    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @Telstra That connected me to a chatbot who may or may not have connected me to a human who may or may not be on the technical faults team and meanwhile I have no wifi network connection for work or pleasure unless irs something online that can be done on my mobile

    Week 2 of @Telstra being stuffed in my area. No data and txt/MMS stuffed as well. Never had as much downtime when I was with @amaysimAU (@Optus network).

    @Telstra Your support is abysmal. I arrange a call through your bloody app, and as I'm explaining the issue they hang up, and haven't called back. At this point I'm considering just cancelling all of my services. Or contacting the ombudsman about my existing issue.

    @Telstra Please, I need help! I contracted the services on 19 January to be connected on 11 February, and the service is not connected. I work from home, and @Telstra is not resolving the issue!!!!

    @Telstra @andy_penn Today’s profound #Telstra email idiocy: “On 26-OCT-21 you contacted us to place an order to be connected on the nbn™ network. We've been trying to contact you to discuss your connection but haven't been able to reach you.” It’s now Feb 15.

    @barkndogz @Telstra Absolutely killing me. Kids playing XBOX or PS4 and I’m trying to work and wifi says no internet connection. No communication from @Telstra until there’s a complaint. I bet I get turn it off and back on. Then need to set up Google home again PATHETIC
