General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

@MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

@jessicalalor @Aussie_BB Small thinking Jess. But the real reason was because it was it was a threat to NewsCorp and Telstra. Lots written on the battle over the Foxtel Telstra cable network effectively having to be written off due to NBN.

. @Telstra's biz strategy has been to almost eliminate the ability to call them at all so they (a) save on headcount; and (b) make it near impossible to cancel garbage services because the people in their dumb message app just ignore that request and try to go on selling. $TLS

Over a week now waiting for a response from @Telstra in relation to accessing our account online. Tried the customer service line before being referred to the unbelievably cumbersome text line. The new system is a farce. #poorcustomerservice

@unclechunt @Telstra They're already the most expensive, most intrusive and least inclusive option out there. Everyone of their plans are a rip off being mobile or internet. Not to mention the customer service off shore. I'll never use them again...

Trying to figure out how @Telstra omitted to direct debit my NBN bill for 6 months and now expect me to pay $500 in one month after a mistake that wasn't mine. Got a text stating they will cut my service. Should have stayed with Optus, never happened with them.

@Glenina57 @ajEdenvalley1 My Aldi, uses Telstra 4G, my internet speed is between 95 to a 100 mbps! Unlimited talk, text and mms, with 3GB data per month, rolls over into the next month's service, atm I have 35 GB of rolled over data, all for $15/month.
