    @LiebeltDl @Telstra They are awful - dismiss and ignore. And then have to pay compensation. Deal with issues as they arise - it's not rocket science. And have people aswering the phones not robots. But staff who bully will not be tolerated. Customers are not stupid.

    Even when the mighty @NBN_Australia says there is an outage in my postcode, and no one in my suburb can use the internet, from any provider, @telstra says there is no problem (even when there is no internet on #Telstra #nbn) when I check their app. #Badass

    @Telstra You are already…but your “monitoring” didn’t find a fault. It’s clearly an @NBN_Australia issue as it happened with my last provider too. But for unknown reasons none of you will raise a fault with NBN. Are they mean to all of you if you do?
