If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

They warn that such guarantees risk market concentration and could lead to higher consumer prices. No idea when NBN/Telstra will restore the connection, it's been 3 days already so I assume it's very bad. Today is Sunday and tomorrow is another public holiday.

All you can do is download a few random receipts. Telstra Support claims, and I quote, “oh this is normal now…” I’m sorry to say Telstra but you’ve been infiltrated. If I’m paying this much and still getting blocked or restricted, what exactly am I paying for? I’ll be cancelling tomorrow! Even if it costs me. This is unacceptable.

I have tried trouble shooting it and I've even ventured onto Reddit for help but nothing works 😩🥴 I literally pay a yearly fee to watch NBA games so not sure why they're cockblocking me!
