    @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @Brixchip819 @MorpheusBeing @QuentinDempster After 7 months of trying to get Satellite NBN to work I gave up. The TIO got me a complete refund of all money I had spent on the NBN. I went back to Telstra ADSL 2 and though slow & on 60 yr old copper, it is more reliable & much less latency. I may try Starlink next year?

    @Telstra Are you suggesting Westfield have made major changes to their entire building covering 2 city blocks, 6 weeks ago that now somehow blocks mobile data specifically on Telstra‘a 4G network?

    @Telstra Been on the phone with Telstra Support about this for weeks. I just asked them point blank if they even sent someone out into the field with a phone to test the experience for themselves. They told me NO! Only remote diagnostics. Get your act together Telstra. Stop making excuses

    @Telstra Bel, there is limited 4G service. The modem has a backup 4G modem, but that is a flawed backup plan when the mobile network doesn’t extend. If you are interested in helping please review how many times this has happened before and arrange a meeting for me and the top managers

    @Telstra I already know your systems show no current disruptions. Your systems are wrong. Send someone to Westfield, Miranda on the weekend with some phones to experience this for themselves. Stop making excuses. Go and diagnose and fix the ******* issue already.

    @QuentinDempster Having worked in the industry fttn is just copper after the node, old copper that Telstra stated at the beginning needed replacing so don't expect any better service because you are on old copper.

    I think Far From Home is on Binge. I'm not paying for Binge, it sucks. But I think Telstra can give me a free trial
