    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

In the middle of a pandemic, when people are struggling the most, Telstra decides that it is crucial to add extra costs to loyal customers. To what is already a substandard service.     @Telstra high" levels of traffic. I repeatedly attempt to use the website. Not only does it keep logging me out every time I open a new page, the AI won't direct me to an option where I can upgrade my plan. Service drops when told to wait for a human contact.

    Ok so theres a werribee number calling about nbn. A 'john' who wants to know if your the main user of the internet claiming to be from telstra. Dude, im not giving my info to you, **** the hell off Very poor phone connection and you are from the biggest telco here ? Yeah right

    @bigjsl Same. FTTN was bad back in 2006 when Sol wanted it. Didn't Telstra crack the shits at some point and refuse to deliver more than 50/20 on FTTN?

    @geoffrey_payne Never got on board. Went from pretty woeful ADSL2+ at <> 1-4MB/s to a 4G modem router <>12MB/s No buffering and fast enough for us 2. Got rid of the landline and saving $30 per month on previous ISP and Telstra cost. 100GB per month sim

    @Telstra has sunk to the lowest levels of customer service. No one in store but told I would have a 1.5 hour wait to be served. No care when I mentioned I had to resolve today, and would have to shift all business dealings to a competitor
