    Hi @Telstra I’ve spent 2 hours on online chat AND phone, talking with 4 people trying to get my eSIM purchase sorted and none was able to help, and none was willing to escalate the matter further to be resolved. This is frustrating. Is TIO my only alternative here?

    @HonTonyAbbott @TurnbullMalcolm Just wanted to drop a line of thanks for forcing FTTN on the NBN There's nothing like having to wait not only the slow speeds, but also for a reconnection every hour because the badly maintained Telstra copper was, shock horror, badly maintained!

    @Telstra Unable to make calls from mobile to what appears to be other Telstra landlines. Is there an issue/outage? Area: 3149.

    @Telstra is their an issue with connection in Gladesville NSW 2111. Connection has been intermittent at best and really poor.
