General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

@AllergyWhispers @Telstra I have spent over three hours on the phone with Telstra prepaid this week and none have had a clue. Worst company out and my son is the proud owner of a $1300 brick. Oh can’t use it on home wifi either cos it doesn’t work either (that’s another 6 hours and a tech no show)

On hold to Telstra for an hour to get my son blocked from the broadband for making AI versions of my books where everything's normal except I look like a ***** great big lizard, only for them to tell me I havent been a customer for years. How ******** am I supposed to know that!

@AllergyWhispers @Telstra It definitely is. What’s worse is so many of their people have no idea and try and gaslight you into believing there’s nothing wrong . On the weekend I thought we had a technician who got it, unfortunately the systems around him haven’t supported a solution
