General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

@MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

@Telstra I’ve used my time making the effort to reach out to Telstra, it should be quite cheap for Telstra to call me being a telco. Your replies are a confirmation that Telstra provides no service. You refuse to call the customer, you have my number. Goodbye Telstra!

@NBN_Australia Thanks for your response however I have had no luck with Telstra. They advised that my connection to the node has changed. Could this be the reason my speeds become so slow and if so why? I have always had speeds of 80Mbps and now below 25Mbps. I am in Diamond Creek.

Doing great @Telstra, just ticked over two months and still you have made no attempt to investigate my internet issue, resolve it, or communicate! But to be fair, you have made the effort to garner payment.

Telstra sure love making it hard to do name change huh. Even though they have a form that lets you do everything online. Its been a while month since submitting it but yet they say it'd only be 2-3 day wait. And the online support just says "have you gone inside a store"???

@Telstra I have now had to raise a complaint to get a call back. I have been advised that my node has changed however with no rationale why. This is beyond ridiculous. I have gone from 80Mbps to under 25Mbps. As a valued customer can you please assist.
