@Mesportalt Yeah because I'm hella upset that I legit don't have net for 6 weeks, after just finding a solution to my problem with it cutting out, legit haven't had working net in forever because telstra is rard :(

@Telstra Hi Jo this is still an issue and just getting the run around. First assigned someone to come out then told they are not coming. Then a phone call yesterday and they were going to call at the same time today. Have no heard from anyone today.

@Telstra All I know is that the phone line is not connected to the pit. I have had a technician out and I am waiting on the body corporate to contact me as no one can tell me where the phone line goes after it leaves the wall socket. My main issue is when I switch over to FTTC soon.

How's THIS? I voice my disapproval of Morrison & his Newscorp goons. 2 things happened I was deleted from Facebook -with no reason given. 2 Then I had problems with Telstra Email. Telstra fixed it by giving me a Virus!

@Telstra Investor Relations have contacted me and asked for my phone number so that someone can call me to either fix the problem or explain why I've had to wait days for resolution of the problem.
