General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

@ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

@Telstra iPhones (x3) not connected to mobile data. They’re for wifi connection mobile app development. Nokia 3 is connected to prepay mobile data where prepay/data charges are excess of what I should be paying because I can’t access stated purpose of 200GB service from Telstra netgear.

@jaci_wiley @Telstra Have you tried resetting your phone to factory defaults, or taking out the batter and then reinserting it? I’ve had issues like this that have been fixed by doing this. When in doubt remove the battery...
