    @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    @Telstra Fault's known, fixed by "May 18". But you said "fixed" over & over & over last year. It wasn't. Landline would work, then not. How hard is it? An essential service. I keep paying. Still no home net: you haven't sent the dongle. Over a year. Don't send link, phone number please

    Without any warning #telstra disconnnected my father's phone in a nursing home (even though deadline for NBN connections is 3 June). I tried booking multiple times to get them to transfer him to the NBN, but each time there was an issue. Great service

    @Telstra Thank you. I was speaking to renee on the secure messaging but she never got back to me and I can’t connect to it any more. After 5 days & 8 calls I’m too tired to do anything but wait for a modem to arrive. Just about used up all my mobile data. Cheers

    As usual, Telstra is playing around with me! Got more phone calls from the Scammers who lifted money out of my bank account BUT WHAT IS MOST ANNOYING IS THAT I HAVE NOT HAD MY MOBILE PHONE SERVICE OR MY LANDLINE SERVICE AND I AM ON A MEDICAL DISABILITY -
