    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @carolduncan By some miracle I got a FTTP connection in the year before I left Newie. I had looked into the pit out the front many times as the Telstra tech came out to fix my recurring copper landline issues. Many times re-terminated copper lines in a 'basin' of trapped water don't help.

    Day 5 of an expected 12 day @Telstra internet outage in Seisia in remote Cape York - an area with limited cell coverage. Remote Indigenous communities and businesses constantly coming up against challenges simply because of poor investment in enabling infrastructure.

    @Telstra I didn't use any service. Someone called me from Bunbury but I didn't pick up the phone. But I still received the receipt that I need to pay roaming fees.

    @Telstra Two days in a row now - home internet service is down. I’d better get more than one credit to my account the amount of work time I have wasted.

    @Telstra I didn't use roaming today but you still sent the message to charge the service. Also, some strangers usually call me to activate my international roaming. I am very unhappy with that situation. I wonder whether this is your policy

    @SwoopLuke @Optus Yep! Train and bus I had issues with, we switched over to Telstra and I have 5G 95% of the time now compared to 4G or 3G that doesn’t work. Vodafone was decent as well. I only really use data, don’t use my actual phone that much

    @a30aew @carolduncan 300m from the node at home and had 2 years of bull💩 battles with Telstra and NBN Co over whose fault the crap internet was. They'd blame me then one day one of them checked the pit and found dodgy wiring. I was 1 of 30 houses affected
