My poor husband has been on the phone & chat to @Telstra since 9am. They cut off our business phone line saying that we're on the NBN which we are not - the other business on the property which is entirely separate has the NBN but ours requires infrastructure apparently. Anyway

@Telstra I have tried this service many times and never get a clear answer? Guess that’s what you get with robots🤬 I try calling and can never get through I put in a complaint over a month ago and no one has contacted me. It’s beyond a joke 🤬🤬🤬

@kels_316 @Telstra A lot of these callers would be the ones to get put through to a manager at the end to say thank you. For my part, their frustration was all too easy to understand, and to just throw 'T's&C's' at someone is a great way to show a lack of empathy which wouldn't help anybody.
