    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @DodoAustralia my partner is with you, and this internet has been out all day. You have 0 customer service, you said 5hrs ago the cable was fixed yet it’s still out. You don’t tell anyone when it will be fixed. Your company is horrid. I am so glad I am with @Telstra

    .Can't even get on to the chat. Farking useless. Apparently they only work Eastern Australian hours. If I had any choice, I wouldn't touch Telstra with a barge pole. What rubbish customer service, and BTW, it's the 19th of January. Think Christmas is over.

    @Telstra I’ve been trying to communicate with someone in the app, no luck. I’ve been on hold now for over 2 hours on the phone. Does anyone actually work at Telstra who can assist me with my issue? Otherwise @Optus you’re about to get a new customer
