@MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

@PerrettReport yes be very careful, an Indian accent, young lady, from Telstra chastised me severely saying I offended her when I told her Telstra do not call re issues, & I told her I was aware she was a scam. They are dangerous.

Is anyone else having trouble updating their iPad to iOS 14.3?? My mobile data has switched off despite putting a new SIM in, my apps and iPad freeze all the time and lag but I can’t update my system, it gets stuck verifying for ages and then nothing. Help! @AppleSupport @Telstra

@PerrettReport Yeah I work in IT and we get people in all the time with this stuff. I always say Telstra never ring you unless you owe them money. Same with optus, the banks and the tax dept

@JforJazz @Telstra They are shaping my backup service - supposedly because of payment issues? Not sure how when my service is pre-payed for next month, and they still havent fixed the fault that means my service has been on backup for on and off a month at best.

Be wary of signing up with @Telstra. 1.5hrs so far with their customer service staff and I can't get confirmation that a service is/will be cancelled. They're responsive while they think they can sign you up for another service, after that it's radio silence. Never again.
