    @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    hey @telstra, could you update your mobile bill you send to people to include the total data used - this way we can migrate down to smaller plans where we arent going close to the data on the current plan. Included but no total - to avoid exactly that?

    @BoomerDea @stilgherrian Boost are not owned by Telstra, the problem is if they go away we are all forced back onto Telstra. Anyway, its not a problem for now as its apparently US only at this stage.

    @Telstra So I am stuck paying and extra $21 month because Telstra systems are broken. What should take 2 minutes now will take 20 minutes via messaging.

    One advantage of this asymmetric routing was that any customer doing a traceroute to find out why their Quake pings sucked so badly would see the generally direct Telstra hops, not whatever weirdly circuitous route it took your data to get back to you.

    @Telstra Yes that works but can only get 6 day extension and I need 7 days. Will have to make other arrangements. BTW the app in general is getting more and more unstable

    @johnsonleung @oethesaint @Tenash921 My understanding is that the afl website and associated network are Telstra assets. Telstra recieves all the advertising profit.
