    @danilic @BelongAU Yep! We have x2 Belong and x2 Telstra in our house and the Belongs have been particularly crap for a while now. It’s been ridiculous. Time to change I think.

    As someone that routinely ignores all unknown phone calls, why hasn't @Telstra implemented a function that when they call me from there service centre it tells me on my phone Telstra are calling me about a service call, like its just a reverse number lookup "Call from Telstra"

    Hey @Telstra , why I am not allowed to pay bills without logging in / creating Telstra ID. to be honest this is the most stupid thing I have seen. I am trying to pay a bill bu cant. Thanks
