@Telstra I went to 3 of your local shops, none of them were able to help me.

@Telstra Can you focus on good customer service rather than virtue signalling ads

  • 351Nation 351 Nation (@351Nation) reported

Hey @Telstra how about you take that #letsVaxx **** off my phone? #telstra

  • amanda_cwm 𝔸𝕞𝕒𝕟𝕕𝕒 🤍 (@amanda_cwm) reported

@Telstra it’s infuriating that you don’t have an easier support service. The chat function is fine for young people but how is this realistic for elderly and those with disabilities. I’m 30 and it has taken over 2 days to sort a minor issue because I couldn’t talk to someone.

  • itsrenatak Renata (@itsrenatak) reported

If I call Telstra in this lockdown they are swamped with calls and I will be on hold for ages so if I do have to call Telstra I need to call early in the morning and hopefully they will have a customer service person you can talk to to ask questions over the phone.

  • dklaic Damir Klaic (@dklaic) reported

@Telstra And, let me add that I have already stated in my prior tweet that I have checked the outage tracker in 3095 Eltham and there are no outages in my area.

  • lollyfoot Sammy (@lollyfoot) reported

@Telstra @AlanBixter Hmm... good luck with that. The @Telstra social media team isn't allowed to make phone calls and is 'internet based' only, which doesn't seem to include sending emails. When I reached out in a last ditch effort for resolution the experience was very underwhelming.

  • itsrenatak Renata (@itsrenatak) reported

Went to Telstra shop today to ask for assistance but was told they can’t directly assist customers in the lockdown and gave me the main Telstra number to call for assistance they will only help customers with orders of products and people have to call the shop for appointments.

  • Little___Birdy 💧Little Birdy (@Little___Birdy) reported

@AstraKate @AlboMP Same In fact I never shop there. I also never buy Murdoch papers, never have subscribed to Foxtel, don’t subscribe to Kayo or Binge, and I never buy Telstra because they got in bed with Murdoch

@AlanBixter @Scottludlam @Telstra Re “Telstra have given up trying to connect me to any wired internet service and have given me a wireless modem. Where am I you ask? I am in Melbourne.” Yes, surrounded by copper wire that breaks every time it gets wet. Yeah, clearly we’re in the same street.
