General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

@CoomaSM @YaThinkN @BreakfastNews geez - I've my own business issues with the big T at the moment - and have heard numerous anecdotal evidence of there being something rotten in Telstra billing. Remember when One-Tel died because their billing was stuffed... Is T "too big to fail" ?

@Nazalou @Telstra Yes, I use an iPad a great deal. The internet connection is so slow I couldn’t possibly use what I pay for in a month. This is a relatively recent, past few months, occurrence. And I’m right under a tower on a hill top in Fremantle. I’ve had past bad experiences with Telstra.

So don't @Telstra even answer the phone anymore? Trying to follow up on something and any option I choose on 132200 results in an SMS link to self service and then it hangs up. [And the self service is no help for my query] - Pathetic service.

@Telstra You can’t copy the whole chat transcript - only one message at a time. Taking screenshots is the only option? That’s pathetic Pages and pages of poorly worded messages from your staff telling me to check this and check that. You’re at fault here, fix your own mistakes.
