General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

@Telstra @NBN_Australia totally bonkers and very poor service. NBN has applied an arbitrary two week health and safety order on us which won’t expire till next week even tho we got out of iso in WA last week. #waitingfortelstra

@advanced_agtech @Telstra Well with any luck social media might prompt something to be done because I’ve even gone through the telecommunications watchdog, directly with Telstra etc, to no avail. It’s bullshit, I wouldn’t get away with charging full price for half a service, nor should anyone else.

@Fox_Farming @Telstra Sounds pretty similar to me mate, I’m less than 3 km from the centre of hay as I speak, and have 1 bar of phone service. Fancy needing to put a booster in, less than a few km from the towers?

@Telstra Not really. Been trying to sort something out for years now. Outside NBN fixed rollout so stuck with what Telstra let us have, so get bounced around until sometime says sorry we can't help you.
