    @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    3 days of not listening @Telstra to find out that something I need to remain safe and independent was “lost in transit”. Three days of explaining disability information to be ignored and lied to. Well done - worst experience with you yet.

    @LNPvoterfail @Telstra Never use ISP-provided email. It's not where they make their money. It's just a burden for them so it languishes. They're trying to tell you to go away without saying "Go away". Get a Gmail account or pay for Protonmail if you value privacy.

    Oh and @Telstra when I call, other than the wait time you also think my overseas number is not a mobile (you think I'm sitting here on a landline which I'm not) and push me down a path where I have to put in a mobile number to swap to a mobile. This whole experience needs work.

    @Telstra I’m really tired of being held hostage by all of @Telstra automated systems. Your messaging service is not quicker for people with some types of disabilities. Then only do you get to speak to someone after days of sensory damage - trying to explain why things are urgent.

    @notbunjil @Telstra We are literally somehow one of worst countries in world for internet speeds. I dont understand why for such a developed country. it sucks
