... Telecom Australia say, worked to provide a service for all Australians, whereas privatised Telstra works to produce dividends for its investors. All the dividends do is to put the price of the diminished service beyond the reach of the common people.

Hey @TheKouk I just got a message from @telstra that they were adjusting there mobile/internet charges in line with the CPI. Is that how it works? Surely that would lead to a spiralling increase in costs. They should be trying to bring down costs??

@Telstra have a reoccurring modem issue. Tried again to call support. Telstra refuse to connect to a technicien and kept telling me to buy a booster instead. Terrible customer support and still have on of my modem channel not working!

@Foxtel changed to Murdoch’s Foxtel last week because it was supposed to be easier and cheaper than going through @Telstra , what a massive mistake, they never answer phones they’re the most inept bunch of corporate lackeys this side of @amazon

@Telstra Customer almost 30 yrs; a f/t Carer on the DSP; prices going through the roof & you jack-up BYO Phone Plans to $58 per mth. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! GREEDY! INCONSIDERATE! I never use anywhere near 40GB per mth. How about a Mobile Phone Plan for Pensioners 20GB at $25.00/mth????
