    @FionaLakeAus We have tamper proof meters that have telemetry but for some reason the Telstra tower doesnt have the correct radio frequency available. There currently is no solution available. We have to wait for a satalight option. Apparently there are quite a few in this situation as well.

    @Telstra Why am I being charged more for something I don’t want? I’ve not asked for an upgrade. I don’t want an upgrade. Quite happy to have less for less cost. Give me the option of a cheaper service with less data and I’ll stay with you, otherwise I’ll have to switch.

    @paulmurp6109 I spent ages with @Telstra "support" and simply wanted my time. This company shouldn't exist given the way they treat their income streams (customers).

    and on the modems, once they find out the internet is up again, they end the call or try to wiggle their way out of your problems. i can tell you telstra WOULD NOT do that at all. we are tired of this @Optus, GIVE US WHAT WE WANT AND STOP FAKING ALL OF THESE "GOOD" OFFERS!
