    @Telstra hi guys, we are suffering internet connection issues on our home broadband, we are able to connect to the modem and but aren't receiving an internet signal. Have gone through the recommended troubleshooting with no luck. Any help would be great 👍

    @Telstra Not one tech help desk person I have spoken to has the will to fix this glitch in my account. all of them prolong the result that isolates me from employers & collaborators I attempt to contact by phone. Your corporate culture sides against the client. Will Telstra fix this?

    @Telstra They said it’s due to not getting any thing higher than what I got after they rebooted my modem as apparently having a ping of 31 and an down load of 0.3 means I’m pant to much and clearly can not achieve more even tho my problem was no where near as bad before they rebooted it

    Dear @Telstra scammers are constantly using my mobile number yo run scams and are constantly calling me post the compromise of my mobile number 2years ago. How can you help me get these call/usage stopped? Please. Thank you.

    @Telstra Haha now this has been the Biggs stuff up ever I just got told my issue is that I need to down grade my plan! Cause that’s meant to fix it that’s is from your tech team!

    @Telstra No sorry, only within my household. We are able to open and browse Facebook, twitter etc with no issue, however data-dependant devices like PC'S, gaming consoles and tablets are simply unable to load anything or connect to the their respective servers.

    @Telstra Thank you. A further example: the pre-paid package I have with Telstra covers all overseas calls. Everytime I diall a number overseas, I get the message that it's not available from my service, as if the account is overdue for renewal.

    @Telstra @ACCCProdSafety so nice to see I lodge a complaint about my internet speed and continual drop outs to have them remotely turn my modem off and back one to go from 10 ping and 37 down load to time to 31 ping and 0.3 down load!!! Thanks, Not!

    @Telstra And this is Telstra's response: "What i will need to do is link you directly to the pre paid specialists so they can raise a case and have this managed for you for a resolution. Can appreciate the time you have spent on this. Please use the link when can - (link) - Lee"

    @Telstra My best down load is meant to be 50 speed wise it is generally around 45 but I have been having way less than that as in it’s basically dropping out every 10 to 15 mins to the point I have to reload stuff there is prob more drop outs and it has slowed the speed down to a snail
