@ChiaStillHere @Telstra I feel your pain- I saw the most crappy ad on TV telling us that in emergency situations Telstra is there for us… it made me feel quite angry.

  • mfernando412 Malith Fernando (@mfernando412) reported

Not even one month after getting my home internet issues sorted, it stopped working again yesterday. Multiple calls & msgs but i am yet to receive any calls/resolution. Big mistake i made moving to @Optus. Should've stayed with @Telstra where i never had any issues. #Broadband

  • mgherman Michael Herman (@mgherman) reported

@Telstra There goes another 90 minutes, wth no solution. Your processes are too complex and rigid, thanks, but ill buy the phone from someone else.

@Telstra nope, it says maintenance starts at midnight tonight. my speed test was several hours earlier. Are the slow speeds typical for this area? Where can I get improved capacity tomorrow?

  • _markagregory Mark A Gregory (@_markagregory) reported

@Telstra please let me know, this is seriously bad, and a cause for immediate action to fix. I'll check again at 7am

To be clear, my old router, and the one I've now switched back to, is a Telstra Home Gateway Max... and while it's not awesome at all, I can get my whole home covered with Wi-Fi, and get all my devices successfully connected. That's how bad the Vodafone Wi-Fi Hub 2.0 is.

  • DazzaWright75 Dazza (@DazzaWright75) reported

@o_labb These text messages keep coming even after blocking numbers. I like chatting to the fake Telstra “there is a problem with your internet connection” conman. I give them hope that they have caught a fish before laughing at em!

  • FatPedals FAT Pedals (@FatPedals) reported

@Telstra NBN connection goes down like every 2 weeks. Get the same old scripting from Telstra. Then get told use my 4G till the NBN is fixed. What a waste of time u throttle the speed down to nothing, useless. ADSL was old tech, but it was stable and reliable. Something the NBN is not...
