@MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

  • jackfjack6 Black Jack Hickey - LNP Stalker (@jackfjack6) reported from Moss Vale, State of New South Wales

General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

  • SilkCharm Laurel Papworth (@SilkCharm) reported

Hey @Telstra the cable came down again to about 4 feet above the road. We got a ladder, climbed the pole and tacked it back up. Just an FYI (same wire as reported in January). @NBN_Australia said they would fix it but it didn't happen. Though the gaffer tape is still there 🤪

  • swampy193 David Marsh (@swampy193) reported

@Telstra love it how you guys pump up the NBN and yet here in Canberra our service has been down for THREE DAYS and you cannot fix it because it’s ‘too wet’. #pathetic #neveragain

  • cazjade Caryn Wilson (@cazjade) reported

Another day without a @telstra phone service. The IT team evidently don’t solve service problems on the weekend.

  • undrewb Andrew (@undrewb) reported

@Telstra our broadband connection has frozen multiple times today. How can I fix this?

  • munchiecity notmutuallyexclusive (@munchiecity) reported

Hi @Telstra my cable internet is all of a sudden suuuper slow. According to your website there isn't an outage in my area (Sydney). Any ideas? I have disconnected and reconnected my modem but no better

  • SeriouslyTim Tim Whitehead (@SeriouslyTim) reported

Last time we rang them and actually got to talk to someone they couldn't help and suggested we go to a Telstra shop. Guys, I don't know if you've been following the news, but...

  • t_coxsen Tim (@t_coxsen) reported

@Bababooie42 The Feds could apply to telstra etc for the mobile meta-data... help with Covid tracking AND laying charges against imbeciles.

  • David_Bonnici David Bonnici (@David_Bonnici) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

The irony of @Telstra not having a phone help service where you can actually speak to someone.
