General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

@MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

So after seven days, turns out my iPhone needed to be replaced. (Pro-tip, the Telstra customer support ‘chat’ service is not the helpful shortcut they claim) I now have a new iPhone and three months free subscription to Binge.

@Telstra Yesterday I get a message saying you were disconnecting my internet because I hadn’t upgraded it. Waiting for support then 4 hours of going through the upgrade stuff for a third time, to be then told my service couldn’t be upgraded so it was all a giant waste of time.

@MelanieTait Try Aldi. Telstra reseller so you’re on Telstra network for about half the price. But it’s data/calls only no phone so you need youre own handset. I pay $30 for 25 gb a month

@TelstraEnt Telstra doesn't help enterprise customers. We have numerous phones and internet with them and they won't provide earbuds for a new galaxy S21 Ultra. I think we'll move to optus. They said they will help.

@Telstra is the worst company. We cancelled our internet last week and were told we were credited but they are still taking money out of account. Cannot speak to someone because their stupid phone line sends you a text to follow and ‘text’ concerns!!!
