    @MikeySlezak @Telstra Experience says go straight to Complaint. Was/is a group in SA - know their shit. Once spent 7 hours continuous on line with Telstra - not Complaints Group. Hope still there to help.

    General alert. If receive a robocall advising that your landline service will be cut off unless ........ is a *scam*. Have dealt with three cases last fortnight all aimed at the older. In each case Telstra knows nothing about cutting off service. Robocalls have continued.

    @Optus have had no internet since Friday. Tried all troubleshooting. This is ridiculous… 3 days…. Going to change to Telstra or someone else. Getting no help and bet you I’ll have to pay in full this bill. Unfair

    @JohnRHewson The biggest damage (to Australia) was done when Howard started to manipulate Australia (with help of Murdoch) & sold the golden goose Telstra, to gove us the pathetic NBN & the most expensive private telco. The party tried the same old tricks & now we lost 2 decades.
