    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

    Have you tried to get onto #Optus or #Telstra help through a phone recently? Both are totally hopeless. It seems they hate using phones these days so offer a 30 minute wait to put you off or try to send you to their app. Yet another ‘service’ that should be privatised. #auspol

    @officiallyiffyy @CuteNysNys This happened to me about 6 years ago. Neighbours had spotty internet. Telstra came over to work on it. Their internet was restored/fixed and it took 6 weeks for them (Telstra) to come out again and fix mine.

    @PhilGould15 Do a speed test simply search google type in speed test if you are a Telstra customer use their program. Hope this helps. If you speed is low that could be the problem.

    @OZzSue5 @abcnews Not for long...better to pay some extra, for absolute connection reliability...my service, via Telstra in the Hills back of Byron Bay, is shockingly poor! Shockingly inconsistent! $80/m...drops out anytime it wants...so you don't have to be way out bush, to be telco ripped off
