    @samanthamaiden @GladysB @newscomauHQ I've been saying for ages that they have just shifted the problem around to look like they were doing something buy not addressing the problem. Kind of like Telstra restructures.

    @Telstra @kateju9 You could simply serve your customers as if your company depended on them. Your customer service is almost non-existent.

    @charlietech @aclennell We have limited access. No towers. There are areas allocated to the telecom providers but none of them have taken up council's offer to use those spaces to install towers. Council is writing to them now. Telstra has confirmed that access to network is marginal.

    @Telstra Yes, when it happened, I enquired. Was told it was great for most customers, so basically tough luck for me. With your upcoming transition to Upfront Mobile Plans, I’d say it’s probably a good opportunity to leave Telstra after more than 30 years as a customer.

    @pedrodias @Telstra Telstra have some pay phones (maybe now just phone booths since they are free!) with wifi as part of their broader Telstra Air service but I think you need to be a Telstra customer to use them.

    @apiyo_dreaming @Telstra I've got the identical problem. Just checked Telstra signal strength in Carlton North and it's -102dBm which is very weak. Constantly getting missed call notifications when phone hasn't rung. Come on Telstra, fix the weak signal, we're only 5km from Melbourne's CBD
