    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

    @Telstra we’re at 1 hour and 4 minutes in a support chat with no resolution - I give it 26 minutes and if the issue isn’t resolved I’ll swap be swapping to @Optus this week

    @Telstra Oh I have done this @Telstra, this is what got me into this mess with them disconnecting my service instead of removing my charges. The chat service through the app is ridiculous and the people you get cannot do anything outside of their script.

    @Telstra Thanks Tom - each time I’ve tried to get immediate help they have made an error. I’m not too keen to have to use that service again so hopefully once I’m connected again I stay that way so I don’t have to use chat.

    @SpotlightForYou @Telstra We got shifted onto that first trying to get a new service connection when we moved house. After 2 weeks nil response we gave up & went elsewhere. Then had over a week’s runaround of 5 different people just to get a SIM card activated. They’ve gone to the dogs

    @Telstra Upgrade info to Upfront plan misleading. Help desk assured me I could share the 60G data with my second phone. Now I find that the second phone also has to go on the plan. That will cost me twice as much as I’m paying now. Is this a scam?
