@Just_Krystle_M @Telstra I buy my phones outright fromthe Apple store. (Can return in 14 days if you don't like it) and I use Woolworths Mobile, which is on the Telstra network, well priced AND gets you 10% off one shop per month at Woolies.

@Just_Krystle_M @Telstra Yeah, that's kind of dumb, hey? You need ID to have prepaid / plan anyway, so it shouldn't matter with the hardware. It's bad enough you pay for bloatware you didnt ask for on phones, as it is.

Was so excited to go to @VodafoneAU to switch over from stupid @Telstra and they couldn’t find my ACN on their system! Why do telcos make life so hard for customers to do business with them? Maybe @Optus can help?

@Hayleyyemma @kayosports We use it through our Telstra TV box and haven’t had issues I just checked for an update and there isn’t one. Hopefully these updates fix the issues everyone was having

@Telstra shame on your staff at Capalaba Central who refused to help my elderly parents close their account because they sold their home. 4 staff! 0 customers & the manager said he was fully booked when they asked for help. DO BETTER!! #Telstra #customerservice

@AzureSupport Multiple users in our Tenant who are being incorrectly geolocated to Tashkent, Uzbekistan - same IP addresses were geolocating to Melbourne, Australia earlier today. Seem like you or @Telstra have broken something.
