    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

    @Telstra Great idea! Why didn’t I think of that?….no, wait..I recall there was a problem with calling Boost to tell them I can’t make calls. Can’t remember what the problem was, but it will come to me.

    @Telstra The problem is calls made or received cut out with “Call failed” I have: Confirmed the cellular connection is good Confirmed I have enough bars Confirmed there is no local outage Reset my phone’s network settings Turned airplane mode on/off

    @GazmanAus @WendyNorthey @RichardEGrant My brother still lives in Canberra, he told me that it closed last year due to Covid. Apparently Telstra is looking at refurbishing it but there's no firm plans at the moment. I went to the revolving restaurant once but I understand that closed down, I think in 2012 or 2013.

    @Telstra I’m sure that will help. The direction of Tara to DM resulted in sending me to the same chat I’m already on, then going silent. So I have full confidence regular updates will succeed.

    @Telstra As I wait for the bot to connect me to the tenth person in five hours I have used my time wisely while marooned on the desolate island that is @telstra customer service. After ten CS agents I have now compiled a list of answers to their repeated questions. Wish me luck.

    Hey @Telstra . Why do your customer service people promise call backs by a supervisor within 15 minutes then tell you an hour later they can't call? Any why do they promise to call you in the evening then mark the complaint closed so they don't have to call back?

    From @Telstra: "We are giving your more mobile data whilst we repair your NBN!" Reality: "Our cheap modem antenna can barely get signal, you will be lucky to get dial-up speeds" I want a commission into Junk Backup Internet @acccgovau, for rural customers, a rip off and useless

    Got the bastard. #spam call with the usual rouse of I’m from Telstra and we want to check your internet because we are receiving many errors(Indian or like accent). I asked her employee number.Big pause then ADZ375-23A.Said this was not an employee number. Click. I feel good now

    @MeredithCastles @Telstra I’ve been putting up with Telstra for decades. Their customer support service has always been useless and an absolute nightmare to deal with. Very poor management.
