstra's failure to resolve a fault in roaming in New York City & and its International Support bouncing people to an App that then tells them to call that number.

@MRowlandMP as the Minister for Communications are you aware that Telstra's data/telephony roaming is non existent in New York City - despite it being advertised? Are you also aware that Telstra Support simply bounces people between the App and it's international support?

@avava45 @Suzanne_ALP @Telstra Dawn, be careful of the Telstra shop. I will never again use the local one, which failed to return a device after repair, broke my package and switched me to multiple, more expensive packages. All since remedied, but the lesson has been learned. I don't miss Telstra.

@telstra is your support supposed to be a comedy routine? 61 439 125 109 disconnects when I choose to wait. I can't call via My Telstra app since it tells me to call your support. If I want Kafkaesque comedy I'd see a show at Broadway while I'm here rather than dealing with you

@SusieNoonan2 ESTA answered more than 2.7 million calls for assistance, representing a call every 11 seconds or more than 7600 a day. ESTA dispatched more than 2.2 million events, an average of more than 6100 each day. Why isn't Telstra Triple Zero part of this problem?
