    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    @Telstra cutomer service is rubbish as usual. Very disappointed after waiting on phone line 2 hours to get a recorded message that customer service is closed.

    @Dee_Ryall @Qantas Try @Telstra they advertise a smiling chap calling a customer right on time!!…absolutely false advertising!!…impossible to speak to anyone there let alone getting a call back

    Doing election research. Disappointed with how few parties have a technology policy. Only seen one that starts by saying "digital TV bad, analogue yay" and "don't sell any more of Telstra". It even references things from 2008. Update your tech policies people!

    @Telstra There is another in the area @stilgherrian who has lost most connectivity. i think there is a broken tower but someone forgot to update the outages

    @Telstra Still the same issue after 20 days of troubleshooting and few different modems! And hours and hours of chatting over helpdesk - repetitive useless chats!! Such a waste of time.

    @Telstra thanks - have opened a fault. There is some outage here but often they don’t report it (just one tower usually, so it kind of works).

    @Telstra +61 439 125 109 Called On This Number from Overseas was On Waiting around 8-9 Minutes just saying Recorded Sound All Agent are Busy Serving Other Customer and Call Hanged up and Call Disconnected my Provider Charge Me $9 Lost $9 and No Contact with Any Agent Poor Suprt
