General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

@Telstra Wait times I can handle. You do not even give us a chance to wait. Just tell us to use messaging service and hang up. How about using AUSTRALIAN call centres and employ Australian workers????

Mobile with Bendigo Telco who use Optus, every power outage I loose service because Optus have no back up Batteries. I borrow neighbors phone (Telstra ) to report the outage. Complained to BBT they said best to go over to Telstra rather than have Optus fix the Problem.

@Telstra I have been trying to connect your customer service, such a long wait, looks like you have lot of issues. Trying to get 1 simple home internet service fixed, but you aren’t able to... really frustrated and sad, you charge for the service you provide...

@Telstra Why are we still paying the same money for our service when Telstra are offering less service. Pandemic or not, it’s not good enough.

@thallam08 @Telstra If you get the X instead of the S and cancel after 1 month your total bill is 763.79... meaning you have still saved when compared to buying outright. As buying separately would cost 764.95... if you are already a Telstra customer this is the best way to buy an Xbox.

@Telstra over 15 hours on the supposed help chat to fix a non existent upload speed. I must be up to support person 20 and cannot believe I just got asked again to check the lights on my modem. Seriously do something about this! INC12507885

@TMFScottP @Telstra If only they stuck with the original plan of fibre to the premises for everyone. Fibre is impervious to water, it transmits data as light, and needs a seal that is inherently waterproof anyway. Relying on the old copper network is a complete embarrassment.
