missed a call from my uncle that my auntie had does & had no idea he even called-he thought I was not returning his call which added more stress to a horrible situation as no one believes u in the year2022 when u tell them "I didn't get yr call" @Telstra seems 2 think this is ok.

@Telstra Oh and it was fine before I was advised that my area wasn't capable of the speed I was supposed to be on, virtually the next day I began having problems. I had thought about changing provider, but no point really it is all on the same network.

@Telstra If you want a suggestion, maybe you could implement some sort of call verification via the Telstra app. If “Telstra” calls, prove it’s legit by pushing an alert to the app. Not perfect. But that plus a level of user education may help.
