@Telstra Clock setting are set to auto and network time. When I changed the setting to use your location it now shows the correct time. So it's your system time that would appear to be wrong. Samsung S21

@JennaPrice @Telstra They have 2 years of DMs to scroll through. Ombudsman intervention then, promise made, never kept. Dozens of dms trying to resolve when phone out. They demand verification via links that do not work, all documented. Have limited dexterity Not wasting any more high farce But thx

@JennaPrice @gavinlmiller1 @Telstra Have an old phone & it'd struggle with another app. Often only 3G/h+ reception. T promised home net, never delivered, kept charging. Cancelled it, but T then sent bills to the email I never had. 2 years on, still not sorted. Demand I jump digital hoops, knowing I can't. Grrr

@bigdecision88 @Khaliter1 @CommBank Agree . The customer service team are always pleasant . Wonder if it is outsourced . There now seems to be a triage system . Talk to 2 people . 20 mins for call to be answered .That person can’t help and you get put on hold for up to an hr waiting for somebody else .Telstra style

@Telstra @stu6162 We report the problem every year and you never fix it. The timezone is set by the tower you connect to. When there is no daylight savings, for some reason you set the time to NSW time, in the final hours of the day before, you change it to Queensland time.

Who has the slowest customer service phone help in Oz? Telstra, Qantas or Commonwealth bank ? All have CEO’s on millions. Have they outsourced labour to contractors or is own staff ? Feel sorry for the staff . Short staffed , probably underpaid and must be constantly abused

@Telstra Why would Samsung change the time? They have phones all over the world. So they rely either on location (which they got right) or network time which Telstra got wrong. It is 2022 why haven't Telstra worked with all your phone suppliers to get this right?

...have major brand damage for years to come. But let's not forget that Optus is the 2nd largest telco in Australia - an underdog to Telstra that paved the way for a more competitive market and greater choice for consumers...
