    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @NRL Remember when you could stream the game if your were a Telstra customer?! Well they lied to customers renewing their plan . Remember there are other providers out there!!!

    So I ring @Telstra Business Tech Support, three times over two weeks, involving being on hold for up to 40 minutes. Each time I was told there was an outage. After three weeks with no change, thought I would take a different approach - online message service.

    @Telstra what is up with your online chat support, they ask a question, I reply, takes them 15 mins to respond, ask me another question, I answer, takes them another 15 mins to respond and so on, been going to over an hour now, have asked me 4 questions.

    @Telstra had a SIM card with you for 6 years and paid it monthly without fail building up lots of data. Missed my payment top by a day and have lost it all. I find this very unfair! #telstra

    @BrittMezher @Telstra And it's almost impossible to contact them when you have a problem. They ignored multiple attempts when I wanted to disconnect (because moving) 😡. Now ignoring that the cancelled account was in credit

    Also, @telstra I’ve checked to see if they were any outages using the link you provided and it shows that there are no outages in my area. Please send a tech to fix this ongoing problem.

    Tried again today. 1st rep. Name, acc no, problem please. OK, I will pass you onto a business acc rep 2nd rep. Goes off on a tangent about my home account and Telstra Plus (Telstra Plus is not working btw). Passes me onto an NBN rep
