Just had a terrifying time went into Telstra to solve a problem with my iPad went home only to discover they turned my phone off !

@fredermusic_ @JD_NBA @Telstra Awful customer service, just a bog standard notice on the website with no explanation or other details. A week long wait with no internet, TV or phone is terrible. I shall be lodging a complaint with the TIO.

@benzinob9 @Telstra And because we don’t have lots of follows other famous, @Telstra will just continue to ignore. Seriously been a customer since forever, but this experience has killed me. Definitely need to check out other providers

@Telstra Hi Tori, thanks for the reply. Is there any idea what has caused this and why the ETA for a fix is a week? It must be a serious issue if a week is the given time.

@Telstra @andy_penn Sure - will send through what I have - though apparently the case was also closed without anybody telling me. After a week of this runaround I am so over Telstra it isn’t funny. Kafka would have loved this Telstra support set up!!!!

@Telstra hi... Logged onto My Account and then try to look at upgrading my mobile phone and plan yet the Galaxy S20+ 5G device isn't in the list, yet it's available in the new phone list? All the other versions of Galaxy are. Any way to fix?

@cornflakes64 @CatPurry9 The in-place booster is just over $1K, and because of the terrain and distance from nearest tower, will need a Yagi antennae to get a good signal, from on top of my shed. To get the height needed, will need to be braced. And Telstra charge a lot to do the installation.

@Telstra @andy_penn Level 2 case files were opened apparently as well. If I had been told to contact tech support I would have done it rather than waste a week. It shouldn’t be this hard for someone to get some decent customer service - should it???
