Hey @Telstra why is it so hard to find a phone number for you to talk to a real person about a technical issue? Issue with my internet, so doing it online not easy. Using my @VodafoneAU phone for this tweet. Maybe I'll just swap internet over to another provider.
@annaspargoryan As someone who worked adjacently to telstra, we would always advise people with problems like this to go to the TIO. They usually have it sorted within 2 weeks.
@Telstra Thanks for your help Lauren. I have messaged you. Unfortunately after an hour on the Telstra chat messaging service they still won’t give me a reference number. Hope we can rectify.
@JasonofSyd @RavenZech2 Optus is a lot better than Telstra I've complained about service to both & Telstra is like talking to a brick wall, too thick to be able to get through #arrogant

@Telstra Actually, I just remembered I had fuether discussion with Telstra tech support people when NBN became available in our area.
@dazngroup Contacted before and advised on the issues of playing back content via the DAZN app and I am based in Australia Here is Australia I use Telstra which is a premium provider with download speed of 107.5 Cannot watch content back but no issues with Kayo, Fite etc
The @Telstra app & general retail service is exceptionally unhelpful - treats me as a business, despite always being a residential user, & fails to respond when change requested.
@timrosen35 @Optus Yes, my wife used to get cut off when we were on the phone (she was Optus). We're both on Telstra now and there are no issues at all now.
@Telstra Excellent change, win/win from absolutely every angle, having call centre jobs located in genuinely regional locations - regional Aus $ injection, society benefits, higher customer satisfaction. Fingers crossed @Qantas follows suit as O/S call centres also infuriating. @VicBStard
