General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

@MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

@ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

@jakeeyy__ @Telstra I had this issue with dodo . I rang them - they said it would take 24 hrs ; it was connected in 30mins... I also had to pick it up at the local toll delivery centre which also wasn’t that clear . But thankfully it all worked out

@Telstra Seeing Telstra sent modem to address I didn’t yet live at, I don’t think it should be me arranging that. Also I’m yet to get update on my connection date or why I’m already being billed. Still going round in circles with your Support Centre. Would LOVE if someone could call me.

So..I was on the PS5 and our net dropped(Telstra doing maintenance). PS5 turned off, and it wouldn't boot at all. To fix it, I had to go into safe mode, reset default settings and skip Wi-Fi connection. If I tried to do a connection it would reset again.

@carolemorrissey @factordex Yes - a lot, but my internet (Telstra) keeps shutting down for varying periods of time from seconds to several minutes, so it could be that.
