    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    Everyone wants good internet and so do I, funny thing is setting up my watch to another phone I had to change sim cards to my old one to them mobile data it accross because the internet is crap on the one the sim card is in, FFS! Otherwise it won't happen, #Telstra is crap!

Could be something to do with the telstra deal, could have something to do with the fact people need to pay in full in store to order one, could be many things i dont give a damn about. What i do give a damn about is playing games. Try it.

    Great service @Optus for my home Internet, it’s a massive improvement compared to what I experienced with @Telstra I can now connect less than 24 hours from placing order and saving $30 per month! #winwin

    @Telstra I have had so many calls from people claiming to be Telstra to fix a (nonexistent) issue. Some local mobiles others international.. I answer local. Am I being charged when I answer?

    After a long and satisfactory relationship with @Telstra I’ve been informed that if I want to continue as a customer I must set up a direct debit. This may well be a win for Telstra’s business model but I’m very much struggling to see any positives for me, is it a trust issue?

    @RealPhilGold @dobes Let me tell you about the time @kels_316 was up a tree fiddling with a yagi antenna and only getting the faintest HSDPA signal on Telstra, while I was standing on the ground with a decent 4G signal on Optus.
