@StuSmith2454 @Telstra This also happened to my older parents in Sydney. After much jumping up and down they offered free use of a mobile phone until their landline was restored. Unfortunately neither of them are good with any modern technology.

Ah, Telstra. On a customer site since 9, and so far they’ve achieved nothing. I’ve changed a vlan on a switch port for them, and the rest of the time, I’ve just been playing with myself. The cost in labor, extra hardware and licensing, etc is more than replacing the phone system
