  @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

  General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

  @Telstra @Telstra24x7 @Optus Dakabin qld 4503 has no network in 4g/5g. Options available to deploy site near woolworths, dakabin hotel or opp dump area. Appreciate if you address concerns in Dakabin.

  @Telstra I understand that there is a lot of pressure on your IT team to fix this problem but many people are unable to work and losing money/income. Hope IT team can fix this problem soon.

  @Telstra Trapped in the Telstra outage with a lying phone showing 3 full WiFi bars for the first time ever—even though the 3 bars on the actual Telstra WIFI device were glowing a dead-zone red. Peak digital delusion. 🛜🚨
