    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

    @ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

    @nickorloff @Telstra 10 minutes is awesome .. I took 3 days on that chat to get a response , I had to do my d.o.b check 4 times in that time.. and about 7 days later, they raised an incident then closed it with no response. 10 minute responses is amazing for Telstra

    @Telstra literally fix yourself it takes 5x longer to stream anything because the internet keeps dropping out I don’t want to pay an astronomical amount a month for this

    @Telstra we’ve been on the phone all day and keep getting disconnected is there any other number we can call?? our home wifi suddenly isn’t working at all, ever since we got sent our nbn box but we have until next week to set up that?? PLS help

    @Telstra I get a "There was an issue displaying your account" message from the MyTelstra app. I've twice been taken through all the "have you tried this" steps, promised that the "back of house team" will be in contact, and heard nothing.

    @Zuna08310320 @Telstra Same issue. I've twice been taken through all the "have you tried this" steps, promised that the "back of house team" will be in contact, and heard nothing. I wanted to get it working so that I could go paperless billing. Now they've announced they're stopping paper bills.
