    @NBN_Australia Have been on the phone to few different Telstra operators since this morning. Apparently @NBN_Australia is cancelling our appointment with them stating our internet is working. It’s NOT working.

    @Telstra This has been an ongoing issue since early July, coincided with data limits being raised. (Was 80gig limit, now 180limit)

    @em_pty_7 @Telstra At the moment, wifi is working again but not sure if this will remain consistent and if problem is truly solved as wifi has been on and off last 24 hours. Hopefully it’s fixed now

    @Telstra You've blocked me from responding!Your customer person refused to put me thru to Supervisor & hung up on me. I'm on hold yet again the 10th time trying to get some help.I'm now going to media to make sure everyone knows how appallling your service is. Don't bother contacting me.

    @DarkViperAU @Telstra Theyre somehow Australia's largest by market share, and the service is that bad? I won't complain about American service ever again haha.
