    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

    So my ISP had some new phone plans which meant I moved from Optus to Telstra. Maybe it is just the placement of towers near my house, but this is the worst coverage I've had since a brief stint with Vodafone back in the early noughties.

    Well, that was entertaining. Called by standard-issue scammer. Said “if you’re from @telstra then you’ll know my account number”. The scammer made up an invalid account number then insisted it was correct. I hung up. I was called back with a series of threats of physical harm.

    @Telstra Amy issues in Kellyville NSW please? Your Mobile Service has dropped to one bar, incoming calls failing and I’m having to use wifi to help outbound calls. Multiple devices, same symptoms.

    @Telstra @dony_jose It is not just recharge. Calls to NZ haven't been allowed for at least six hours. I am unable to contact my family on a promised service. I presume an adequate recompense will ensue.

    @Telstra I'm encountering an issue with my mobile phone service in Kellyville NSW. Your website isn't showing any outage around our area, even after rebooting my iPhone I'm still not getting any mobile reception. When is outage due to be resolved for our area?

    @penguin_brian @Telstra Cancel and transfer the number to Optus is what I did. Saves a fortune

    @elizabeth_BBC @Telstra As tempting as that is... Telstra is network overloaded in my area and no plans to fix - final verdict after Telstra investigation. I have heard that Telstra is the "better" network in my area. So staying for now.
