    @glenpen60 The Indian scammers take a few seconds to pick up, and there's a short beep just before they do. If they say "hi, this is Robert/Mary etc from Telstra/NBN. I just say 'tell me your real name and I'll talk to you'. They insist that their anglo name is their real name. I hang up.

    Dear @Telstra the non-notified increase in my bill is why I don't ever want to allow you to direct debit. Is it still compulsory BTW? If I have to research the **** out of plans it is probably not going to be you I end up with.

    The earliest @Telstra allege they can get a technician to inspect my NBN fault is 17 days after the issue began ... @rayhadley2gb - interested in hearing more about how this ISP has treated a customer of 15 years ? No NBN, wifi, landline for 17 days

    Blimey Bloody Hell .@Telstra guess who fixed our communication problem? Philippines 🇵🇭....a simple fix by taking out yellow cord that has something to do with @Telstra which we pay for,a thing called internet ,if only in five weeks you could work it out ! At least we can have tv

    @republic - do you cover international news too? @WIONews - Australia suffered telecom mobile network outage on 09 April. Vodafone, Telstra were down. How much loss does it cost ? Also all these telecom industries ... use Indian IT service to run. The time lag made it harder

    Probably the worst customer experience ever with #telstra Apple Watch 6 cellular is incompatible. Just signed up for 2 years and can’t use my watch. Are you serious?
